Be aware of cheating. I walked in with approved loan latter in my hand. They did not use that, it happened t hy at they opened another loan application with the same lander with typeo in my address. Because of that I had to contact the lender to correct thier mess. On top of that they added $900 to my loan for gap insurance that I did not need. When I asked about it they agreed to have revised contract. They did not even do that , now I realized the send the same contract to the lander. STRONGLY DONOT RECOMMAND .
