Our experience at Toyota Sunnyvale was great. We had a difficult transaction as we owed way more than our trade was worth and we were trying to downsize in payments due to some life expenses we have coming up. Diana, the general sales manager, was great about getting back to us and even gave us some ideas of what they could do for our trade and on the new car by email since we live about 45mins away with no traffic. She was in the end the final decision on a great deal and even was able to get us the lowest interest rate possible to keep the payments where we needed them to be. Jessica, a direct sales manager, did a great job throughout the whole transaction. She was very knowledgeable about the Prius we were purchasing and could answer all the questions we had. She was genuine and I appreciated that since that is so unlike a lot of other dealerships. David, another sales manager, had dealt with my husband on a past transaction and was so authentic and fair that my husband wanted to go back to Toyota Sunnyvale for this transaction. David again was authentic and fair and had a great sense of humor which we appreciated. When we got to the finance department it was seamless. No haggles to buy extra stuff and was the easiest we have every experienced. We will definitely recommend Toyota Sunnyvale to others as well as continue to give them our business as long as their customer service stays top notch like it is now. Although we did have to do some back and forth negotiation, it was a great experience overall and we left happy with a deal that was comfortable.
