Brought My vehicle for Service at Richmond Hill Lexus and was treated superbly well with Amanda Pi as my service Rep. She was very honest and told me what I need to do or What i should do to maintain the Vehicle in good condition. I had tons of questions but she assisted me with all of them clearly. The wait during my vehicle was in service was roughly 1.5-2 hours but it felt like I was only there for 15 minutes~:) Car was washed and Interior was cleaned when receiving the car. Overall great feeling and a welcoming dealership~
