I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Genz Ryan Burnsville plumbing they sent Jeremy out to look at a shower faucet that was dripping. He tried to sell me a package with a single faucet for $2800 & anew water conditioner for $6,000 needless to say I canceled & found a plumber that repaired shower with new faucets like I had for $822.00 no water softener needed. my check refunded minus trip charge never again Joyce

We called Gentz-ryan as they popped up as plumbing service 24/7. At first we called for Sunday service but changed out mind and decided we can wait till Monday with no water as our bathroom fixture broke and had to turn off the main. Promptly showed up on Monday 4-23 but spent first 30 minutes trying to sell upcharge services instead of fixing the broken cartridge in the faucet. We did not get an itemized bill but rather one charge for over $500 for fixing a faucet. We even bought the part ahead. We will never trust this company again. And now, they refuse to answer our phone calls and service manager has not return the phone call. We got quotes from other plumbing company for much less than what we got charge.
Pete Flanigan arrived on time for my AC tune up. He introduced himself to me and he felt like an old friend. After a discussion on what he would be doing toady he went to work. He politely answered all my questions. Once the inspection was complete he explained what work was needed. I also asked for costs of replacing the furnace and AC since they were 28 years old. On the quotes for a new system he described everything in a way I easily understood. It felt like Pete was an owner of the company. Job Well Done.
Our AC broke down on a Friday and we called Genz-Ryan at 6 PM, the customer service contact (Mary I believe) was very apologetic (it was going to be in the upper 80's and humid that weekend) and said they would work to get someone to our house Saturday, but that might not be possible, but Monday for sure we'd have someone at the house. They called 2 - 3 times Saturday to keep us updated on the Technician (Tyler's) progress and to make sure we knew someone would be coming. Each time I talked to (Jocelyn - I believe) she was very friendly and helpful and encouraging. Tyler arrived at 2:15 and was super friendly (wearing mask, gloves, booties) while maintaining social distancing. He was very thorough, explaining what he was doing, what he was looking for and allowing me to be nosy as I like to learn about how things work in our house. After he was done inside he went out (again it was hot as can be) but he remained very positive and explained everything. After diagnosing the problem he explained the costs without upselling us and gave us realistic options to resolve the issue that day as well as what the long term solution would be. He gave some recommendations about how to keep all our appliances healthy long term without being pushy about it. Overall, it was a great experience and we're thankful to have a fully functioning, more efficient cooling system that hopefully will save us on our energy bills thanks to his recommendations. Genz-Ryan and their technicians and customer service team were the epitomy of under promising and over delivering.
Genz Ryan Experience Our kitchen faucet started leaking on Monday evening. We contacted GR and they indicated they will fit us in the next day, with 20-30 minute notice. We have a service plan so the visit was going to be $49 for coming to inspect problem.
The next day (Tuesday) the technician contacted me, and was very accommodating to make the visit when I can be home. Here is where things started going south. I pointed out that from our observation the issue was a cracked hose under the sink (part of the faucet assembly). The technician agreed after inspecting faucet. I was presented with two options: 1. Purchase new faucet $1,200 or 2. replace one hose for $385. The faucet is a year old, purchased from and installed by GR. They didn t have the part in stock, so it had to be ordered. The tech went out of his way to ensure the part was delivered the next day (waived shipping charges).
When I asked the tech if they stand behind their product (Delta), he indicated that they do. Why do I have to pay $385 if that is true? The tech was adamant that this was the cost of providing good service.
The tech came back the next day (Wednesday) as promised, and installed the part in 30 minutes. Overall I wouldn t consider this a good experience.... especially considering I payed for a service plan. I had to leave work, or work from Home two days, and the experience was $385. The technician was good, but the GR service plan and products leave much to be desired.
Joe S, the HVAC service tech did a great job. He was on time, and was up in the attic right away to try and find the issue. He was very personable, and explained to me what his service plan was, and spent time with me after it was done to make sure I understood the situation. Thank you!
Genz told me I needed a full AC replacement. Received a second opinion through an alternate company and unit was fixed due to a faulty wire. Big difference between a wire replacement and a full unit replacement. I immediately cancelled my service plan with Genz. My trust is lost with their company and would never recommend them for any HVAC needs. Also, did not appreciate their service tech asking me "whats your hesitation" when I didnt want to make an appt for a full AC replacement. $4200 is my hesitation. Shame on this company for not being honest. Customers beware.
Andrew came out to fix a ceiling fan install gone wrong ( handy man...), and to fix some electrical that had been noted on my inspection when I bought my house 2 years ago. He was very friendly, professional, and explained everything he was doing and why. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and he was able to do all the work in the same day, which I appreciated.
We had looked around at a few other companies but no one had the great reviews that Genz Ryan did. When we met with Steven at our home he was so polite, helpful, and patient going over everything and answering all our questions. He created the perfect set up just for us and went over everything clearly. He offered to answer any other questions my husband had when he got off work if needed and was friendly with my kids who were home due to distance learning. He truly made the sale and proved that the reviews were accurate and the slightly higher prices were worth it for the quality of the product and customer service
Our hot water heater stopped working and we were unable to relight the pilot light so a repair was needed. We contacted Genz-Ryan and the next day they arrived as promised. The technician did a great job. He was very professional and was able to give us options that included repairing to replacing the hot water heater. I will use this service more in the future.
Andrew F. came to our home today for AC tune up. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He gave me some helpful preventative maintenance pointers. I was very satisfied with his service.
Lance M. (Plumbing Tech) was awesome. Found the issue, explained what it was and the cause, then corrected it. Helped with maintenance trips and things to look out for. Also took the time to talk about filtration/water softener solutions with me. Fantastic gentleman to work with!!
Pete did a great job again today as he assisted with Maintenance/Cleanup on the furnace and the cooling unit. Very grateful for the service he has provided us. Cheers, Salim
Noah responded to our call for an estimate on a new furnace. We really appreciated his knowledge, patience, and ability to answer all of our questions. He worked with us to provide estimates for systems that would work well for us and our home.
Dan was absolutly amazing. Was very courteous and explaining my A/C issues and also gave me great info on a service plan!! Would highly recommend his service everyday!!
A great experience with David and Genz-Ryan team today. They were ON TIME, professional, personable, not pushy, explained my options and completed the job with courtesy (hard to find that today). It s never fun dealing with the hassle and expense of a busted water pipe and a new water heater, but they made it as painless as possible.
Had serious issues with my water heater, garbage disposal and dish washer. Brain M., the technician, figured out the problems almost immediately and got everything taken care of in timely fashion. He even noticed that my washing machine needed a new hose and replaced it for me at no charge. If a human being could embody a fine-toothed comb; it would be Brian. Appreciate the great work!
Troy was an excellent technician, he explained everything that he was doing and what it would help in the long run. Very friendly and very helpful. Than you!
I had a leak in ceiling of my home built 20 years ago. Upon cutting into sheet rock I notice Genz Ryan did not glue or use proper connections in kitchen drain ABS pipe. Great job guys! NOT Had to open up ceiling in 3 place to find other non glued conections as doing repair on first noticed pipe to spin so no glue on connections. WOW.....
We had them come out to the town home we rent out to look at the air conditioner that was not working. Upon inspection of the utility room the technician claimed the water heater was leaking and gave us a quote of $2500 to replace it. Just a week prior we had been there to do some other fixes and had looked in the utility room and had not seen any leak. A second opinion confirmed that there was no issue with the water heater. We wonder now if the issue with the air conditioner was accurate and if we were overcharged on that repair. We are very disappointed with the service we received.
Dan did a great job of assessing our situation and providing us options. We were very satisfied with the quality of work and the level of service . We have exclusively used G-R since buying a home here.
Never again will I use these guys. The theme of being ripped off and not taking accountability for the error of having the wrong furnace make and model and wiring is common to them all.
David did great job of walking through the problem with water heater. He gave many options as helped me make an informed decision for the next step. He was also able to get the work moved up from wats he originally stated which is also greatly appreciated
Edit: Just want to add that the Google reviews for Genz-Ryan seem to be inflated. I suspect that they may have purchased positive reviews here.

--- Original review:
Absolutely terrible experience with these guys from start to finish. Dishonesty and lack of integrity riddled all parts of the process, from the initial inspection, to the sale, to the installation, and to the continued support aspects.
Inspection and sale: We initially contacted Genz-Ryan during a heat wave towards the beginning of last summer, just as our previous AC unit was having issues. They inspected the unit and found that it was low on refrigerant. Since it was R22 refrigerant, they told us that they were legally not allowed to recharge it unless we purchased a new non-R22 unit and had an installation date set it (we spoke to a personal friend who is an HVAC professional after this case who told us that this is false). They said that they were willing to "bend the rules" to recharge the unit with R22, but that it would be very expensive (approaching $1000). When we asked for some time to process the decision, they told us two things: (1) that they could recharge the unit immediately for free, but ONLY if we immediately signed on to purchase a new unit, and (2) that if we didn't agree to purchase a new unit then we wouldn't be able to schedule installation for several weeks, but if we purchased it now then we could get it installed shortly. With the high heat and a non-functional AC, we felt pressured into purchasing the unit. The salesmen were slimy, but, as young and desperately warm new homeowners, we were too naive to realize it at the time. To top it off, the two salesmen tried to soften us up when they saw that we had a Bible verse sitting out, asking if we were Christians and then trying to build rapport by stating that they were also Christians and that they had just prayed before entering the house.
We felt gypped as soon as they left, but were still desperate to get AC with the heatwave, and they had already recharged the R22 for us, so we decided to see it through.
Installation: The majority of the installation was fine. The installers seemed to work quickly and didn't have any major issues during the process, but we did notice after they left that they had taken and thrown away the cover for the furnace filter. This is unfortunate because we then had a significant ventilation leak into our furnace room. After calling Genz-Ryan to call them out on it, they did send the installers back to fabricate a makeshift replacement, but the replacement is sub-par and only mildly addresses the leak. It's basically a bit of scrap aluminum with two bends on either end -- not anywhere near the original cover which had all four sides tightly covered. There is still a significant leak here to this day.
Continued support: Genz-Ryan offers a warranty which, on the surface, seems great. They claim that their "can't write a check" warranty will cover everything if anything goes wrong with the unit. The duration of the warranty is determined by the package that you get. Our warranty with the "Standard" package was for four years. However, as with all warranties, the terms of the warranty are extremely important. I have contacted Genz-Ryan more than five times asking for the terms of this warranty, and each time they have refused to provide them, saying that they have no documented terms. This makes me very uncomfortable, as I'll have nothing to protect myself with if they decide to claim that something is not covered by the warranty. I am completely at their mercy with the warranty.
My wife and I feel like we were tricked by Genz-Ryan several times throughout this process. Shame on us for not being wiser at the time. We will avoid Genz-Ryan in the future at virtually all costs.
We called over the weekend with a broken a/c unit. With a new infant in the house we were feeling very overwhelmed and concerned. Genz-Ryan promptly returned my call on a Friday night and was able to fit us in next day. Our technician, Tyler, was incredibly professional, quick and helped relieve our stress as to the "what's next." Tyler explained the issues in plain English so we were able to easily understand and decide what's next. Thank you Genz-Ryan!
Alex did a wonderful job! He explained all my options thoroughly. His work was very efficient. At this time of isolation for me he was courteous in recognizing my concerns. As an added bonus, he was very friendly and personable. He's the first person I was able to talk to at length in person since March 13. He explained how everything works. I know I will stick with Genz-Ryan in the future for any other home services, after looking at a few other options. Thank you Genz-Ryan and Alex--especially Alex! He is a gem!
Unfortunately I have to change my mind about Genz-Ryan. I have been trying to work with them since April regarding a financing issue. I was told repeatedly one thing but now it's the opposite of what I was told. I am very disappointed that they are not willing to do anything to keep me as a customer.
I'm back to update. Genz-Ryan reached out to me and took care of my problem. It's very refreshing to have a company actually pay attention to their customers and take action. Thank you Genz-Ryan!
My fiance works with Genz-Ryan for her house (a house I will soon be living in and thus my concern) and recently had an experience that did not go smoothly. Initially, all was handled well. Genz-Ryan was contacted with concerns of her humidifying unit not functioning properly. The first inspection the belief was that the filter was too dirty and needed to be replaced, but also during this inspection it was determined that the furnace had a crack in the secondary CO containment and needed to be replaced. This is all well and good and we are glad for the catch.
A little bit after the furnace was replaced, a large puddle of water was found around said furnace. Genz-Ryan came back out and made the determination that the humidifer had a crack (when asked where the crack was they stated it was "internal"). Again, no issue with this. Humidifer replaced and when this was done the furnace stopped working. Technician stated everything was working fine when he left but this was clearly not the case. Issue was remedied the next day.
After all this, about a week later we found yet another large puddle of water under the furnace. It was determined that water drainage lines were moved for surrounding equipment (in this case the water softener) during the initial furnace installation that was then spraying over at the furnace. So after about 6 visits and days off work, it appears we spent excess money on a humidifier that did not need replacing and many headaches along the way.
Chad O was extremely patient and reassured me he was going to stay at my house until we fixed our problem. He was very friendly and professional and took the time to show me and explain what was going on. Thanks Chad O! You made what could have been a bad experience a very good one.
There were two reasons for the visit. First I wanted the AC inspected as part of the annual service plan. What I learned is that if you just want an inspection you need to schedule it months in advance unless the inspection can be combined with a service call. The technician performed the inspection quickly, thoroughly and efficiently. His part of the visit was 5 star. Second, I wanted a gas line to an old garage heater capped. This was a simple removal of a couple pipe fittings and the addition of a cap. The estimate was for $495. I did not have this work done. Scheduling and customer service - 1 star (Don't bother requesting service via the web site. No one will contact you. Just call.) Technicians - 5 stars Cost of service - 1 star
Similar experience as other reviewers about scheduling issues. We booked over a month ago for furnace tune up on Monday. Several confirmation calls from them Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then on Monday they called to reschedule for end of December or early January. Not a great way to attract and retain customers. Would not recommend them. And it sounds like they give a pretty standard "Sorry you weren't satisfied. We will be reaching out to you to reschedule, blah, blah, blah." Sorry Genz-Ryan but we will be taking our business elsewhere.
DISHONEST--- RECOMMEND UNNECESSARY WORK AT EXORBITANT PRICES $330 TO CHANGE A SIMPLE DELTA FAUCET CARTRIDGE, A 10 MINUTE JOB. PLUS OF COURSE JUST $99 TO SHOW
We had air conditioning problems and had GR come out to take a look and give an estimate. The tech who showed up was very nice and friendly. We have an air handler in the attic that was leaking, which he didn't even look at. He explained that he could take care of the issue for a price($1800) by filling the system with Freon and a leak repair, and we wouldn't have any problems for a long time after. We went ahead with the repairs. The repairs lasted one day and they failed. We called them to come back. They came a couple days later, a different tech, and said that the system is shot. He look at the coil in the attic and said he would have never tried to repir it. He said we would have to replace the entire system for $17,000. We asked for a receipt for the repairs that were done 3 different times and they failed to do so. We went with a different company that found a replacement secondary coil for $3,000 material and labor. I believe that Genz Ryan trains more to Sell than repair.
UPDATE 6/1/20 Called to schedule since my A/C is broke again! My air conditioning lasted 2 months. I turned it on 1 week ago and we are back to the same issue. I called Genz Ryan and I guess they called it a "band-aid/temporary fix for $640". Nothing is warrantied. So, for $640 I got 2 months of air conditioning temporarily. Now, I do know who I am and I would never have paid $640 for a temporary fix. That is by far the most expensive band-aid I have purchased. Also, feel like I was lied to :(
July 9, 2019: Tech was awesome! However pricing is outrageous. Freon/sealant/dye cost $640. I thought I was making the right decision since everything was originally installed by Genz Ryan.
Called beforehand, like they said they would. They did not try to sell me on other services. Respected my property. Answered all my questions and I understood the explanation. Friendly.
What a wonderful Company to Work With! Both Zach and Ritchie went way beyond the call of duty to get our system replaced and repaired, even working with our insurance company tirelessly. Extremely helpful and dedicated. Thank you, we could not have gotten better service anywhere!
Awful experience as a potential candidate to work here. Applied for the Master Scheduler position and was specifically told by Katie Conway that she wanted me to be one of the few to come in for a sit down interview. She had mentioned it would be at least 3 days until they figured out what days and times they'd like to invite any remaining candidates. Barely two days went by and I received an email that they already hired someone else for the position. What???? If this was truly the case, then they straight up lied about not having dates chosen for interviews! Why couldn't they have told me the truth from the beginning? Instead, they simply lied. What makes this scenario even worse is that they reposted the exact same position a week later! Didn't even bother to contact me back.
I couldn t have been more pleased and happy with Matt M. He was professional, honest and advised what to do if it were himself in my situation. I would highly recommend Genz-Ryan, but even more so Matt. He is someone that takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond what he is asked to do.
Prior to calling them, I called another company and they gave me upfront prices for installing the air humidifier. So when I called Genz Ryan, they refused to give the price on the phone and offered their technician visit, costing about $100. I said, that if their price was going to be higher than the one I had been given by another company ( and I told them how much that company charges), it did not make any sense to arrange that visit. But they ignored that and said they could offer different options, So, the technician came and offered ridiculous pricing. I was so disappointed - what was the point in insisting to arrange the visit knowing that they would not be able to offer a better price? So, I had to pay for the technician visit, and that is really disappointing.
Terrific service on our air conditioning unit before the season begins. Mike was clear, efficient and a great communicator on what he found. Excellent service.
Dan Golant was absolutely fantastic! Our toilets work better than they ever had! We didn't have to clean up anything after he left. He put the decorations back up where they had been before he came in, there was no water on the floor, and it was beautiful! He was incredibly patient with us when our landlord freaked out upon learning we had called a plumber when neither of out toilets were working. And he continued to be friendly and civil after a "friend" of our landlord's barged into the house and started yelling at him (as two young women living along, this was more than a little disconcerting as we didn't know who this "friend" was). He was here for four hours on what should have only taken an hour-and-a-half and was friendly and good natured about everything! I high, highly recommend him!
Dan White was personable. He answered my questions regarding possibly moving the gas line should remodeling be done in the future. In addition, we discussed the placement of the air tube responsible for ventilating the mechanical units.
Dan performed the AC tuneup that I had scheduled. (It was not for a furnace tuneup as was indicated on the work order.) He worked inside and outside the house. The unit should be good for this summer.
Twice as expensive as the other Heating and Ventilation companies - Call some one else ike Hoffman Heating - who I used, they only charge $119 for a service call - Genz Ryan charges $199 and their Furnace Prices are 30% higher. So Please save your money and look elsewhere.
Dan Golant from Genz-Ryan was very helpful. He provided great service and was very friendly. I was shown areas of concern around my home, items to watch and what needs to be done. I had a leak repaired and and a new water softener installed. I would recommend Genz-Ryan to my friends and family and already have!
On time, explained everything and let me decide how to proceed. Awesome experience with a tech who clearly knows what he is doing. I would reccomend to anyone.
Charged for an estimate - then provided an extremely high estimate that for all practical purposes was a no bid - so you loose $95 paid for a nonsense quote. I will never consider this company again.
Great customer service, they kept me informed throughout the very cold, backlogged day. They were swamped with furnace calls all day due to the bitter cold weather, but they came as promised on a Friday evening. Billy's work was very thorough and complete and he took the time to explain everything he found and everything he did, despite the fact that he knew he had another service call waiting. His fix was solid and the repair prices were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them for service again. They have a very professional team.
Scheduled our A/C unit for a maintenance tune-up since we hadn't checked it since we moved in a couple of years ago. They were great about communicating and changing the time when we needed to do that. They called 30minutes prior to arrival as they said they would and were exactly on time. The tech was very nice and explained things I asked him about. He offered the maintenance plan in a very easy going fashion and didn't feel pressured to get it. I was planning on getting something anyway so I signed up for the annual A/C & furnace maintenance plan. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend highly!
Still using them couple of years later for bi-annual service - furnace tune-up and AC tune-up. Friendly service on the phone and from the tech as well. Still happy with them.
We re on the Genz-Ryan service plan and get our system checked at every season-change. I appreciate the professionalism Karim showed especially in this time of physical distancing. G.R. technicians have always worn shoe covers and respected my property; today Karim added the CDC recommended face covering any time he was in my home as well as while he was pointing out his service recommendations outside.
Tyler is awesome! He is personable and patient and really took the time to ensure I was getting what I need (and not what I don't). I would certainly recommend Tyler from Genz-Ryan to anyone!! Thank you for great service, Tyler!
Want it done on the cheap?... Hire a moonlighter. Want it done right the first time by a company that will stand behind their work?... This is the right company. I went through several companies with licensed experts who came out to repair a fire pit. After a lot of head scratching and money spent on messing around with no results, Genz-Ryan sent out Noah who immediately diagnosed the problem, and stuck it out in the rain to get it fixed. Several years later... still working no problem. So... I hired GR to do a full AC-Furnace-Humidifier-filter system replacement. It's been bullet proof. Today David came out and diagnosed a water heater problem down to a thermocouple and fixed it. Could I have gotten it done cheaper? Yeah. It's fixed right the first time though and that counts with me. I want experts. I want it right the first time. That's these guys.
Dalton is a terrific tech! Personable and professional, expert at his job. Always a pleasure doing business with businesses who have employees like Dalton.
Yesterday, 1/25/2016, Matt M came to install a new water faucet in our kitchen and to install a new valve to replace the old hand screw type with a new lever type on the water line feeding our outsice faucet. He did a suburb job of not only installing the kitchen water faucet but taking our the old plumbing and shut off valves that were leaking. His work on both assignments was great! I give him high marks for his work.
Fast, friendly service. Choice of repair options. Arrived on time, repaired exterior unit on central AC on one of the HOTTEST summer days. Will definitely call again if needed!
Bill B. did an absolutely fabulous job for me yesterday. He showed up on time. He investigated a water leak and gave many options for needed repairs and replacements of plumbing issues around my home. He respected that I was only able to choose to fix the most urgent things. He made the necessary repairs and he cleaned up when done. I hope to have him back when I can afford to get some needed but non urgent things done. Bill's commitment to service was awesome. I will definately use Ganz-Ryan in the future and highly recommend them. Katie & Emily in customer service/scheduling were very nice too.
Great experience. Good service. Great advice. Now I get furnace filters delivered to me for free with my new monthly service. Matt M. Was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone.
Josh did an outstanding job for us! He spent a great deal of time teaching us things to make our heating and air conditioning systems run in optimal fashion.
Genz Ryan quoted $12000 to replace small electric boiler on existing radiant system. Seemed very high so got other quotes and job was done for $1590. $10410 higher!?!?!?!? I don't understand how that big of a difference is even possible!
Writing on the behalf of my son. They just moved into their new home 4-weeks ago and called Genz-Ryan to service the furnace as their sticker was on the side of it. They quoted $97.00 for the service but when technician came out he found a problem with the blower motor. Furnace is a Lennox and seven years old so part was covered under warranty. However Genz-Ryan charged them $1800.00 to replace it. They live in Eagan and it took the technician a total of 3 hours which included the service. That's over $600 per hour!! When I called to talk to Jeff Taylor (Manager) I was told he was GREAT at returning calls. He didn't call me back. Instead he called my son because LEGALLY he can't discuss it with me even though my son gave permission. My son and his wife have a 10 month old baby and they preyed on the fact it's getting cold and they could get it done next day. I found out from three different HVAC companies that they could also do it next day and it would've been in the $500-$800 range. Two of the three said that Genz-Ryan quote: "Are known to be rip-off artists." unquote. BE AWARE!!!
Dalton Reynolds was fabulous! He diagnosed my problem without difficulty and was very knowledgeable. He shared his information with me and made recommendations for future maintenance. I enjoyed his outgoing, friendly personality, as well as his professional appearance and manner. He represented Genz-Ryan in the best possible way. Top notch service! Thank you!
Matt M was very professional and friendly at all times. It was easy to chat with him as he worked on my plumbing issues. He was prompt and even when he asked to change his schedule due to the City of Burnsville he worked efficiently and was able to complete the job so that I didn't have to rearrange my day. I truly appreciated that. Thank you for the awesome job Matt!!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. If everything goes as planned, I'm sure they are just fine. However, when there is an issue do not expect to be treated as a customer who is paying their high rates. They stonewall you on providing information regarding warranties, they will point fingers of blame to others in their organization when something goes wrong...who then are unable to be reached to discuss, their kitchen install division is amateur at best. Use Bonfe or some other source for your needs. Don't believe the hype and commercials. I don't love these guys.
Noah did a great job diagnosing the problem we were having, explaining our options, and answering my questions. He was very professional and courteous.
Billy is an A+ technician. He replaced our leaky condenser unit, explained what our options were, and was very pleasant and all around awesome guy. Highly recommend him and the rest of the Genz-Ryan few.
Tyler was fantastic! We called, they were flexible and came out within the same day, and scheduled us for furnace service/ repair/ replacement within 24 hours. Buying a new furnace is not cheap, but the meeting was valuable, effortless, and painless. Their ability to connect with the customer is priceless. #gscjetnwet
Very thorough maintenance check of my AC and furnace. Zac was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable of the product. Have already recommended to several family and friends.
Ryan was awesome. Repaired my gas line same day, did a thorough job in the home. If everyone who works with Genz Ryan is like Ryan, I ll be a customer for life.
