The service adviser Dale King made my experience a very horrible one. I m not sure if he is new and need more training but the entire experience was a migraine. Dale gave me all the wrong information from the start . From telling me the incorrect price for the diagnostic test , labor rates, parts & rental fee. He told me the diagnostic was one price and when I went up to the service desk to pay my balance was completely different. He is unknowledgeable and just careless. I ask him for a print out of everything and I never received it , he told me that I would only have to pay my deductible and when I went to pick up my vehicle the price was almost 4x my deductible price. If you are assign to him please ask for someone else or an manager. It was a hassle dealing with him
