Zenia was amazing, funny, and personable. Without Zenia, I would not have bought the car. Cisco, I believe is the manager also was a great help! They are all awesome. Had a great experience purchasing a barely used 2012 Tundra last month. I don't feel like a got a screaming deal, but I do feel like I got a fair price on the new truck and on my trade in. There was none of the "let me check with my sales manager" BS during price negotiations. I was able to speak directly with Ken from the outset and hammer out a price face to face. Nestor, Rey, and Miguel were all great and my family and I left happy with our new purchase. A month later and we're certainly still stoked with no buyer's remorse.

I wanted to give this dealer a try because it's only 5 mins from my home. However it was terrible experience. I wanted an oil change. On their website, it said "Completed in 1 hour or less in most cases with an appointment". However when I got there (on time), the service advisor said the wait time was 4 hours and it would take 1 hour => total = 5 hours. When I asked about the 1 hour on the website, she said it's the time it might take to talk to her. That's totally bogus and stupid. She insisted on a full synthetic oil change even though my car takes 5w-30 oil. I said no, I wanted normal oil. She said she couldn't guarantee the kind of oil they would put into my car. Then I asked if they could service my car AC system too. She recommended an AC clean service which was $ 300 job. However she refused to tell me any details on what they would do to clean my AC system. She just kept saying "No, I don't know. Nothing is showing up on the monitor". I was so disappointed with her that I decided to take back my car and drove home instead.

I would never authorize a brake pad replacement for $900. And regular oil change for $68 when it s advertise for synthetic. Complaint and got ignore like dealing with lawyers...saying you signed it and deal with it.

Our experience at Toyota Sunnyvale was great. We had a difficult transaction as we owed way more than our trade was worth and we were trying to downsize in payments due to some life expenses we have coming up. Diana, the general sales manager, was great about getting back to us and even gave us some ideas of what they could do for our trade and on the new car by email since we live about 45mins away with no traffic. She was in the end the final decision on a great deal and even was able to get us the lowest interest rate possible to keep the payments where we needed them to be. Jessica, a direct sales manager, did a great job throughout the whole transaction. She was very knowledgeable about the Prius we were purchasing and could answer all the questions we had. She was genuine and I appreciated that since that is so unlike a lot of other dealerships. David, another sales manager, had dealt with my husband on a past transaction and was so authentic and fair that my husband wanted to go back to Toyota Sunnyvale for this transaction. David again was authentic and fair and had a great sense of humor which we appreciated. When we got to the finance department it was seamless. No haggles to buy extra stuff and was the easiest we have every experienced. We will definitely recommend Toyota Sunnyvale to others as well as continue to give them our business as long as their customer service stays top notch like it is now. Although we did have to do some back and forth negotiation, it was a great experience overall and we left happy with a deal that was comfortable.

Not only was he extremely annoying with multiple tactless pushy emails, he was rude on the phone and low balled me for my truck (other dealerships have given me a much higher trade in quote and have checked kbb) when i spoke to another Toyota dealership they told me he wasn t even supposed to quote me over the phone like that. After saying I was no longer interested and hanging up Vinod proceeded to call me and harass me and be rude to me!! Thank god i didnt make the 2+ hour drive to come here.

My car buying experience this time vs the last went from good to exceptional with Cindy this time. Both times, the Sales Associates were exceptional. I had visited Toyota Sunnyvale to get my Sienna serviced, and was browsing around the new 2019 RAV4. Cindy was walking a customer around some vehicles and explaining the redesign and new tech details. I had asked her some questions where she had good answers to. We followed up with a test drive the following week or so. I was initially interested in a RAV4, trading in my Sienna. Cindy asked what trim, so I could have the right test drive experience. I got back to the lot and felt the 4Runner, my all time favorite, was a better fit for what I was looking for. She didn't mind the idea, even though nothing was certain, she asked if I wanted to compare on the same day to get a better comparison for what I was looking for. That was a good idea. We then followed up on me searching for a white ext, black int 4Runner and the price range of what I saw at a sister dealership. I mentioned to Cindy that I'm trying to spend as little unnecessary time at the dealership as I am busy with other things during the week and coming weekend. The morning I came in to discuss, I had said I'd be in by 9am, and as I rolled in at just a little after 9am and parked, she was already coming out of the showroom to greet me. We worked on getting a vehicle in from one of the distant sister dealerships, and I received a call that day that they got the one I wanted delivered. I mentioned that I had about one hour to perhaps get some part of the paperwork done and the Sienna assessed for trade-in. She then made sure that when the one hour was coming up, she asked me if I was ok on time, and that things were almost done. She was very vocal to the Managers about my time, and they ensured I didn't stay longer than I could. The next day, we took care of business. Same routine, I parked the Sienna, Cindy came out, asked if I wanted tea or coffee, and we got to work. I was in there that morning for a process that lasted less than half the time I experienced the first time. All thanks for understanding when is the best time to be at the dealership and Cindy arranging the resources so I wouldn't spend more time than I'd like. A great experience here at Toyota Sunnyvale. It's my Toyota dealership of choice.

Brought the car in for an simple oil change because Stevens Creek Toyota was full. After declining every additional service that they recommended, they wanted me to add in tire rotation. I got my tire changed out 5 thousand miles ago.
They were "kind" enough to also inspect the water pump and informed me that it was leaking and needed to be replaced. It was going to cost me 1.1k for parts and labor and only will take 1 hour to do. That's very convenient and speedy of them. So I told them I have to check with my wife and actually called up Stevens Creek Toyota to get a quote on water pump replacement. Stevens Creek Toyota quoted me 650 parts and labor but it takes 4 hours to do.
Here's the kicker. Stevens Creek Toyota did an inspection of my water pump and there was nothing wrong with it.

Both John Papas and Marius Coroiu treated me like I was a member of their family, which by the way made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I came there with a set of goals and an a good deal on financing. Not only did I get a beautiful car I got the financing of a lifetime. Marius showed me a car that fit in with my techie side. The Bluetooth capability allows me to access my favorite steaming radio stations without the cost of a satellite service, which fits my on the budget lifestyle. I love the hands free phone system and the reverse camera. These were features Marius pointed out that I didn't have in my last Toyota. John and Marius provided superb customer service.
In regards to financing, Ron was quick an efficient. He had my paperwork completed in 20 minutes, which I appreciated because I had a restless child in tow. The financing package I received made me very happy. When I came to bring my down payment Cisco made me aware of the GPS mobile tracer feature available for my Toyota, which eased my mind greatly because keeping my car secure is a great concern of mine.

The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had the car fixed that night!! They provided us with a car to use to run our other errands and said we could keep it for up to 48hrs after the repair was completed (just in case the baby came). It had recently gone out and I had purchased a replacement bulb. When I drove in, the greeter in service said that it would most likely be free. Then an older woman named Lori came over to my window, and as she was smacking her gum she asked for my mileage. I then asked if there would be a cost involved and she said yes $75.00! I asked to speak to a manager and the service supervisor came out named Eric and confirmed that it would be $75.00 because there was too much time involved! What? He then said I suppose you want it done for free...SHAME ON YOU Lori and Eric for not being Good champions for Toyota! I have been going to dealerships for years and have never been treated like this!!
Bill, Manager of Toyota of Sunnyvale, I just read your feedback to my review on Yelp in which you said that it took a lot of time to replace the light bulb so you had to justify wanting to charge me $75.00 I also just had my light bulb replaced on the drivers side, and it took all of 5 minutes. You wanting to charge me $75.00 is robbery and you do not even come close to the service I have received from Toyota in the past.
I had it replaced by a local car mechanic, and he charged me nothing. When I told him that you wanted to charge me $75.00, he rightfully said, "I want to be able to sleep at night!"

Verrrry expensive. $90 for an oil change? Synthetic oil. And $40 for optional tire rotation. It's called fleecing. Not going back there. In Virginia, tire rotation is included, and I paid $60 for mobil 1 oil change.

We bought our car and paid cash last year, they processed it as a lease on our registration and I have spent hours trying to fix their mistake, and still trying. I eventually got the title for the car but when I call no one knows what is going on. Now I can't renew my car's registration and again when I call there is no help. They are just telling me to go to the DMV to fix it, which means half a day or more of missed work in the middle of the week.
This dealership is exceptionally irresponsible.

I went to this place after a disappointing car seller from craigslist. I was all about saving money, but I wasn't willing to spend thousands of dollars fixing a cheap car. I wanted to get a rather cheap car, and didn't think a pre-owned car sales place would take me seriously. However, Peyman Mirshafiei, my dealer, was very pleasant to work with even with my tight budget. He showed me many cars I could choose from, test drive and told me everything about the cars. My car also came with new tires, brakes, battery to name a few, and they offer many types of warranty services (some are free, some costs extra). On top of that, they also offer surprisingly great auto insurance. I did my research and walked in there with few cheap quotes, but Daniel Posner, the insurance person at the location, offered me a better deal with cheaper price. All in all, do your research before you go in there, but the quality of service won't disappoint you. Even when I was working with a tight budget, they treated me very well. I am very happy with my purchase and would like to recommend this place to others :)

Like many, I absolutely dread the car buying experience. John Le help put all that to rest. He was thorough, patient, and helped us get the best deal possible for our Toyota Sienna 2019 XLE AWD minivan. Although I'm not thrilled about driving a minivan, I am extremely satisfied that the car buying experience wasn't what I was expecting it to be. My wife and I were in and out within 3-4 hours, and made it back just in time to pick up our baby daughter for bedtime. Once more, special shoutout to John Le for being awesome and helping us out!

I would say that i'm not your typical buyer. I like to arm myself with every bit of information and go into the dealer knowing exactly what I want, and what I feel would be a fair deal for the both of us. I also don't like to negotiate, and do "let me check with my manager" game. I always start off by asking what the OTD price on a vehicle i'm interested in. If they cannot answer that quickly, and succinctly, then they are not the kind of dealer i'd like to buy from.
I'm not interesting in 'sitting' down and going back and forth over numbers, wasting each other's time.
So this year I find myself in the market for a 2016 Tacoma. I knew the exact trim level and option package I wanted, and knowing the demand, I understood that i'd likely be paying MSRP or a few hundred below it. I'm OK with that, as long as the dealer is upfront about pricing and had a transparent buying process. To me, time is more important than squeezing every last dollar I can get off the truck.
I did my usual dealer email inquiries--emailed about 5-6 dealers that had the truck I wanted in stock, and used truecar/AAA/Tacoma forums for reference pricing. Most of them came back at MSRP--some at above MSRP!
Sunnyvale Toyota was one of the dealers that was willing to go a few hundred below MSRP. I promptly set up a time in which I would come in. I was immediately contacted by the Fleet Manager Stan Wolowski. He gave me the pricing upfront and within a few minutes of meeting him. I was very happy about that. While they had the truck I wanted, it was on hold for someone else, with no other truck like with the options I wanted, I told him to just call me back if the other buyer backs out.
About 10-mins into my drive back to the office, he texted me and said the truck was available as he called the other buyer and they backed out. I quickly turned around, came back and left a deposit, since I had to go back to the office for some meetings, I could not finish the deal then and there.
During the few hours I had left, Stan had the truck detailed, and all the paperwork in order. He messaged me every step of the way, and was very good about communicating. I will have to say, that after buying 10 or so new cars in my lifetime, this is the way to do it. I really don't like wasting time at a dealer. Stan was my one and only contact, and the only person I spoke with at the dealer. I really enjoyed that personal approach to buying my truck.
I came back in the evening, and Stan and I went through all the paperwork. There was minimal upsell on his part--which I greatly appreciated. He was very detail oriented and had everything ready to go. Unlike your typical salesman, being the Fleet Manager, he had really good knowledge of the truck and a ton of tips. As a final good by gesture he offered to pair my phone to the truck, but I was running out of time, so I just thanked him and went on my way.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Stan Woloski and Sunnyvale Toyota. As a non-typical and very particular buyer, he went above and beyond to make my purchase smooth and easy. Sometimes you can can nickel and dime a dealer to get the maximum discounted price, but i'd rather not waste my valuable time and start enjoying my truck.

My sister and I came to this dealership to get our first car, the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, and we were truly lucky to have Martin to help us out! When test driving the car, he offered to test out all of the safety features (lane departure, cruise control, blindspot assist, etc) and guided us on the road so we could do so safely. It was the most informative test drive we've had after seeing other dealerships!
We knew that this Toyota dealership was part of the Costco program, and Martin very professionally broke down the pricing and numbers for us. He was completely transparent with all of extra fees added to the car (wear and tear, alarm system, gap insurance, etc), and explained in detail all of the numbers on the pricing sheet. He even took care of explaining our credit checks and insurance, and brought people in from finance and insurance to talk to us. We must've spent 9 hours between two days at this dealership just getting all this new information about our car. Martin was also very energetic the whole time, and patiently answered all of our questions.

Today is the second car i am bringing it for regular maintenance which is engine oil change, reset maintenance reminder light, rotate tires, multipoint inspection, lubricate propeler shafts bushings, install windshield washer solvent check floor mat. All of this can be done in 15 to 45 minutes. Guess what, I was promised to be done at 1pm which is 3 hrs from my arrival at 10 AM but waited for another 45 minutes, total of 3 hrs and 45 minutes.... what a bomber!!! No word of honor, don t say any time frame if you guys won t keep your words!!!!!!!!
