Similar experience as other reviewers about scheduling issues.
We booked over a month ago for furnace tune up on Monday. Several confirmation calls from them Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then on Monday they called to reschedule for end of December or early January.
Not a great way to attract and retain customers.
Would not recommend them.
And it sounds like they give a pretty standard "Sorry you weren't satisfied. We will be reaching out to you to reschedule, blah, blah, blah."
Sorry Genz-Ryan but we will be taking our business elsewhere.
