Worst agency ever, i booked a flight for my mother...

Worst agency ever, i booked a flight for my mother through them. The ticket from Shanghai to delhi was not confirmed by flight network with airline.
As a result we had to book a different flight on the spot. It Caused our 58 year old mother huge inconvenience at shanghai airport and us as well. Never ever use this agency these guys do not know what they are doing.
Horrible service! Clueless staff!!!!!
Have no credibility!
