We want to thank Imtiaz Cheval, our salesman at Lexus of Richmond Hill, for our good experience in purchasing our new car. He was a gentleman and very courteous and professional. He was exceedingly patient in answering all our questions both before and after we took possession of our new car. Although he may not have known the answers to some of our questions right away, he would find out the answers for us relatively quickly and he always answered all our telephone calls. We would also like to thank the rest of the staff from the reception staff to the general manager for patiently and courteously dealing with all our questions and concerns. We hope this kind of service continues in the future.
