I have recently accompanied a colleague of mine who happened to be interested in a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership. I have nothing but compliment about the entire shopping experience. In particular, the sales consultant Luiza provided us exceptional and pleasant customer service. She is courteous, knowledgeable and patient. She applied no sales pitch or pressure to buy, instead, she listened and understood my colleague's needs and tried her very best to accommodate. From the initial qualifying questions to the test drive and finally negotiating the offer, it was smooth and enjoyable. As a result, my colleague was able to close the deal shortly after. On the day of the delivery, Luiza even returned to the dealership when she was scheduled off that day, it was very impressive and cordial. I will definitely recommend this dealership and especially Luiza to anyone that is interested in purchasing a Lexus vehicle (brand new or pre-owned), I am positive that the experience will not differ.
