Bill B. did an absolutely fabulous job for me yesterday. He showed up on time. He investigated a water leak and gave many options for needed repairs and replacements of plumbing issues around my home. He respected that I was only able to choose to fix the most urgent things. He made the necessary repairs and he cleaned up when done. I hope to have him back when I can afford to get some needed but non urgent things done. Bill's commitment to service was awesome. I will definately use Ganz-Ryan in the future and highly recommend them. Katie & Emily in customer service/scheduling were very nice too.
