Excellent service makes a huge difference. Maria was very friendly, and helpful. She made suggestions to combine services that make economical sense, gave updates on service status, stayed late to make sure that I could pick up my van on the same day, and facilitated and completed warranty repair on my dashboard that was an open item since June 2016.
Overall very satisfied with the professionalism of John Ewell (sales) and Bart (finance). I shopped around a lot and found that the car I bought was perfect but what was special about this purchase was the shopping experience.

We bought a used Toyota Prius here and we're told by the sales rep that it would come with two free oil changes. Six months later I take the morning off work to bring the car in for in for and oil change and they say it comes with 3 free service visits but only one free oil change. My biggest takeaway is that you can't trust the sales guys here whatever they say the contract may to say something different. I would recommend all folks look elsewhere when buying from Toyota.

EDIT: I sent two emails to follow up with Toyota Sunnyvale like they requested and didn't get a response either time. They're just trying to save face, not solve problems with all these review responses.
My family has stayed loyal to this dealership for 10+ years but their most recent attempt to nickel and dime us just cost them our loyalty.
We ve bought 7 cars from them, sold cars to them, regularly serviced our cars with them, and a few months ago spent $8000 on a repair with them.
Recently we asked if they could waive a $100 service fee on a software update for one of our cars because other dealerships offered to do this for free. We wanted to come to Toyota Sunnyvale to continue our loyalty to them but they said no and gave us a bogus reason why they charge for this update.
They clearly have no respect for customer loyalty or long-time customers, no matter how much business you've done with them, and we finally saw their true colors through this experience. So much for "striving for 100% customer satisfaction."
I brought my car here for an N-thousand mile service, they did their thing for an hour or so and then I was done. It was a painless experience and didn't take very long at all. I'll likely return here in 5 thousand miles or so for a repeat.
The people are very courteous, and the work is excellent. I am highly satisfied.

Our experience with Toyota Sunnyvale was great. Bobby and Roy made a process of initiating leasing much less painful. As far as going through the documentation and etc., it was pretty smooth and efficient. Bobby was very accommodating and Roy was incredibly clear in explaining terms and conditions and both were excellent conversationalists.
Went in for an appointment at 3:15 and was able to change the type of appointment i scheduled (Premium maintenance to just an oil change). Bill Moody was a great advisor to work with and my car was finished in less than 2 hrs on a busy Saturday. Complimentary Wi-Fi works great.
Toyota Sunnyvale gave us a big choice of Camry and the offer to make order for specific car, if we like.
Employees are very friendly and work fast. They are very attentive to our wishes and needs.

Toyota Sunnyvale Dealership and Service Center was great when I purchased my car two years ago. Since then, their service has deteriorated. After visiting another Toyota Service Center, I learned that Toyota Sunnyvale did not complete ALL of the work for a specific service interval during my recent service. Due to this, the new Service Center was not allowed to complete this work. This is completely unacceptable service. I will never return to Toyota Sunnyvale.

I purchased a 2005 Sienna from Toyota Sunnyvale way back in Aug 2005, and then I traded it in for a 2017 Sienna in Dec 2016. In both cases I conducted most of the process by email and had a great experience. The second time I learned that the entire dealership operates without commissions.
Received the car at the time that I was told it'd be ready. I really appreciate it when I don't have to schedule around my repairs. It makes my planning much easier.

The most friendly and helpful dealership I've ever been 2. Devon was the first to help me and his knowledge and courtesy is pretty evident right off the bat. Allowed me to take a test drive on the highway to really get a feel for the car and spent considerable time educating me on it. Great guy. Cisco in finance is another great guy and worked his butt off to make terms work for me. I would go back just to hang with these guys.

The best thing was that the dealership (and Jessica Wilson, personally) could beat the best price I found in the market for the car of my choice and delivered the color exactly as I requested which was not easy since the Celestial Silver color is very popular among buyers.

Went in to get an oil change and tire rotation for my Prius. Pretty straightforward stuff.
They were running a promotion whereby you bring in a toy worth over $10 (new, I'd assume :), and then they give you an oil change for $9.95.
To my pleasant surprise, this is indeed what happened... without any sort of obnoxious upsell other than a tire rotation which I was interested in getting anyway. No "How about our oil change premier supreme with special break checking and blah blah blah" like I've gotten from other places.
I brought the car in on a pretty busy holiday weekend and kinda late in the day, so I wasn't too upset when the guy said the job'd take about an hour and a quarter. He agreed to call me, and I went for a walk.
At almost an hour and a quarter on the dot, he called, I came back, car was waiting for me. Total price with taxes, $30something.
Only ding: no free car wash. They have a car wash there, so I was a bit surprised and bummed that my car wasn't given the nice wet treatment and brought back to me all clean and shiny. Bummer. :(

I've been here 2 times for scheduled maintenance. Each time it taken over 4 hours for an oil change. Total waste of time and money. Go to Stevens Creek toyota for maintenance.

Such a refreshing car-buying experience! I recently bought a 2020 Hybrid RAV4 XSE. Albert and Kevin were patient and honest.
