Passed from agent to agent for 2 days. Over 5 hour...

Passed from agent to agent for 2 days. Over 5 hours spent on the phone. The most ridiculous arrangements offered to fix mistakes on their side... and if they offer you 'credit' don't count on it, you will never be able to use it.
