4 as I bought my car from Sunnyvale Toyota. They gave me better price than other nearby dealers. They've got good stock, all the colors n varients are available. The only thing you need to take care of is bargaining. You can get some add-on like all weather mats, extra warranty, etc etc.

Celine asked whether we need help when we entered Toyota Sunnyvale and looked at cars. Then she took us to do test drive and provided her professional opinions when we hesitate which one should we purchase. Then she sent email to follow up with me after visited. When I provided competitive price from other dealers, she helped us to communicate with manager and get the deal done. She stayed with us to work with finance manager, Sean till 11:30pm. They both were patient and provided detail information. It's very pleasant to purchase car from Toyota Sunnyvale.

After conducting a nationwide search for a 4Runner Nightshade, I found only three in the combination I was looking for. Luckily for me, one was located at Toyota Sunnyvale. From the initial phone call until I drove off the lot three days later, Amir Kandil handled my requests with professionalism and grace. I look at buying a car as a form of combat, but I was completely disarmed by Amir and his colleagues. There was no drama and no strong-arm tactics, just honest discussion that resulted in me leaving with the deal that I wanted. I enjoyed this experience, and I would recommend Amir and his dealership without any reservations.

We bought a used car last night from Toyota Sunnyvale and it was a great experience. My daughter found the car on Craigslist and we called to get some info. John Ewell answered all my questions so we decided to head right over and check it out. He met us as we got out of the car and was really nice and helpful. No pressure, just lots of good info. Since my husband wasn't able to join us, John offered to let us take the car home overnight so he could look it over in the morning. In the end, we decided the price was good, the car was exactly what we wanted, so we went for it! I know we kept John and his colleagues there past when they usually leave, but they assured us that they stay until we're satisfied.
We've had only Toyotas for several years and have always had great experiences with Toyota Sunnyvale service; now we have a great experience with the Used Car folks, too.

This review reports a service concern after a rece...

This review reports a service concern after a recent appointment at Toyota Sunnyvale.

Our 2007 Toyota needs oil change every two weeks. It is expensive & inconvenient. We are in the Toyota Oil Consumption Check program. Without completing the checks from Toyota Sunnyvale, we cannot proceed to repair.

Today the car was brought back for the last oil check. Despite the car's history, the service rep declined to do any work on the grounds that the mileage was 10-15% short of the 1100 miles since last oil check. He read some numbers off screen. He cited rules & regulations from Toyota Corp. And I should bring the car back after another 100+ miles.

I suggested he should explain how that's safe also to my family. The rep changed his mind before he could finish the call. His suggestion would have cost time and raised safety concerns. It was not a serious suggestion and was not made in a serious manner.

The rep later acknowledged the test was a big "Fail". The car now needs oil change every 500 miles. The check is timely. To postpone is not safe.

He then would not produce a ticket to the porter to release the car. His action inconvenienced his own co-worker and customer. While we waited, his comment was "No big deal".

Prepare to push back robustly at this place. "We are here to help." Don't count on it.

First, I would like to thank Socrates for making my purchase a breeze. He picked me up from the local BART and we drove through the beautiful Silicon Valley to Sunnyvale Toyota where we wrapped up the purchase in no time. Again, I would like to express my gratitude to Socrates and the Sunnyvale Toyota staff for their great service and unbeatable honest prices.

We bought our fist car here, 3 years ago, from a guy named Jordan. The service then was very good, friendly, fast, and without any snags or surprises. We've had good experiences regarding services and pricing, and recently returned back there to buy a new car. Jordan again showed us the car, and again we were very happy with his service. We eventually clinched the deal with Bart, who was straightforward, helpful and clearly knew his stuff. Will recommend them any time.

I am very happy with my new Toyota Sienna (2014) t...

I am very happy with my new Toyota Sienna (2014) that we purchased from Ahmad and Diana.

I bought a 2014 Toyota Sienna Limited AWD and immediately got buyers remorse. Thank GOD Sunnyvale Toyota has a great team of staff who care. The dealership already offers a no questions asked return policy up to 250 miles and an exchange policy up to 700 miles. I immediately went on a 1700 mile road trip the day after I bought the van and determined part of the way through that trip that I would have rather got another model. OH NO!

The model I wanted was not available in Northern California, so I felt as though I just bought the car that was on the dealers lot, instead of the one I really wanted. I wanted the 'Advanced Technology' package that is only available on FWD limited models - and no dealer in the area had one. Luckily for me, a dealer in LA did have it.

After coming back into the dealership and explaining my remorse to a very friendly sales manager (Diana) an offer was extended to me. Mike, the General Manager, approved a 'rollback' with a nominal fee. That means that they took back a van that I had put 1700 miles on simply because I had remorse and charged me a reasonable restocking fee.

They did this all to be absolutely sure that they had a happy customer - which I am. The existing return/exchange policy is completely appropriate, and they had every right to refuse me taking back the van. A van, I should say, that they will have to sell as used at this point.

I couldn't be happier with Sunnyvale Toyota (short of getting the vehicle for free). My pregnant wife, my 9 month old son and I all applaud the excellent customer service that Ahmad and Diana (and Mike Shum) provided our family.

Bravo!

Such a sleazy place, wish I could give them negative stars. I've been servicing my Toyota pretty much always with them and I found them somewhat overpriced but didn't mind as I was getting my car serviced by trained Toyota techs, and they usually sent me coupons. Today I went with my car and a photo of the coupon for oil change and tire rotation (which clearly had an expiration date and my VIN on it, so it was tied to my car in their system). The person refused to accept the coupon unless I present a physical copy, and said he hasn't seen this coupon being given in a while, and accused me of lying. I ended up taking my car without getting it serviced. What's the point of sending coupons if they won't honor it.

Service advisor called me later in the day and said whole mirror assemble needs repair and can be put in few minutes for $350. Fortunately i declined the offer and went to small shop , choice auto repair. Wise guy there fixed in less than 5 minutes for $25. I can never again trust Toyota servicing

I had an excellent buying experience with Stan Wolowski. I am glad we stumbled upon Toyota Sunnyvale and Stan gave us a call. We first went to another dealership close to where we live but felt pressured. We were looking for a black 2013 RAV4 and he ordered the vehicle for us. He made the whole buying process very quick and easy. He explains things clearly. He takes time to show you how each option works. Great customer service. If you are the type of person who dread vehicle purchasing process because of fear of being pressured, go to Toyota Sunnyvale and look for Stan. Trust me, you won't regret it.

They gave me a misleading quote when I asked a replacement of damaged wheels. The representative told me a cost will be about $600, but it ended up to be more than $700 because there are other items. They told it only after the service is done and I found it very insincere.

Got the car I wanted, with no pressure sales. Very nice! However, the sales person Melissa, had told me the car would be 'detailed and have a full tank of gas'. Neither was true. I picked it up on a Saturday (Melissa wasn't there? Wasn't available? No one seemed to know) and was told it would be detailed and ready in 30 minutes. Seriously? I mean, I was born at night but it wasn't last night. 30 minutes to detail a car? Yeah... well, they cleaned the windows and vacuumed and that's it. I had to wipe down the doors and interior. Gas was on fumes. I also found a bulb was out in one of the taillights.

The finance person, Jude, was great - friendly, easy to chat with and no pressure.

Great car but really, don't tell people you're going to do something you have no intention of doing. Very disappointed.

Dan Fuller reponded to my email inquiry within 10 minutes, despite the fact that it was late on Friday night. During the negotiation and purchase of the new Prius, and the trade-in of the Prius C, he was amazingly dedicated to guaranteeing that I understood all the features of the vehicle, all the obligations of the contract, all the possibilities of the car, and he spent plenty of time allowing me to compare cars and to drive two of them, and to hurry to my bank to get some funds before the end of their business day. He walked me through the entire process and was far, far more helpful than any car salesperson with whom I've ever worked before.

Superior customer service, from first phone call to driving the car away. June Marie graciously accommodated our complicated schedule and took care of all needed service and delivery arrangements, even offering to come in on her day off to help finalize some service details. Marius in finance took great care to understand our needs going forward, and he helped us get a great deal on an extended warranty; he's a delightful person to talk to, sophisticated about cars and everything else. Buying a car can be stressful, but not here--the opposite, and that's rare.

After spending all of Memorial Day weekend looking for an elusive RAV4 hybrid, which involved calling and going to more than 5 bay area dealerships, my husband and I called Toyota Sunnyvale and set up time to see Jessica Wilson. It was a crazy busy weekend for all the dealerships, but Jessica set the tone of making sure all our questions got answered and we never felt rushed and never felt pressured. She was super knowledgeable about current and future inventory and the specs of all the various models of the RAV4. I can't say enough how wonderfully easy it was to work with her.

Roy helped us with all the financial paperwork and he also put us at ease. He was great to talk to and was very thorough with all the contracts and making sure everything was understood.

The all around level of customer service we received at Toyota Sunnyvale was incredible. We would definitely shop, buy, service Toyotas here again.

Excellent place to get your next car. The service there was great - from talking through which car best fit our needs, to our options of financing, we had all our questions answered. There's free wi-fi and a place to sit, with coffee and other drinks. You can also get your car serviced there. It does take a while to go through the whole process and fill out the forms (hence 1 star removed - think this aspect could improve), but that's only because the staff want to help you get your money's worth. They're always stocking up their inventory, so even if you may not find the car you want immediately (such as the hot Toyota Prius 2017), you can be assured you'll get it eventually.

James Tran was amazingly professional, knowledgeable and far!
James and Amir were willing to go over and beyond by staying until after closing to wait for me and my son to arrive. He was not a pushy salesman but he was very knowledgeable and really spent a long time trying to find out what our needs were. Amir Ghorbanl took the time to explain the numbers and give my son advice.
I highly recommend James Tran and Amir Ghorbanl for a seamless car buying experience !!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Martin. I had saved up enough money after graduation to buy my car, but every dealer I went to said they "couldn't get me exactly what I wanted", or "we can't do factory orders". They treated me like I didn't know a thing, and they knew what was best for me. Most didn't give me the time of day. Martin, on the other hand, went above and beyond to find the exact car I wanted. He was receptive to any questions I had, and did everything he could to make my car buying experience easy. If you are thinking of buying a new car, please go to the Sunnyvale dealership, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I had a really bad experience for Toyota Sunnyvale...

I had a really bad experience for Toyota Sunnyvale Service Department today. I had a couple of prior services with them. They were pushy in trying to sell me more services than necessary for my 2006 Sienna, to a degree that makes me a bit uncomfortable, but it was not bad enough for me to say never go there. But after this latest one, I am quite sure that I will never go there.

Because I visited them a couple of times, they constantly sent me promotional emails. A week ago, I got an email from them telling me that my Sienna is due for an oil change. They were roughly right, and were nice enough to include a oil change coupon in the email saying "$38.88" for an oil change. So I did not think too much and made an appointment online. And today I went there for my appointment.

When I got there, one of the greeters asked me rather in an un-welcoming tone: "Do you have an appointment?". I was caught off-guard, but still said yes. then they just pointed me to a long line of people to wait for a service adviser. The wait time is outrages to get a write-up. It was more than half an hour later, I finally got to see one advisor. All my information was in their system so there was no need to look for anything, but that was the starting point of the worst part. The "advisor" was super pushy to get me to do a regular $5K service for $269, which is significantly more than what I expected for a $5K service I did many times in several Toyota dealers. So I basically asked for just an oil change. The "advisor" did not give up, trying to sell me an oil change plus checks for $189. I thought that I need to be firm, so I took out their email, specifically said that I just wanted the oil change as what is described in the email with a price tag of "$38.88". So this advisor looked at me in a rather funny face and said, "Oil change for your vehicle is going to be at least $60 something." Even after seeing their own email. I do not know what to say at that point. So I said "thank you, but no, I will skip the service today...". For that, what I really meant was that I will never go back to this place no matter what they send me from now on. Their emails belong to one place and one place only - "junk folder".

Wouldn't answer basic questions about cost of leasing before a test drive. He didn't seem to understand that some people make purchasing decisions by logic, not passion. Wasted a lot of time trying to find a salesperson only to leave with no information. I've been here before and the experience wasn't much different . We bought my daughter's car elsewhere as a result. I should have remembered. Lol.

It was a pleasant experience until the tax season ...

It was a pleasant experience until the tax season this year. Sharing the experience here so be careful when you lease a car and choose your broker.
Last year we leased a Prius prime with Luke Zhang. We were not sure whether we should lease a car or buy one. The clean vehicle tax credit was one of the most important things to consider (worth thousands of $$$) One of the previous dealers that we visited told us that we can't get it because the dealer will get it and the discount has already been applied to the price. So we double checked with Luke and was told that they don't take the credits, other than that, there's also PG&E rebate etc. We should have searched for it ourselves but we chose to trust Luke because was helpful, friendly and speaks our native language so we assumed that we will get the tax credits ($4250.) This year when we were preparing for the tax return, we searched online to see how to do it and to our surprise and disappointment, the answer is an absolute "No, you don't get the tax credits if you lease a car" We reached out to Luke asking if he knew about this, he said that he cannot remember that we've communicated over this.

He told us that he's able to sell a car every day and is one of the best salesman there. Maybe hiding information is one of the tricks. So never trust a salesman, do your research and compare at different locations. Good luck.

Wow, their service has deteriorated over the years...

Wow, their service has deteriorated over the years I have gotten services with them! I was happy with their service when I bought my truck 5 years ago. Now I really want to avoid them like the ...

I got a service package with my car when I bought it second hand at Toyota Sunnyvale. So I have been going in for service for a bunch of years unfortunately. I'm so glad that's over now.

Mind you; what you are about to read is not from a one time experience, but 5 years of services getting worse and worse up to the most recent one last Thursday (03/ 30/2017)

This is not only a service factory, their quality and customer service more than sucks... They lie, of course they up-sell (though that's not really what I would complain about, that's just what a car service business has to do to make money) but they lie to up sell and that's just bad business. They also overcharge the heck out of any up sell.

One time they told me my brakes where getting low but also that my rotors where in need of repair however according to them they were so warped I needed new ones, they couldn't be just repaired... $700. When I went somewhere else to get a second opinion (as I thought it was all a bit fishy) the second opinion told me there was nothing wrong with my rotors, not warped, not even in need of any maintenance! And interesting enough, though I never addressed my rotors, Toyota Sunnyvale never mentioned them again on any service after that.

Another time they up sold me synthetic oil. Now; I like synthetic oil, it's better for your engine and it lasts twice as long. I paid $100 extra for it. First of all that is a bit steep to begin with. Second of all you would think they would make a note of that on their computer and not take out my oil the next service (as it lasts twice as long and I paid extra for it). Nope, they took it all out without asking and replaced it with their general stuff. Bye bye $100.

The most recent time I went there trumped it all. They broke a reflector on my car. Now; stuff happens, I get it. It wouldn't be a huge issue if they would just replace it. Well, they decided to lie an weasel about it, let alone replace the part. "I don't know, it must've just fell off". Right, just like that huh..?

And on top of this all you are really just treated like a number every time you go there. They are not very friendly, and they take their sweet time with their service, always go way over what they tell you it is going to take. Not only that, it just takes forever every time you come in! Their interim service takes about 4 hours!! You would think in that time they would've at least washed it for you inside and out. I mean, how can an 1.5 hour job take over 4 hours?!

Whenever you call them to ask a question about a car service or your service package; good luck trying to get your answer. They transfer you around until you get a voicemail. And they sure as h*ll won't call you back.

Over the years this all has only gotten worse. Where in the total beginning of my services with them they were "ok" (just ok, nothing more), now they are horrible. Please do yourself a favor and pass them, go over the speed limit if you need to! ;)

I was in the market to buy a used car on a budget (around 4k), but wanted something from a dealer so as not to get screwed over by a private seller. After weeks of searching, contacting dealers, and the cars I wanted being sold while I was at work, I found a 2000 Camry on the Toyota Sunnyvale website. Before driving 100+ miles to the dealer, I contacted Reisa through the online chat option. Even though Reisa works at the new car dealership, she was kind enough to go to the used dealership, verify the car was still available, test drive the car (so she could guarantee it was a good car), and hold it for two hours while I made the long drive to the dealer! I was also able to work out a deal. Reisa met me at the used dealership to finish the deal. She was very nice and personable and I appreciate that in a sales person. Thank you Reisa and Toyota Sunnyvale for going the extra mile!

Can t say enough about the positive experience we had with Toyota Sunnyvale. This was our first Toyota purchase, and we spent about 2-months researching 4Runners. The sales team here was by far the most professional and personable compared to other dealerships in the Bay Area. The sales team of Dino and Ryan did an awesome job assisting us with our purchase genuinely helpful in finding us the ideal SUV and pricing. Very friendly group, and we had the chance to talk story, too. Janet up in finance was just as personable and genuine. While she reviewed and explained their additional warranties for purchase, she was not at all pushy. All around great team at Toyota Sunnyvale. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good people who will help find the right vehicle at the best, most competitive price.

TL;DR: Do not buy pre-owned cars from Toyota Sunny...

TL;DR: Do not buy pre-owned cars from Toyota Sunnyvale, they sell garbage cars and you could be in for thousands in immediate repair needs. Long version: I purchased a car from Toyota Sunnyvale's pre-owned inventory. I chose Toyota Sunnyvale hoping for a thoroughly inspected car, and expected to drive away with a healthy vehicle. I took it to an auto mechanic after I got home and discovered it needed $2400.00 worth of repairs- the ticket price of the car was $8.7k. There were a couple things that must have been noted on their vaunted pre-owned car inspection, especially the spark plug tube seal leaks, leaking water pump, and severely cracked drive belt (it really shouldn't have been driven). What really drove the knife in, though, was that although they agreed to cover the water pump repair at my local mechanic (I live 300+ miles away) through my limited power train warranty, they reneged on a verbal agreement with my mechanic to cover the total cost of the repair less my deductible. This was an unambiguous communication with my mechanic; he asked twice to make sure that they actually agreed to cover the cost of the repairs. When I heard that, I was far more satisfied with their service and would have left a much better review here. Today, though (6/14/17), when the mechanic called to confirm payment, they changed their story. They might have been careless when they agreed to pay the entire invoice, and never really intended to, as not everything was covered under the warranty, but I was pretty heartbroken when I found out and am now thoroughly disgusted with the whole transaction. I paid market price for the car (within $400 of KBB value)- but that price is based on a car that has only minor cosmetic damage, not major mechanical issues. If Toyota Sunnyvale is willing to make this right with me somehow, I'm happy to revise my review. As it stands, I feel like I got swindled by a major car dealership.

After going to different dealerships to look for a new car, we stopped our search when we were contacted by Eric Wong here at Sunnyvale Toyota. He showed us the absolute best treatment for a client both on the phone and in person. He did a lot of the paperwork and checked financing options for us before we even went in for an appointment. We appreciated how Eric went above and beyond to meet our desires in the exact car we wanted and giving it to us at just the right price. We did not feel rushed and he took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. We would recommend Eric to anyone looking to purchase a car!

We went to buy a Prius-V. John Papas took really good care of us taking the time to show us the car, the features and even going to the second lot to find a car in the color that my wife wanted.
Price negotiation, finance, trade-in and extended warranty was all very straightforward and direct, very different from other dealers that we've been before.
We highly recommend this Toyota dealership for you next car purchase.

I visited Toyota Sunnyvale all the way from North Bay after being recommended by my brother. No regrets, even before I was there at the dealership I was well informed by Jessica (Sales person) about that is available and best fits my choice. An extra step was taken to make sure I get what I wanted - as the car was not in the inventory (it was very specific need), Jessica and staff at Toyota Sunnyvale did extensive search and made sure I don't go disappointed. I am very happy with their service and will highly recommend this place. Also, a note for Daniel (finance staff) - thanks for extra gifts and above all making the paper work really smooth. Cheers!

I was looking for my own car and looking for something gas saver over the internet. Checked all the Toyotas arounf Bay Area. Since I am the Toyota guy and really like Toyota cars. The thing when you looked over the internet and go to dealership unfortunately you can't find always the car in there since their inventory changes pretty quickly. I learnt that during my last trip to Capitol Toyota car was not there when I checked online. Anyway, I was looking for something Hybrid from Toyota and found all my options in Toyota Sunnyvale. Other Toyota dealerships in Bay Area I called thru phone and they don't have much options. John Ewell who helped me over the phone said he has some Plugin Hybrid and Camry Hybrid cars in inventory. Whatever I saw online was there which is pretty accurate comparing to other dealers. He showed Camry XLE Hybrid and Prius Plugins. I liked the Prius Plugin version. Iwent to home and bring my wife to check together. She also liked the car and we financed it same day. Paperwork jobs were pretty quick. John helped us a lot. And I highly recommend if you are looking for used cars. This is a really good place to find gems. BTW, front desk has very good coffee machine and variety of coffees and teas. We really liked when we were waiting in the lounge.

We especially appreciated our contacts with the sales person, Jordan, because he interacted with us in a personal way, listening deeply to our needs and values, rather than pressing us to buy a car from him. He won our loyalty by being a real person, open in his conversations about his family roots and life experiences. Very refreshing. We looked on line and found that the prices among Toyota dealers were comparable and that Sunnyvale had a very wide selection so we didn't have to rush to make a decision.

Special props for Celine Bian, and Lee to help us scored a new Prius V 2013 (4/27/2013). I doubt I would make the decision so quick if I was not having these two fellows to guide us through. The trade-in price was fair according to KBB, the new car price was fantastic. My wife and I didn't have a single moment of being pushed to make any decision. Absolute friendly... Celine is very polite, gentle and passionate. There came to a point that we didn't want her to be in the most extremely difficult situation in the negotiation because we so like her and she had done what she could and it's fair.

So there you have it. This is a real review, and my google+ is my contact if you want to hear more.

Always great customer service every time I come here for maintenance at the Service center! I have met with Bill Moody 3 times and he has been very helpful with everything, from estimated costs, informing me of when service will be done, what is recommended on my car, etc. Chris Penn is also very helpful as well. I always reach out to him via email whenever I need to schedule an appointment. I recommend reaching out to these two gentlemen if you need any further assistance

his was the most awesome experience we have ever had in over 40 years in buying a new car. The entire staff of Toyota Sunnyvale was quite friendly and helpful. Our primary salesman was Ahmad Hatamieh. Ahmad was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and worked hard on getting us, in my mind, the best possible price on our new 2015 Highlander. It is no wonder that Ahmad's customer service skills consistently earns him top salesman of the month awards. He spent a lot of time working with Reisa Grimaldo and Bill Benak to nail down the price and terms that we could live with. Reisa and Bill seemed to have taken a personal interest in making sure we were completely satisfied before sending the deal to finance where we were handled by Mike Wess. Mike took time to explain all aspects of our purchase. He discussed the various extended warranty and protection plans, but at no time did we feel like we were being pressured to purchase a plan. A special thanks to Diana Kennedy and also to Feroza Shiek who played a big part in recommending Sunnyvale Toyota.

This review is for Jordan and Fred. I came in to look at a Corolla but it had already been sold. Initially i was very upset but jordan was quick to find another Corolla that had less miles for the same price! Jordan enlisted Freds help to make sure i did not have to wait and always had someone to answer my questions. This team was great and i will definitely come back again. I recommend anyone who wants to buy a used car to go talk to JORDAN AND FRED at Toyota Sunnyvale. Thank you for A+ service! Also, jordan is very very funny.

I just got a lease for the second time at this location. I love this dealership despite it being further from my house (I live in San Jose this is in Sunnyvale) because of their customer service. I didn t feel pressured or rushed either times I went. I recommend Dino. He was super attentive and felt he was very transparent about the sales and working with our needs. Finance Manager Kevin was also very informative about my leasing options and details I wasn t familiar with.

I loved shopping for my leased car here. My initial point of contact was Cindy from the Direct Sales team through an online quote request for a Toyota Corolla that I had sent. She was very good with the follow up emails and as I was moving suggested I talk to them after I made the move. But as she was out the day I went in, I dealt with David Garske.
I loved that their prices are so good that I got a better deal than I was hoping for and a better car(ended up buying a Toyota Camry SE) because I was seriously not expecting such a great deal.
David was so patient, funny and thorough when I was trying to make a choice, with the test drives and actually tried to help me stick to what I had initially wanted. In fact when I started contemplating a Camry, David made sure it was something that I really wanted because I was very clear about what I was looking to spend and this was slightly above. And for all the horror stories out there about dealers getting annoyed for doing your calculations or nitpicking about every single detail on the price sheet, you have to visit here. David gave me all the time I needed, explained every charge or figure I wanted clarified and basically made it so easy for me to understand my financial responsibility. No pushing packages at me. Nothing. He was even persistent in getting me a perfect picture of me with my car after the sale, which I found incredibly sweet.
Even the finance person Sean was great. He made the end of transaction go so smoothly, which was much appreciated because all I wanted was my shiny new car.
Cindy, David and Sean, you guys rock!!! Thank you for making this such an easy and great car buying experience for me.

We were totally happy with our new-used car we just bought from here; except two days later the car is now throwing a maintenance code. We thought we got a good deal, but upon opening the hood again notice that three of four bolts are missing from one of the engine covers. Not sure at this point if we should return the car (within their three day window)?!?! Don't let their "100 point inspection" fool you. It obviously means nothing. We were happy with the sales, though it seriously took too long to do "Paperwork" and they didn't get the information right for the Title, since they didn't make it clear. Buyer Beware as the motto goes!

No pressure! I was looking online for a great deal and found a car at Toyota Sunnyvale. When I called, John Ewell answered the phone and personally checked to make sure the car was there before I went down to the lot. It was late and they were about to close. But John took his time and showed us the car.

We came in the next day and bought the car. The process was a great experience.

It was time to replace my 2008 Corolla, and I want...

It was time to replace my 2008 Corolla, and I wanted something a little smaller with better MPG. After less than acceptable experiences at Honda and Ford, I went to Toyota of Sunnyvale. Sales rep Celine Bian is the ultimate professional, she patiently explained the advantages of the Prius C. I test drove a Prius C and a Yaris LE, and New Sales Manager Lee Ledger gave me solid prices for both cars. I did some research, went to Honda and test drove a Fit and then to Ford and drove the Fiesta and Focus, did some online research and some match (Prius MPG savings woud take 5 years to come even with the Yarris price difference) came in to Toyota the next day to buy a Yarris SE.

Celine didn't blink at the changes, and took me to choose the color I wanted. Lee made me an offer based on the Kelly Bluebook prices I brought in, which included a generous trade-in allowance, and I was able to pay cash. Finance wizard Ali Amanzay went through the 6,742 forms to sign, gave me a great deal on 6-year pre-paid maintenance, and processed my license plate transfer.

I drove the car home, popped the hatchback open to put in my music stand and baritone horn, and the horn did not fit. Drove to Mountain View and back, and felt every bump in the road, and when I pulled into a parking lot with speed bumps, the Yaris did not cope with them well at all.

The next morning I texted Celine and said I wanted to swap for a Corolla, and she contacted Lee and Ali to figure out the numbers. At about 3 pm she texted me saying they were ready to make the exchange, so I went there and she walked me through the process, and then Ali did the numbers (and another 6,742 forms) and I ended up with a refund!

Meanwhile Rebecca, whose last name I didn't catch, worked with me to arrange for the service department to install a high-end nav system and backup camera, which is just waiting on some accessories.

All my trips here, the staff has been friendly, professional, with a great sense of humor and vast patience.
