They deserve less than one star. I booked two tickets from them and have suffered a lot. No appreciation for the customer. It was very painful to have to cancel my tickets with them as they cannot rebook me on another flight. I was heartbroken as I could not get to see my loved ones. They ruined my whole summer as I became upset as I missed my loved ones. What a bad customer service. Shame on FlightNetwork to call themselves a Canadian bussiness.
