There were two reasons for the visit. First I wanted the AC inspected as part of the annual service plan. What I learned is that if you just want an inspection you need to schedule it months in advance unless the inspection can be combined with a service call. The technician performed the inspection quickly, thoroughly and efficiently. His part of the visit was 5 star. Second, I wanted a gas line to an old garage heater capped. This was a simple removal of a couple pipe fittings and the addition of a cap. The estimate was for $495. I did not have this work done.
