I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Lexus of Richmond Hill. It was my first time to lease a car and it was my first experience with Lexus of Richmond Hill. To me, it was a very smooth process from the beginning to the end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to Lexus of Richmond Hill's Sales Representative, Mr. Imtiaz Cheval. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. And he found a way to make it work in my favor (Thank you, Imtiaz).
