You were able to accommodate my financing needs and help greatly with my first car purchase.
Gil is the guy to so see. Got a corolla from him. good price and good service.
Thay lost my keys. Over all just bad survives. If you can avoid this place then do it.
Customer service is horrible. I am looking for a car and landed up here. They didn't even take me inside, Showed 1 car at the lot and its done. Didn't give any information. I am going to some other toyota dealer.
Martin and Charles are nice. They address my wife's and my concern in detail during the car buying process. Definitely recommend my friends to shop here.
Terrible shuttle service... Not sure the point of making an appointment because it still takes forever to get an oil change. Do not recommend. Thanks for ruining my day.....
A couple of days back when my wife was about to take the kids to school she noticed a small crack at the bottom middle of the windshield of our Toyota Highlander that we had bought in 2012 from Toyota Sunnyvale. Today the crack had gotten bigger and had started to move from the bottom middle of the windshield straight up towards the roof.
We called our insurance company and the glass guy came to our door. After examining the windshield the gentleman informed us that there is no sign of rock hitting the windshield and is very likely it is a "Stress crack" and we should take it to the Toyota dealership as the car is still under warranty.
We got into the car and drove to the Toyota Sunnyvale. In our way I told my wife that may be we should trade-in the Highlander and get a Land cruiser for her and may be I should get a Tundra for my work.
When we arrived at the Toyota Sunnyvale I went to the service department and spoke to a lady name "Lisa". I explained to her our problem and she came out to see the car. She lift the windshield wiper and saw the crack starting from the bottom of the windshield right under the rubber of the glass and run straight up towards the roof of the car. She took a pen out and ran it through the crack and stopped at the bottom of the windshield and started twisting the pen and the proceeded to tell me with a very rude attitude that: "The wind shield is cracked because a stone has hit it and Toyota will NEVER cover it". However, when she put the wiper back down the area where she had forcefully twisted her pen happened to be exactly under the wiper. So I asked if she can explain to me how a rock can hit the windshield directly under the wiper? She promptly and again rudely said I must have been operating the wipers. I found this explanation unacceptable. I ask to speak to the manager. She went inside and came back with a guy named "Larry" and introduced him to me as her manager. However, as she was walking toward us she was acting very strange. She was looking at us and was holding her left hand in front of her mouth and whispering to "Larry". Looked a lot like she was trying to couch him as to what to do and what to say to us. Of course when Larry came he said exactly what she had told us without even trying to do the pen test. Then suddenly she gave Larry the pen and asks him to do the pen test. Larry was struggling to reach the crack but repeated what she said nonetheless.
What was an extremely unprofessional and disgusting behavior was when I tried to explain to her that it is almost impossible for the stone to hit the windshield right under the wiper even if the wiper was operational, she gave me a dirty look and walked away with out saying anything.
We got into our car and left the dealership. I and my wife were extremely upset with this experience, and I decided to call the General Manager a guy named "Mike". I left him two messages and we did not hear anything back from him.
My experience with Lisa was so bad and her conduct so unprofessional that I will never again buy a Toyota.
This dealership is very busy and likely is doing good business and that is the reason why they treat their customers like this. As small as my business is, I will take it somewhere else. So, Goodbye Toyota and Hello Ford.

My rating is -3 stars
I have bought 3 nissan cars in the last year and half. Unfortunately one of the Nissan I bought was a Nissan Rougue 2015 and was when this administration owned the dealership. When I bought the car the process was quick and smooth. However now that I refinanced my car I have been calling and emailing the department of contracts in order to received my gap insurance back, cause I when I refinaced the car I bought another Gap insurance with the new borrower. This process has taken over a month and I'm still not getting response from the department. Meireen Lamoca, who is in charge of this case has been very unprofessional with me, after over 30 calls and over 15 emails she has only reply two times, in the beginning. Now that I have sent all the document to start the proces its been over a month and she hasn't replied to me back, not even to tell me the status of my reimbursement or just to tell me that she got my document. I have emailed her almost every single day. I realize to buying a car its easy but to work with a costumer to reimburse this company is awful. If I dont hear from you guys I'm going to file a complaint with the State Attorney Genaral and with the Better Business Bureau. I dont think we need to get to this point if Meireen Lamoca answers me and deals with my case.
Bad customer service.
My front seat had a ripped seam. Since my car is still under warranty I went to this dealership where Service adviser Jamie Martinez filed a repair request under warranty. She told me she needs to contact Toyota and will get back to me. It s been almost three months she never called back. I called the dealership several times and they told me I need to get a hold of her. I left several messages on her voicemail. I went to the dealership and they took a note and told me they will call me back. No one ever called me back. Frustrating.
My experience at the Toyota in Sunnyvale was beyond amazing!! It had been a stressful month for me. My car that I had was a 2014 Toyota Camry SE. I had just celebrated my one year anniversary of having it, and then it was totaled :( I was very stressed and not feeling ready to buy a new car. I came to this Toyota location just wanting to see what they offered. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Fred in sales. He asked what we were looking for and I gave him the model and year of the type of car I was looking for. We walked around the lot and eventually it was between two Toyota Camry SE vehicles. Not once did I feel pressured or guilt tripped into buying a car or asking questions. I even let him know I had other places I needed to see before I made any decisions about a car. He completely understood and encouraged me to take my time and look at my options. I then explained my situation to him and how I was feeling. Not only did he reassure me that it would be fine, but his opinion and advice was spot on. I ended up coming back at the end of the day and purchasing a 2016 Toyota Camry SE last week for a great price! Though Fred made me feel comfortable and we had a few laughs while going through the whole process, he was not the only one to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. Jude in the finance department was phenomenal! He knew what he was doing and reassured me many times not to stress out. He took care of us through the whole process and worked what I think is the best deal I have ever had in my life. We shared many laughs and enjoyed each other's company through the night. I am still sharing and laughing about the stories we shared and the personal experience we had with both men! I will be forever thankful for them and their help through what could have been (BUT WAS NOT) such a stressful experience. I highly recommend them and this dealership! Thank you Fred and Jude for all the fun and for taking care of me during such a hard time. I will forever be grateful for you two!
It has been a nice experience to purchase my first car with Toyota Sunnyvale dealership. Toyota Sunnyvale offers me a good deal and great service.
Work done as expected. No problems. Fast to schedule online and to complete the work requested.
Went for recall service and it was done very quickly.
********************* Make sure to check your items kept in car, before leaving the service center ************************
Unfortunately, I had to update more information and alert every one.
Usually I keep stuff like GPS, Sun glasses etc on my car cabin, however after couple days of this service, I noticed that the GPS and other stuff is not there in my car and for same I had checked with service center and as per their update they don't have any cameras at service location and hence they can't find that, however I strongly feel that, my stuff was taken-out / stolen during this service only.
So, I am posting this review to alert every one make sure to check your stuff before and after the service.
Deniz was very helpful in helping me find my first car. While she may not have known everything off the top of her head (who could blame her with how many makes, models, and trims are out there), she was very honest and sincere in looking things up and getting back to me as soon as possible. She made sure everything was ok at every turn and made the process as relaxing as can be.
Jude was also very helpful walking through the paperwork line by line. Great personality.
Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a straightforward, honest deal.
There is a Japanese salesman. I was really taken care of when I signed a car lease. Even if you make a reservation for maintenance, you will have to wait a lot ...
I was in the market for a nice used car. I visited their website first and did some inventory searches then visited the store and found the online inventory to be accurate. The sales guy, Fred, I worked with was there to facilitate a purchase. I didn't feel coerced into a deal and now that I'm home with a 'new to me' car in the driveway I'm quite pleased. Your mileage may vary but I was overall happy with the purchase I made.
I was helped excellently by Yuliana Oseguera.
thanks for your help
The ease of the transaction James Tran just made everything seem automatic.
OUT OF TOWN CAR SHOPPERS, BEWARE!!! I've never in my whole car buying experience have something like this happen to me and my family today. My family and I have purchased new and certified used vehicles from large dealers before and this is by far worse than bad customer service. It's Mother's Day and we drove 3 hours from out of town to this dealership, who supposedly prides itself in strong and honest customer service, to look at two vehicles that was confirmed to me the night before by another sales person (Najaf Ali) via phone and again the morning of our arrival at the dealership by Brandon Mulipola, who was the sales person I've been corresponding with. To simply explain the situation, Brandon showed up at the used car lot and within an hour after talking to Ross Ludwig, the General Sales Manager, figured out that the vehicles were not even on the lot and available. The explanation I was given was that the cars were picked up sometimes over night or in the morning and transported to another affiliated dealership in San Francisco. This is not acceptable because as a dealership, you should no where your inventory is right away if it did move. Another problem I found fascinating was that they could not confirm whether the vehicles were sold or not and only said maybe one was sold. I feel that I have to share this for three main reasons, (1) for this size and level of a dealership, this should not have never happened at all to any customer looking for a vehicle, (2) there were two vehicles confirmed by the sales staff to be available, when in fact a physical inspection was never done to see if the vehicles were actually on the lot, and (3) as a customer, confirming the vehicles were available for sale on the lot when in fact it was not, was purely misleading. To be fair about this, Brandon did apologize about the mishap and I did allow them to try and relocate the vehicles but as a prospect customer, this just should never have happened in the first place and I will never feel confident about shopping at this dealership or out of town again.
I have been in auto repair and service business for 40 years and never met a more obnoxious service manager in my life ! .Their #1 goal profit . Everything else is secondary.
Great customer service from the service department. When one of my wheel covers went missing following routine maintenance, Dan Kelly helped me out and got it replaced in a timely fashion at no charge.
Poor Service! Always Late!
Just buy a new car at this store! Promise to me that I could get the car at noon, but kept me waiting at store and only gave it to me in the evening!
Promise to do the tint of window for only 2hrs, but did it for a whole day! And after the tint, my car was obviously driven by them. The seting of my GPS was changed! The mat of the car was pretty dirty! There is oil on my leather chair and the ceiling! Oh, terrible! Complained to the worker, but they refused to wash it for me. Just ask me to talk with their manager tomorrow since it is pretty late in the evening.
The worst showroom experience I ever had. The Finance Manager is not at all friendly; He is trying an emotional blackmail on the customer. I wont recommend buying cars from this place.
I got my new car here in one week. Awesome testing drive and sales experience with Fiona and amazing financing experience with Kevin.
Find a easy way to get there and fast. Very happy to learn new roads.
They are really unhelpful. Very prejudice, and very bad attitudes. Wish I hadn't bought my son's car there. Finance department just wants to stick you with extras. Bad customer service. And Lisa in Business Development Department is the worse. Wouldn't ever buy from them again.
Fixed my airbag recall. Tell them to text you when your car is ready.
Been going to Toyota Sunnyvale for service on my Prius every 6 months for the last 11 years. Been happy with their service every time. Olivia particularly went the extra mile when I was there this week. Thanks!
Best experience I've ever had at a dealer. Mo was great, made my family feel comfortable and we never felt rushed . My daughter got her car , test drive, paperwork signed , all stress free . Bart in finance is great also, thank you guy's
went for simple oil change and just like most dealers they over filled my oil which is hazardous to engine and gaskets. Had to convince 2 mechanics that it is above the full line while the serice rep lady kept asking if its over filled and in the end did not even get a simle appology. They took some oil out I checked my oil again few hours later when all the oil has drained to tbe bottom and it is still over filled. Ridiculous, I will drain some out myself. Good job toyota. What if i had not check my oil level? Are you gonna cover potential leaks and damage? You should have atleast offered reimbursment for the "good" service provided. Check your gluid levels!
They were professional and fast! I scheduled an appointment the night before online. It took them less than an hour to complete a 5,000 mile check up. I also had an adapted car and they were able to drive it okay. Lesson learned: book weekday appointments for less long lines and faster service!
Ive bought two cars from here and the service is always good, both in sales and service.
Customer oriented attitude, esp. Mr. Ryan McCune who did a superb job.
Never again will I bring my truck for service here... it s ridiculous that I have to be stuck for a long time. I went up to the advisor said another 30 minutes. An hour later and still no truck. It s been 3 hours!!!!
We got a perfect deal on a 2017 prius. Albert is the guy to ask for. He is the best.. Roy at the financial department got us a great loan deal.. Thanks guys.#happycustomer
Nobu is absolutely wonderful. He was so kind and worked with my needs to get me a great car. I felt really comfortable working with Nobu. And I am so happy with my car!!
Everyone was honest and at no point did I feel like I was getting hustled. Even when I told David that four dollars a month for rubber mats were too expensive he gladly went off to find another car. I ended up with the rubber mats after all.
Roy was also very different to work with. My previous two experiences with "closers" I spent most of my time saying "no thanks, really, no thanks." With him I didn't have to say it once. And when it came to the excesses wear and tear coverage he explained it in a way I could see the value it might possibly have at the end of my lease.
Once I got home and did some research on the car I just leased I was glad to find that I got a deal that is considered a Great deal by carfax, edmunds, and KBB.
I look forward to doing business again in two years with you all.
Good mechanics. Terrible parking. Didn't like sales staff. Always packed.
Service staff is rude. And they do not provide 2 way transportation, will not recommend to anyone
Purchased a used Toyota Prius last weekend. Bart and his staff were extremely hospitable, timely, and provided amazing customer service. I was in and out within an hour! Not only that, but Toyota Sunnyvale offers free oil changes for the first 3 months after purchase and many more perks. I would recommend them to any friends or family and will be going back again when I am ready to purchase another car! Thank you Toyota Sunnyvale.
Last month I bought Toyota RAV4 2018
Charles was sales person I liked his service
But I am not happy with their service team I have some problem in my car and few things I want to know but no one reply me
I bring my car into service and ask them to tell me about car That lady said you have to fix appointment and come again and I already had appointment
This is not a good gesture
After my sister wracked my car, I was carless for a day and boy it wasn't fun. So I decided to go to Toyota Sunnyvale to purchase a new car. I got helped by Dino and he make the whole experience nice and easy. He even offered me OJ, which was great. But I was sad to hear that they didn't make the model of the car I wanted, which was the Prius V. I also didn't want a used car either, so Dino help me decide which car I should get. I went with the Prius prime, got a really awesome deal on it. Then off to the finance department and Kevin helped me. He make the process smooth and fun. He also help me with my application on the rebate for the clean vehicle rebate program. He offered me advice on my old warranty that I had, which was great to hear that I can get some money back. Overall Dino and Kevin got me my brand new baby!!! And I love it!!!!! Thanks again for a wonderful time!!! I would totally recommend them if you need a new ride
The dealership repeatedly could never find my extended warranty and charged me for services that were covered by it.
They also tried to get me to have services done that were not needed.
Toyota Sunnyvale is one of the best Toyota dealership in the bay area with their 10 points guarantee ,and the most different thing compare with another car dealership is about sale service . Celine is the best sale lady i ever see that i why I have just bought a grand new Toyota Corolla 2013 by her suggestion . She is a very nice, friendly ,and very passion with customer. Actually i tried many different dealership to compare the price. Anyone wants a dealership can offer the best price and service. Finally i decide to buy my new car at Toyota Sunny Vale because of sale specialist Celine. She worked very hard to help me to choose the best color for my car ,the best paying case...However, anybody need to watch out Mr. Phil -who works at the financial room because he will spend about 20 minutes to persuade you guys for buying a extended car guarantee, and if you don't want to buy it , you can be in a trouble . I was in that situation . I put money for the down payment is $6000 ,and i used my debit card to pay for it . Mr Phil just swipe only 1 time and he told me " Your debit card doesn't work ..it is just accept $500 ...you can't pay ...you have to get cash..." . I knew that he wanted to make trouble for me just because i didn't buy a extended car so i told him " please try another time , Mr Phil i guess it can accept $2000 , not $500 .." so this time he tried again and it accepted $2000. It means that Mr. Phil didn't try his best to sell more car like sale specialist Celine , she tried her best to sell as much as car for the dealership but not Mr. Phil . I guess Mr.Phil doesn't care about the amount of selling car because he is in financial department( he doesn't under pressure for selling car like sale team) but it is not fair because one is trying very hard for the company ,one doesn't care about selling amount.
In conclusion, i strongly recommend sale specialist Celine who can stand by your side , friendly , passion, reliable and caring for customer ,and avoid Mr.Phil.
The service Luke provided is great! He help us find the car we want! And my family has a new life style with TOYOTA RAV4!
We purchased a 2020 Prius Prime Limited recently and were very pleased with the excellent service provided by Martin Tamrazi-Sales Manager. Martin was very helpful in locating the specific model and color that we wanted and contacted us promptly when the car arrived from Japan. He answered all our questions about the various features of the car. The Finance Manager Sean Ngyuen was also very helpful in processing the sale documents promptly. We are very satisfied with the service we received at Toyota Sunnyvale.
I bought my first car today with the help of my aunt. We browsed around the lot for about 15 minutes before we accepted the assistance of John Ewell. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars that fell within my set parameters, and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us into making a decision, which was really nice, because I am naturally a cautious consumer, particularly when it comes to these types of purchases. He asked if I would like to test drive the car, which I had not even considered, and it was a good thing he suggested it, too, because it helped me in making my decision. He was very accommodating and I enjoyed doing business with him.
I liked the Professionalism, patience of the Sales Person. Every time, I went there, he was always with smiling face. That is a big criteria of a fantastic sales person. Secondly, i felt the whole purchase process is very streamlined.
This gentleman saved us. We have been to several place n try to take of this rush nail and sale our car! Only this young man helped us out! He is really professional! helpful!nice!and patient! Thank you! Time to buy another Toyota!
We weren't really sure what we wanted. Steve Fang stepped us through to our final selection very efficiently. His demonstrations of features and answers to our questions were very helpful.
In the past we have loved taking our cars to Toyota Sunnyvale, but recently they have updated their prices and maintenance schedule to extract more money from customers. Our last maintenance appointment was a routine oil change and general check up for which they requested $1600 -$1800. The car only has 30k miles. We will be looking elsewhere to get our cars serviced from now on.
Thank you Raj, John, Bart and Demitrio for the great experience of purchasing my new car. The staff at Toyota Sunnyvale is super friendly and helpful. I had my car checked by my long time mechanic and he assured me that I made a great purchase. I felt the price was a fair deal and I have been comfortably driving my 2003 Subaru Outback! They definitely pay attention to detail when deciding which cars to sell of their lot, the 15 year old car looked almost brand new.
Jessica Wilson + Costco auto program = best car buying experience ever!
Fast. Great customer service. Go here instead of Fremont.
The Stuff there very helpful specially Mohammad.. thanks men
Luke made the car buying experience so painless and memorable. He really values customer's time and not trying to upsale other services/options. He did cover all available services/options so that I could make informative decision.
I'll definitely refer my network to the dealership should any of them is in the market for a car.
We worked with Delon and had a great experience. They found a better car than we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay.
The dealers here are more casually dressed and mannered.
I am not good at English. But I am customer also. I don't understand why tell to me like angry. So I bought new car at other toyota shop.
Vinod is the best! Great service, great price. Highly recommend!
They are awful! Just finance guys help me a lot, others ignore me
Scam. Supposedly you can buy online - get your price, figure out payments, trade value, credit app, etc. BUT . . . not before they make you cough up your email and phone number, so they can beat you to death with emails and phone calls. When are these guys gonna learn!?
We worked with Jeff to sell our used car. He made the process very easy. Offered a fair price (consistent with our research) right away. Would definitely recommend Jeff if you are looking to sell your car. Friendly and no-nonsense.
During the past six years I have taken my 2012 Camry to this dealership for regular and non-regular (normal tear and wear) issues. In most of these cases, I was helped by Mr. Millis Ishoo, the assistant manager (if I am not mistaken). Millis's knowledge and professional / friendly attitude has always impressed me, where I received the absolutely correct diagnosis and repair/maintenance service in a very timely manner, at a reasonable and fair price. I hope to see Millis continue working in this dealership for many years to come, as Toyota cars last for very long time.
Have gone for multiple services lately - Larry's been great to work with.
I bought Camry from this dealership last week, I was very impressed with the care they have taken for the customer from beginning to end. Sales associate Cynthia Muonio was very helpful in explaining me each and every details of the car. Cynthia was very professional and got lot of patience in answering my questions. I would definitely recomend Toyota Sunnyvale dealership.
Horrible service and the technicians are awful at maintenance.
If you do choose to look for your future automotive purchase at Toyota Sunnyvale, look for Adela. She was extremely helpful and kind and immediately put myself and my girlfriend at ease. Nothing like the "shark" reputation you might expect from dealership sales people. Be warned however, as the finance team is not the same. Let Adela help you discover a vehicle but be ready for the next step; dealing with the finance team will be just as difficult as you might expect.
I had been researching a 2016 Prius for awhile and was just waiting for a good deal before pulling the trigger. I saw some incentives advertised on the Toyota Sunnyvale website and called in to speak with Flora. She didn't beat around the bush with my direct pricing questions and I set up an appointment to come check out a Prius the next day. They didn't have the special pricing on the color I wanted, but Flora was able to get me hooked up and beat another low-price offer from a competing dealership. We have 3 Toyotas at home from a different dealership, and this was by far a zero-pressure experience. Flora was great and so was Sean Nguyen the finance manager. We didn't want any extras and we didn't have to sit through endless sales pitches and got out of there pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a Toyota in the Bay Area, and I'll be back if I find myself looking for another Toyota in the future.
Have bought 2 Toyotas in the last 2 years from them, found them to be straightforward, easy to work with, and have the best price of anyone in the area.
The sales team is good at comforting the customers but what really matters is once you take your car in for small service, like tire rotation. It takes them an hour just to rotate tires. I could do it myself at home and save the time and wasted. I only went in because I still have warranty on the car and tires.
Slowest service. Don't waste your time there. Rather do it yourself.
Been servicing our Prius here for a couple years now. No complaints, though miss the car wash.
Quite friendly staff, very good options and deals, convenient location.
Lang was amazingly responsive. I sent an email to the dealership around 8:30 PM and I received a response within 5 minutes. He continued to work with me via email until about 10:30 PM - I definitely felt like he went above and beyond to win my business. The other sales and finance people I worked with (Jonathan and Roy) were also great. Easily the best car buying experience I've had - highly recommended.
The 5 star experience goes exclusively to our sales lady Cindy Muonio. From start to finish over a 2 week period, Cindy was on the ball helping us sort out what we wanted, and then what she could find for us. Her communication was polite, fast, and without pressure. My partner and I have purchased several new cars over the years, and she has by far been the most pleasure to work with. A+, and thanks again Cindy! John and James :o)
So my husband bought a used car from Sunnyvale Toyota, which was his first mistake since we live in Oakland. He saw a listing for a reasonably priced sedan, and since he needed a commuter car, this fit the bill. He took a ridiculously expensive Uber ride down to go see it, was promised it was safety checked and good to go, and bought the car to drive home. By the time he got home to kiss his wife hello, the check engine light was already glowing. I was glowing too.. With fury. I told him to take it back to the dealer to get it looked at, so we called Sunnyvale Toytota. We were told that since the car was sold as-is that they couldn t do anything about it. I asked for a manager, complained more, and was finally promised that they would take a look at it. In 2 weeks time. Really? Even worse, they only have service on weekdays during normal office business hours, the same hours my husband works. Just so he wouldn t have to take time off his job, I made the trek down to Sunnyvale in a sketchy-ass car with the check engine light on. As I was driving, more and more random sounds came on. The headlights were dangerously dim. It seemed light every metal part was rattling. I was so ready to surrender this death trap to the seemingly loving hands of the self-proclaimed award-winning car dealership. When I finally arrived at the promised land, I was told that the mechanic was too busy and that I should come back next week.
.
That was my reaction. This was so ridiculous! We had made an appointment, and we were never called or notified to reschedule. I was upset, but I calmly agreed to return the next week. Using the equivalent of two iphone flashlights as headlights, I carefully drove back home. We couldn t drive the car, so one long week later, I re-entered the death trap to return to Sunnyvale Toyota. This time, I figured, I could finally return the car to my loving husband, and all of the problems would be solved. Well, they definitely told me what the problem(s) were. The transmission needed work (!), the brakes weren t up to par (!!), the headlights were dim even after replacing the bulbs (!!!), and something was loose up in those parts (whatever that meant). After receiving a laundry list of all the things wrong with the car, I was told it was our fault and that they wouldn t fix it. They said we should be grateful we got the car for such a good deal, and we should either pay to have them fix it or fix it elsewhere. I was furious. They sent me on my way, clunking home, clinging to my precious life, hoping to see my husband s beautiful face one more time before I perished. One month later, the brakes went out on him on the freeway. This was the last I ever saw his face. JK. Thanks to his expert driving skills, he was able to roll onto the shoulder and safely slow to a stop, but thanks to Sunnyvale Toyota he could have been seriously hurt or killed. Honestly, the car never should have been sold as it was, especially with their guarantee of safety behind it. No matter how much they sold it for, it was their responsibility as dealers to accurately represent their car, and they failed to do so. Now, we sold it for parts, so no one will have to deal with this car ever again. Thank god.
I had everything I needed and nothing more. I liked the car, I liked the terms. I didn't have to do anything extra. Very straightforward.
Love love love this location. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Jamie Martinez in service is very customer service driven and friendly. I live in San Jose next to a Toyota dealership but I still choose to come to the Sunnyvale location. It s not often you find such a welcoming friendly team of people.
I called Toyota Sunnyvale and spoke to Kalani Hernandez. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions about a vehicle I was inquiring about. I didn't feel pressured to purchase the vehicle at any time, the customer service left me feeling very happy and at ease. I would definitely recommend talking with Kalani and I will be purchasing a vehicle in the near future from Toyota Sunnyvale.
Maria is the best thing that ever happened to this place. Integrity and service. Sadly, I moved across the Bay and can no longer come here. My only question remains....did it hurt when she fell from Heaven?
Fernando fast-tracked my maintenance so I could pick up my daughter on time.
This is a wonderful service center with very competent and friendly advisors. I was in for some routine maintenance recently and Olivia gave me a clear and honest run down of what was due on my vehicle. I ultimately went with the most basic option and, thankfully, did not feel any pressure to do more. You ve gained a loyal customer in me, Toyota Sunnyvale!
I would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr. Noori for being so attentive and helpful, he answered all my questions though i was just looking for an estimate. I will pay another visit to get my favorite car.
This review is specifically for Tim O'Connor of the new car sales area. I recently leased a Prius C 2 after relocating to Mountain View area for work. He not only was friendly and insightful but very understanding of my situation. Very knowledgeable but honest in the few areas that he has not fully investigated. The only complaint I have is that it's very easy to mistake the new car sales office from the used car sales office down El Camino Real by about a 10 minute walk.
I highly recommend Tim and this dealerships team in finding the proper car for you and supporting you through every step of driving off in a new car.
Serviced the Jeep, did a good job... told we were getting 3 free services when we bought it but Service Manager told us we only get 1...
only needed a number so they were nice and gave me Toyota's central number
