Not sure about sales, but the service department has very very bad attitude. This happened on January 4th 2019

I had an issue with my rear driver side door lock on my 2016 Lexus GS-F with only 42,000 kms, the door lock has an issue. Not only did the service advisor interrupt me many many times when I am trying to describe the problem, but he would not even believe me that I had an issue, I am a car enthusiast and have owned multiple Scion FR-S, BMW M3, I give myself the slightest credibility that I know when a part as simple as a car lock is not functionally correctly but the service advisor was giving me attitude and warning me that if they don't find issues, it will be a 170 dollar diagnose fee. I also added that I have an issue with the rear power trunk, which makes a squeak noise during closing, but he told me that I would need to wait even longer if I want to get that looked it. Pretty much **hinting**, just don't bother have us looking at that.

Needless to say, took my business to Don Valley North Lexus
