My experience with Vinod was horrible. Not only was he extremely annoying with multiple tactless pushy emails, he was rude on the phone and low balled me for my truck (other dealerships have given me a much higher trade in quote and have checked kbb) when i spoke to another Toyota dealership they told me he wasn t even supposed to quote me over the phone like that. After saying I was no longer interested and hanging up Vinod proceeded to call me and harass me and be rude to me!! Thank god i didnt make the 2+ hour drive to come here.
