The worst experience ever. They don t offer refunds for cancellations due to covid. And it s so hard to contact them because they just hang up on you when you try contacting them in regards to the issue. And we do get in contact they have to charge us to us our flight credit. Overall avoid this agency. They re a joke. They will scam you for your money.
