Brought my Toyota Sienna in for a scheduled compli...

Brought my Toyota Sienna in for a scheduled complimentary oil change. I was told it would take 2-3 hours until they were done and it would cost $35. They said just because you schedule an appointment doesn't mean they're going to take it right away. I'm not sure why they give the option to schedule a appointment then.
