I wanted to order a pair of white FILA shoes from Browns. The seller clearly did not want to order a new pair. I did not want to have a dirty pair that was worn many times by customers. Obviously, since I strongly insisted on the command, he finally decided to order a pair (with a rather lazy attitude / beast). So I ordered the WHITE FILA 8 1/2. I was told that it would take about 2-3 days for the order to arrive in the store. Six days later, I call them because I have never received a call from Browns. So I ask the lady if my pair of shoes arrived and she said: yes for 4 days! Then I emphasize the fact that I was never called. The lady at the end of the phone answers me very stupidly saying: yes! you have already been called ma'am. Then she hangs up on my face without me even thanking her. The next day, I arrive in store and ... the pair was colorful while I mentioned that I wanted them WHITE. So, I return them and re-order for a second time. The second time I arrive in the store, I am given the white pair but with the wrong size (8). Frustrated, I told them I wanted the 8 1/2. The lady is going to look for a dirty pair in the warehouse. I said that I absolutely wanted to order them because I did not want a pair SALE (seems to me that it is clear no?). What's the point of ordering a pair if you give me a dirty pair? Then, they invent full excuses for me to take the shoes from the warehouse. They start talking on my back and give me stupid glances between them. The cashier FINALLY orders me a new pair, but so roughly ... On leaving, I do not get any excuses (like what they missed my order 2 times). The 3rd time I came back, I was finally given the right pair with the right color and size.
Worst service ever. I am sincerely disappointed, because I often shop there, but this experience really traumatized me. I will not return to shop at Browns. No respect, no worries for his customers. Silly sellers. -5 stars.
