be very careful of flight network. you might think you are saving a $50 on a flight or so but you have the worst customer service! my flight was cancelled and they don't want to issue refunds and they don't want to even give me a reference number for the airline so i can book a refund directly!
I learnt my lesson for the last time! i wanted to save $100 on a flight of me and my wife, but ended up losing over $3000 because they don't want to give me any information for my booking. they are hard to reach on the phone and they don't respond to emails. When i finally got to a call with the agent, he was so rude saying i don't understand anything and he kept transferring me from one agent to another so no-one can give me a complete answer! To be honest it felt like i fell for one of those scams you always hear about!
