Feeling nervous about buying your first car? Toyota Sunnyvale has a reputation of giving excellent customer service. I was brought to Toyota Sunnyvale because of my immediate family's feedback. I was scared buying a new car; I was just looking. Of course, you have to look around and compare between other dealerships. Besides having the best price, they also have the best service! Zenia was amazing, funny, and personable. Without Zenia, I would not have bought the car. Cisco, I believe is the manager also was a great help! They are all awesome. Cisco introduced himself and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and left with a smile. After hours of long wait (mind you, I was there the day before for another couple of hours), I finally got approved and got the keys to MY FIRST car. Tony, our Financial Service, put me at ease. He was great also! Everyone was great. I left at around 11pm and Zenia was still there with a smile and motivated. She was so excited for me and it was very genuine. If you are reading this, you need to stop looking at other dealership and ask for Zenia! All I can say is THANK YOU. -CBJR
