I am really satisfied with service department in Lexus of Richmond Hill. Leila Rad, who I know her since she was working in Mercedes Benz, is wonderful in her job. She is very supportive, friendly, and polite. She really cares about the customer's concerns and tries her best to have the job done in the best way and the shortest time. Thanks Leila
