NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! They just left me in a corner of the world! I was damn lucky I had 1500$ USD to come back to Canada! They just sell to you some tickets and they don't care about the rest, after I came back home and told them what happened they just said easily , its not our responsibility, it was your fault, for gods sake how the hell should I know two Schengen connecting flights airports needs visa! I mean it, is it that hard to program it to send an alert or something that you have a two Schengen airports in your connecting flights and even if you are Canadian or American you need visa?!!?!?? no customer service at all.no respect.no back up.no refund. nothing special. all these besides of extra charges they do .
