Brilliant work! Had a dying [but high-spec] 2009 iMac. As a writer and educational consultant, my computer is my living and the hard drive - though regularly backed-up - contains so much of what i do. Will and the team held my hand, and guided me through the process of installing SDD hard drive upgrade, explaining options and costs at every stage. Despite the fact that a drastic fail on installation meant the cloning had to be abandoned, they sorted out a caddy for my old drive and installed a top of the range SDD to compensate for the problems and delay. Phone support in accessing and re-installing old data was brilliant and my machine is now up and running as good as ever.
Can't recommend these guys enough!
