They just want me to sign and not mentioning the price of service and I ended up with $ 900 for brake pads replacement and using coupon for synthetic oil and got regular oil with 5000 miles instead of 10000

I would never authorize a brake pad replacement for $900. And regular oil change for $68 when it s advertise for synthetic. Complaint and got ignore like dealing with lawyers...saying you signed it and deal with it.

Very unfriendly customer service.
I bought my car there and always service my car there and they always give a price quote and explain before making me sign. This time since I trusted them based on last experience I got rip off.

Just wants to share my experience.... read all the line. Or just go to another dealer.
