I just recently brought my new Lexus around 5 months ago but unfortunately at another dealership as i wasn't aware of of this location. I was looking for some new parts more specifically a F sport intake systems and randomly reach out to Lexus of Richmond Hill via email. A gentlemen in the parts department by the name of Brad Worthington promptly got back to me and provided the best service i had so far in any of my past Lexus dealership experience. Unfortunately, Lexus Canada doesn't produce the product i was looking for any more for my new Lexus.

I am so impressed with Brad's service, i will definitely go to this dealership for all my Lexus service requirement and parts purchase even though the location is a little out of my way.
