Had to take my vehicle in for 2 recalls. Tony in the service department is awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional. The work was done in a very timely manner. The waiting room is very clean, well stocked with free snacks and coffee, plus vending machines. Plenty of comfortable places to sit. Love Arrigo!

I went to the Schumacher dealer in Delray and they had the car for 10 days in service, when they called me to pick it up I was stinking with cheap detergent and they fucked me inside the leather ... the ones that are supposed to install will charge me 1,365.00 dollars and they asked me to wait another 10 days ... At Arrigo Dodge they solved me the same day and it only cost me 900.00 dollars ... That's the difference between a mediocre Dodge dealer and one of excellence how Arrigo Dodge ... Super grateful for the attention and the service ...

Arrigo has always been good to me. The reason for 2 stars is because this is the second time that the person handling the service of my car left me a voicemail later in the day stating that he texted me in the morning about my car. I don t see how that s professional when I m just a phone call away and that s the form of communication expected. Also i noticed on my receipt that i authorized tire rotations which was added to my total when i did not. I simply asked how much would rotors be and he stated he doesn t know they will have to look. I only authorized the main issue i came in for nothing else.

Told us it would take 2-3 hours to change the oil . 4 hours later still not done. We asked multiple people what was going on at the 3 hour mark and no one knew where it was. It was until 4:30 someone actually verified the car was only just on the lift and would take an additional 20mins. We could have literally gone anywhere else to change the oil and have been done within 30mins. Way to go setting expectations and great customer service.

I had the best experience here at Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram here in WPB your service advisor Brian made sure I was very well taken care of after I dropped off my car and left due to a one hour wait. I had continuous updates throughout my service while I was not at the facility and was notified immediately after the service was completed. After receiving my notification that my car was ready for pick up I arrived to a sparkling clean car both inside and out with my tires glistening from a distance what did I ever do to receive this amazing treatment THANK YOU SO SO MUCH BRIAN and your team here in WPB I will definitely recommend you guys for your professionalism, service and GREAT WORK. Decided to take my grandparents truck in for an oil change and the usual maintenance stuff since they don t have time to nowadays. Off the bat, it was a great experience. I think her names jenna lee or jessa lee, sorry but I can t remember but she was good. Attended to me as soon as I got there and got me in. Then I met Anthony and dude was hella cool. Great customer service and made me wanna come and get my new truck tires here. Overall it was a great experience until Lee, who told me his name was Scott and I had to ask another individual, whose name I didn t get, for his real name but he was cool too. Lee came up to me while I was sitting down, minding my own business in a chair to basically get up and get the F out of there cause it was his job to keep people out of there and the employee lounge. Like dude, it s not that big of a deal. You guys would ve gotten the 5 stars from me because of the experience Jenna and Anthony gave me but Lee/Scott messed that up. In case either name is incorrect, it s the tall skinny bald dude with a greyish beard and a miserable look on his face. Supposedly he s the top technician there but top technician with a disgustingly low level grade of customer service. He could ve just left me alone or told me politely to go to the customer lounge cause I couldn t be there, not the way he did. Next time, don t try to be smart and funny and give me a fake name dude. Come at me with respect and I ll give the same back. On the way out as well, I heard people talk like they hated their lives and didn t wanna work there. Like it s so bad to work in AC and just drive peoples cars and keep them updated on their service. Come on dude. It could be worse. Anyways, I ll make sure to bring the truck in when it needs service because if they did that to me, I can t imagine how they treat my grandparents or what they say about them since they don t speak English very well.

The Service Department has the capabilities of han...

The Service Department has the capabilities of handling oil changes in a reasonable amount of time and thats about it. Dont expect them to do vehicle repairs in a reasonable amount of time because that wont happen. I took my vehicle in for repairs and I was told by Service Advisor Brett Gorman that the repairs would be done 3-4 hours (reasonable amount of time). 7 hours later in the day and the job was not completed. When I called him out on his incompetence, he was bothered. To him your time is not valuable in spite of you being the paying customer. They are misleading and have no time management for their service technicians. If the service technician "Leigh" wouldnt have been soooo busy on his personal cell phone maybe the job would of been completed in a timely manner.

I had to bring my 2018 Jeep in for service August...

I had to bring my 2018 Jeep in for service August 2nd 2018. I came in without an appointment due to an emergency light service shifter coming on while I was driving. When I pulled up I was greeted and Bernard was the service tech I had the pleasure of working with. I had an issue with being able to rent a car through the dealership. I became upset with myself and Bernard calmed me down. Bernard immediately told me he would help me and made me feel better. He called Enterprise and he said they would be there to get me in 10 minutes. They picked me up and I was able to rent a car from them. Bernard assured me that they would try to have my Jeep fixed in 2 days. Well to my surprise he called me today August 3rd at 4:00pm and told me my car was ready. I didn t even have to return my car to Enterprise. He took car of that too. When I walked into his bay he again asked me if I was ok and took great care of me. Even took my Jeep thru the car wash. I cannot thank him and Arrigo enough for making my service experience GREAT!! IF I COULD GIVE BERNARD 10 STARS I WOULD. Thank you Arrigo and most of all Bernard.

I ve had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. I ve purchased 4 vehicles from them, always with Rufus Boynton who is the most professional, caring and honest sales person I ve known. After the best new vehicle buying experience I've ever had..there's been quite a few..l made the mistake of using their service center. Since 1993..my truck is now the 6th and LAST new dodge vehicle l will ever own.
I'll be trading to Chevy come the new year..
Yes..the service center is that bad.
When l voiced a complaint..with nothing to gain..l was very politely called a liar.
"Well sir, that's simply not true" with the evidence staring right at him.

We took in our car Dodge Charger 2013 because the car just shut off on us. There is a recall on the alternator and when the vehicle was checked and it was in fact the alternator. They go then tell us that they do not have an alternator to put in the car to replace the bad one. That we would have to pay $700 something and Dodge would reimburse us. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Why do I have to pay out of pocket for something that is not our fault. Then they give us a ONE day car rental leaving us with no car or we can pay for the rental. NEVER again will i come to this location nor would I buy another DODGE. Can't wait to get rid of this car that I've only had for 2 years and has had FOUR (4) recalls.

This was by far the most pleasant car dealership experience we have ever had! No back n forth negotiation. They came up with an extremely fair price off the bat. No pressure to sign the deal the same day that we came to test drive the car and see the numbers. They kept to the deal offer when we returned the following day. The entire process was quick and efficient. Miles Coleman is the man to see!

This may be a little longer than most may take the time to read but I feel that hitting all of the points is worth my time to explain to those that might be interested. Upon arriving to the service area where I first came into contact with Tony, I was greeted with pure professionalism combined with a get it done attitude. Tony took the time to listen to me explain the symptoms and even listened patiently as I provided what I thought was an accurate diagnosis. I will admit that I do not have his patience and would not last in a place where I have to listen to everyone who thinks they know what s wrong and feel that they need to share it with me. For this alone I am grateful that Tony was helping me. I signed on all the dotted lines and agreed to pay for a loaner that they provided pending completion of their investigation and possible warranty covered repairs. I received a call from Tony later the same day explaining that they have located my problem and that they could complete the repair within 1.5 hours. Tony provided me with a price that I honestly felt was ridiculous since the repair was only necessary due to the mistake of the previous dealership where the routine maintenance that cost three times more was not completed properly. I explained to Tony that I should not be liable for another Dodge Dealerships failure as I was only trying to maintain my vehicle based on the Dodge/RAM recommendations. Upon arriving to the dealership more than just a little upset about the whole thing, Tony tried to explain things to me and with a very short response I told him that I just want to pay them and be on my way. Tony was not interested in just taking my money and letting me leave and continued to follow me to the cashier remaining calm the entire time. Even in my state of disappointment I did recognize his demeanor and persistence to explain to me why I am responsible to pay them and then request reimbursement from the dealership that caused the problem to begin with. When I say that I tested him, I mean I tested him. I did not time the conversation but it must have been at least 20 minutes and maybe even longer. I am a man who still believes in respect and I can tell you that Tony has earned mine. After interrupting Tony numerous times, I never caught him trying to over talk me and found that even though I was interrupting him, his mouth closed instantly and his fascial expression never showed one sign of frustration. While I still feel that I should not bear the burden of the cost and that the dealership that corrected another dealerships mistake should be able to invoice them directly, I do feel that Tony is a great asset to this dealership and will no doubt be back for all of my service needs when in South Florida.

I guess it depends on the salesman you get but still theres no need for lieing of course they are just being salesman trying to win over a customer but they failed with me & i won by leaving this place and going to a better car dealer !

It's $200..." becomes $500, then "you have to do this, it's a safety issue..." becomes $1,067. Car in parts, prevents you from going elsewhere for a second opinion. Caveat Emptor!

I highly recommend Sales Rep Chris for anybody looking for the perfect car while having a great experience. He was patient, kind and very attentive throughout the whole process. I wasn t approved at first and he didn t give up there, because of him I came home with my dream car. He even followed up with me the day after to make sure I was happy and to assist me with any questions I had regarding the vehicle. The finance department also worked hard in my favor. Update: The sales side is still 100% but Service and parts is a different story.

My first jeep was ruined by them and no responsibility was taken and now, I went to them to change the tire locks because someone broke into my car - instantly regret it.

They changed the locks, but upon trying to change the spare tire lock, they ripped the tire cover. They offered to replace it, but it had to be ordered. I received a call to pick it up and when I arrived, I tossed around from cashier to parts because no one knew that it was offered to be replaced. Instead of trying to figure it out, they gave me Melissa's card and told me to call. Today I did, was able to pick up the cover - no help putting it on which is fine, but the cover was used. There are scratches and stains all over it. It is sad that I bought my jeep from this dealership and their customer service is horrendous.

Bought a brand new 2017 Jeep Wrangler unlimited from Wilson Rosa and it was the best experience. He was with us through the entire process and answered any and all questions we had. If you want to buy from Arrigo, Wilson is your go to man.

Maurice the Sales Consultant and Victor the Finance Specialist were absolutely fantastic. Both made my experience at Arrigo great and efficient. I walked in around 7:30 and even though we were still working past their closing time, they treated me without trying to hurry or speed up the process! Overall a great experience.

The repairs they claimed to have made were not mad...

The repairs they claimed to have made were not made, causing me to have to take the vehicle back to them several times and still experienced the problem they should have fixed. I had to send several emails to higher management and made several calls before they made good on fixing the problem, which was under warranty.

They tried to get me to pay for service that was warrantied; they had my vehicle for days without letting me know what they were doing or when I would get it back and they are terrible at returning calls. Very few of the people I dealt with were ok, but the majority were terrible.

So much more to my terrible experience that space does not permit me to state!

No resonable person would buy something they cant get service or warranty work done beware i was told that before i purchased it i should have listened.

So I am changing my past review to 3 stars, I had my car there and the transmission was bad, past warranty by 30 days, of course that the manufacture checked if I had services with the dealer and than denied me from warranty, took 1 month without a car, but I got my car back with new transmission, the price was one at the beginning and than another, eventually I got it back and paid in full. I understands no one likes bad reviews, so get better service and followup.

Worst experience I ve ever had in a dealership. If I could give it a zero star I would but that s not an option on the ratings. Yesterday I went with my father and brother to purchase a vehicle. We were outside looking at the vehicles, there was a worker outside working with someone but the least he could of done is acknowledge us and asked if we needed someone and he didn t even offer to do that. After we looked by ourselves we went inside everyone was on their phone, we stood in front of 3 sales associates and they just looked at us and went back on their phone until 1 finally decided to help us. I didn t feel appreciated in the dealer. I could say more but I m just going to leave it there. Like I said again worst experience ever.

Went in to buy a truck. Test drove it, had them take it to my mechanic to check out(It did). The salesman verified that I wanted it and we set up an appointment the next day to complete the purchase(Said he would prepare the papers). When showing up the next was notified the truck was sold. Received a phone call a couple hours later from the salesman making sure I was still coming in. He then found out another salesperson had sold the truck. Business is Business, but I think the right thing to do would have been to follow through with our deal. My experience will be my review when I speak to other people about Arrigo Dodge.

I took my Dodge Ram 3500 here very late in the afternoon almost in the evening time do you have a rush fuel filter change done. From the time I signed the paperwork and gave them the keys to receiving the keys and leaving was less than an hour. Quick work and love how easy the dealership is to navigate . Now if only I could get there tow truck operator job I would have give them a six star.

My husband and I visited the dealership on Saturday after having a bad experience with another dealership. I wasn't planning on purchasing anything that day, I was just looking. We met with Scott and he was awesome; he didn't try to pressure us and was very knowledgeable. I fell in love with one of the Jeeps but still was unsure about it but he worked out a great deal for us that I couldn't say no to. I definitely would recommend Scott and Arrigo to my friends and family.

This was the ideal car buying experience! I had been shopping around for about two weeks, and I had the worst experience ever at Hyundai on Okeechobee Blvd I spoke to 5 different people I told them what I wanted they still kept trying to get more money out of me and kept showing me things that I did not like and they kept trying to get me to come in and view vehicles that seat 5 when i clearly asked for vehicles that seat 7, just terrible experience and would not recommend anyone to go there. I also overheard one of the finance managers say that my down payment needed to be given in cash because my check would most likely bounce! I was so angry, my husband and I left and we did not come back. They are still calling. I walked in and spoke to Devon and he made everything so easy, everyone was so pleasant, and we ended up getting a 2016 Dodge Journey SXT. It is so beautiful and we are so thankful. We were there maybe 3 hours! which if anyone knows is a record when buying cars. It was great and I will return and refer others! Thanks Arrigo! you have a customer for life

What a fabulous experience at the West Palm location with Jesus. My husband found a truck he wanted and I was able to surprise him with it thanks to Jesus. Horrible sales experience. Buying a vehicle is a decision that should not be taken lightly. The fact that we came into your business to get a rough idea of what the numbers were looking like and getting an appraisal on our current vehicle. The sale person Jean stated that she can not have an appraiser do an appraisal on a whim, which were her exact words. Just because she was not going to get a sale today by all means does not mean we wouldn t have come back in a couple of days after talking about our opinions. Just all around poor business and I would never use or recommend any of your business to anyone.

Jesus was the best salesman.. He sold me my jeep jl long story short Manager Gerry Montana was very accommodating. He made me very happy with my deal. The customer service there was the best. They really believe in doing what ever it takes to make a customer happy.
They even delivered my jeep to my home the next day and I lived 1.5 hrs away.

I was in the market for a new jeep grand Cherokee in 2012 to replace my high milage 2001 jeep grand Cherokee. Best sales experience with Scott, in and out. Since then, I have been solid on my maintenance plan and any service anomolies that come from having a car with all the bells and whistles. This means finding a decent service reps. Tony and Kelsey both rock. They make the process easy, efficient, and timely. Highly recommend!

If you value time and money do not go to this deal...

If you value time and money do not go to this dealership. I walked in with an easy fix issue, my ignition switch was busted, and told the sales associate what I believed the issue was. I was told they would have to run a diagnostic on the vehicle and it shouldn't take more than 2 hours to figure it out and it was going to cost $60/hour and then we would figure out what part I needed and it should be figured out by the next morning.
Come next morning I call to get an update and was told that they had not yet run the full diagnostic but the initial reading was that it was the ignition switch, they just wanted to make sure nothing else was wrong and confirm that the ignition switch was the issue. Then they tell me the diagnostic price has changed to $170/hour and its going to take 2 hours so itll cost $340 total to "make sure nothing else was wrong and confirm it was actually the ignition switch" to which I was told that was normal procedure and I just had to say "yes". 4 hours later I am told that yes it is the ignition switch which is going to cost $200 for parts and labor but unfortunately they cant find the part anywhere in the state of Florida and it seems to be on backorder. If its not already sounding weird, here is where I started getting angry. They then tell me that I need to call 800-CHRYSLER and tell them that I need them to expedite the part to the dealership and explain that they cant find it anywhere and I really need it... I got suspicious and looked up the part number online and found that it costs $65 and that I can have it ordered to my house in 3 business days.. the same part that I was told was on backorder and not available in the whole state of Florida. I then called and told the service manager what I had found and he proceeded to actually go check with the parts department and tell me that yes in fact they can get the part in 2 days but they cant go down on the $200 price tag even though I found the same part for $65 online AND I am still going to be charged $340 for them to "figure out what was wrong". I immediately stopped contact with that service associate and went back into the dealership the next morning and spoke with a manager who then told me the same thing as the service associate and said I would be out "just under $700" if I wanted to have them do their job. I told the manager that it doesn't make any sense for me to pay that much money for a job that I basically had to do for them. Upon this complaint the manager changed his tune and proceeded to tell me that he was trying to work with me and gave me the option of ordering the part online and bringing it in to him and he would install it for $100. At this point I knew I was being scammed and I told the manager that I would be taking me vehicle and bringing it to someone who I could trust to actually do the job and not try to steal from me. I was given back my vehicle with exposed wires and my back seat flipped up and all my things in disarray. I could not believe that a dealership would put their customers through something like this. If you've read this far I appreciate it and I write this and hope that nobody else brings their vehicle to this service department as to avoid financial ruin and a great deal of stress.

The service adviser Dale King made my experience a very horrible one. I m not sure if he is new and need more training but the entire experience was a migraine. Dale gave me all the wrong information from the start . From telling me the incorrect price for the diagnostic test , labor rates, parts & rental fee. He told me the diagnostic was one price and when I went up to the service desk to pay my balance was completely different. He is unknowledgeable and just careless. I ask him for a print out of everything and I never received it , he told me that I would only have to pay my deductible and when I went to pick up my vehicle the price was almost 4x my deductible price. If you are assign to him please ask for someone else or an manager. It was a hassle dealing with him
