Had to call multiple times to set an appointment for a recall repair; first two times the employee I talked to insisted my car didn't need the repairs. My calls were unnecessarily transferred to irrelevant departments and almost always ended up on hold. Waited a month for the appointment to hear that a part needed to be ordered.
