We called over the weekend with a broken a/c unit. With a new infant in the house we were feeling very overwhelmed and concerned. Genz-Ryan promptly returned my call on a Friday night and was able to fit us in next day. Our technician, Tyler, was incredibly professional, quick and helped relieve our stress as to the "what's next."
