Hi, i'm interested in one of your vehicles at Tropical Chevrolet, please text me back when you can To whom it may concern, my name is David Farias Fadraga for days I am interested in a car, they contacted me several times on different days to go see it today, May 1, trip from Port Sant Lucie Fl to the Dealer in Miami and everything was a lie at all appearance and they had told me that the price was real that the car was available and as a result the car was broken it does not start and has many damages my first car I bought with you and now I am very disenchanted and I feel that I have been cheated and used because I was with my family and everything for pleasure I have to recharge that the Maneger wanted to help me even by mouth, that is, speaking and proposing offers God bless you and I wait for an answer

So have been inquiring about a specific vehicle for the pass couple days at this dealership. Was told the car is available and I should come in as soon as possible as these cars don t last long in stock. I drop all I was doing to go to the dealership ASAP within a hour I was there. After arriving I was told by one sale rep he was gonna go get the keys. He then return saying the car is not available that it has transmission problems why is this car posted Available and it s not.. the sales rep then have the nerves to take me to some dilapidated area on the lot to show to some old trucks in my price range. And keep pushing me a finance a car after I told him several times I need a mini van cash. As I am unable to finance a car at the moment. My wife then send my the same car in couple hours saying she just spoke with a agent and she said it s available after I leave. I said no they told me it s not. She kept talking with them and they then set up another appointment for the same car. I went back the next Morin and was told again they going to get the keys he then came back saying they not selling it at the moment very unprofessional place no communication skills and wasting you time find somewhere to spend your hard earn money and not to people who just lie to get you to come in to sell things you cannot afford.

He managed to help us find the perfect car and we couldn't be happier. Thankful for all he did for us and we'll definitely be recommending him to all our friends.

I went to Tropical Chevrolet because a friend of mine, Elias Sanchez, had bought his car there. He recommended I go and speak with Vasilis since he had a great experience with him, so I headed down to Tropical Chevrolet.

Vasilis was great and is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, was very professional and helped me find a great car. The manager, Carlos, was very attentive and welcoming. Just how Tropical Chevrolet was recommended to me, I will continue to recommend everyone to go here!

Big disappointment , drove all the way to Miami to refinance my car from them after they told me they had a great deal for me.but what they wanted was for me to traid my car in and for them to give me below price for my car. I had a bad experience when I first brought my car from them and now againg, cant trust Tropical Chevrolet. Dont recommend them.

I very rarely leave reviews on Google, but I feel the need to commend Chris Brown for exceptional service.

I came in with an exhaust issue due to a modification from a previous owner; They had the issue figured out and repaired quickly and there is even a courtesy car that brought me home while they fixed the issue.

I will definitely be returning with all future Chevy service needs.

While traveling to Key West, my transmission gave out in Miami. Tropical Chevrolet's team took great care of me. They took my car in on a Saturday, helped me find a rental to continue my trip. Called me Monday with the news and options. Installed a new transmission the same week, and I was able to pick up my car on my way back home. I am happy to say that over 3 years and 70,000 miles later, the transmission still works great.

I was looking for information about a Chevy Malibu and the sweetest person helped me. Her name was Thays Barrera. I don t know a lot about cars so I had a whole bunch of questions, she answered all of them and give extra info about it. I m happy you have a woman who knows her stuff. I felt a whole lot more comfortable talking to her and not nervous about asking a silly question. Anyone going to this location I definitely recommend her!!! I ll definitely be back!

I purchased a vehicle 2 years ago and made a terrible deal like most of us have made before. I had a Toyota and was upside down 11k. I went to several dealers but I couldn t get out of it. Then I came to Tropical Chevy and spoke to Julian the sales manager. This guy made it happen! I m driving a brand new 2020 Chevy Silverado LTZ fully loaded and I m paying less than what I was paying for the Toyota. Julian was able to consolidate the entire upside down. I m extremely satisfied with the new Chevy Silverado, it s a way better truck overall than the Toyota 4Runner. The Silverados new v8 engine is even better in gas than the 4Runner v6.
I would recommend tropical Chevrolet to anybody and ask for Julian the sales manager!!

It was all smiles everywhere I looked, the professional and yet friendly atmosphere that Maria Reyes and her staff provided was simply marvelous. So much that I almost forgot I went in to get serviced. Definitely will be both coming back for any and all of my servicing needs and spreading the word far and wide to anyone who is looking for top of the line efficient work.

Horrible dealership! Liars and cheats. The used 45k corvette I bought had engine problems the first week I bought it! The dealership did not honor their used car warranty. The service center was just as bad, I purchased a second key for $300 because after purchasing I was told the car only came with 1 key, the dealership called said the key was in, I took the car up there waited a hour only to be told they made a mistake and didn't have they key I ordered. Took me weeks to get the key. The managers and GM were very disrespectful and clearly only cared about making the quick doller from selling me the car. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else!

I have bought lots of car and i had been very disappointed with all dealers since they have cheated me and of course, they have lied to me.
Davie is the best car seller i have ever met, everything was very clear with him. He is a very honest and a very reliable person.I already have my new car and he has been calling me to know how i am feeling about my new car. He really cares about customer satisfaction and not about the money.

Marilay, the Finance Manager, was able to finance my car and a very low interest.She was very professional and clearly explained the different payment options.She went the extra mile by keeping me inform at every stage of my purchase.
I am so delighted that these people are like family member to me right now.

I've been a customer with Chevy for quite a few years and have known Roxy to be nothing but pleasant and helpful every time I'm here. I haven't always received the best service here in the past but I've experienced some of the best customer service with her. I've never known for her to be rude or impatient. On the contrary, she's always made sure I was being taken care of and to come to her with any concerns or questions. She always greets me with a smile and knows me by name which is RARE for anyone to be so personable at any establishment. She is a great asset and should be recognized as such.

Maria Reyes was all that I could have expected and more from all the professionals @ Tropical Chevy. Always professional but always with a friendly smile (even through the phone) and always willing to work on your behalf as if you re vehicle is the only one that matters.

Roxy Kattan is a take charge, take no prisoners kind of professional as well. All about the business of taking care of you. Makes you feel like you don t have to worry, she s in charge!

What an amazing car buying experience! We drove all the way from Kendall, after being referred to our new favorite and forever car salesman, Robenson. From the initial phone call all the way until we drove off the lot, Robenson, went above and beyond for my husband and I. He had the initial car we wanted washed and paperwork ready waiting for us when we got there and never skipped a beat when we said we wanted the one next to it instead. They made sure we were extremely happy with our new car and even showed us other options just in case. We are extremely, extremely happy with our new 2021 Suburban Z71 and couldn t thank Robenson enough! Thank you so much to everyone at Tropical Chevrolet for making us feel right at home!

On April 27, 2017 I took my car in for a simple oil change, like I've been doing for the past 6 years. They did the walk around, and I verified the marks on my car to make sure they were correct then signed the check in sheet. I waited about an hour to an hour in a half. After they parked my car, I noticed what I assumed to be oil stains or dirt on the car. I went outside to inspect the dark spots. They actually turned out to be deep gashes. I informed them of the damage, and to my surprise, both the service director Julio and service manager Paul adamantly denied the damages occured during the oil change. Julio practically made me out to be a liar trying to convince me that the gashes were already there. Not only was I offended, I was outraged at such deplorable customer service I was receiving from the person in charge. Finally after several more minutes of accusations from them about the damages, Julio reluctantly agreed to fix the damages. They informed me it would take two days to fix, but denied me a loaner vehicle in the meantime. I was never once offered an apology for the reprehensible way the situation was handled, or how I was greatly inconvenienced or for the damages done to my vehicle. The Chevrolet company should reconsider who they allow to represent their company, because after this debacle my opinion of Chevy will forever be tainted.

I had to give one star because it wouldn t let me do less!!! BUYERS BEWARE!! Bait and switch!
So I saw a used car online for $10,490 and called the dealer to make sure it was available. I let them know I was traveling over an hour to see it, and didn t want to waste my time. I was assured it was there, available and the salesman would have it ready. After I get there, I was told the car was locked up in an area that they didn t have the keys for, so we wouldn t be able to see it. Then I was told it was supposed to be sent to auction on Tuesday, after that he said the car was supposed to be $3000 more, but they would honor the price I d seen. Well, after their $1250 Tropical package fee (which was supposedly if they have to fix anything?? Shouldn t the posted price already have that accounted for?) , plus over $900 in dealer fees, plus the doc, tax & tag fees, so the price was now way over $14k! Highway robbery. I wasted my time and gas for nothing!! (Oh and the salesman admitted that the receptionist s job is to get everyone IN the showroom no matter what!!).

I never leave reviews but this experience warranted me telling everyone about it. I dealt with Erik Rivera and Rosa Lucendo from the VIP department. It felt like they truly cared and guided me through the entire process instead of pushing a car on me. When they say they are different than everyone else they truly show it. Do not go to this place.To make story short its the worst dealership around miami.I have own many different kind of vehicles,so i've dealt with different dealers throughout the years.Bough my van here,check engine comes on,no big deal so I bring it in to get checked out,since its under warranty.They make me wait 3 hours to tell me that they could not find anything wrong,so they reset the check engine light and send me on my way.Check engine light comes back on the next day,so I drive to their service department again,this time i wait for 4 hours,service advisor tells me that mechanic found the sensor to be loose,and that he fixed the problem,and told me if the light comes back on I will have to leave my car there for a full day(guess they knew already ,that the light will be on because there is a problem).Guess what? Light comes back on the very next day, so I am calling the dealership to schedule an appointment this time so I dont have to wait there all day and get a loaner.First call to them the service advisor girl tells me hold on a second and hangs up(i heard the phone being put down)Call number 2 she again tells me to hold on and puts me on 15 minutes hold,so I call again and yet again she says hold on and transfers me to the voicemail that its full.Call number 4 just rings and rings no answer.Horrible service,with purposely lying advisors.Management does not look like they care,and let the advisors treat customers like this.They lost me as the customer,and I warn you , if you want a better service go somewhere else,this is not a place for customer satisfaction.

Typical used car salesman tricks. Distractions and fake hospitality. The car was damaged when I got there and the oil washer wasn't in the filter cup. I bought the car because I can fix it myself but a lot of quick fixes on the car and lipstick. Do not recommend at all.

It's not often that you hear you hear a friendly voice greet you when you call for advice or a service suggestion. I recently called to seek out information of a particular car I am trying to purchase, and my call was answered by the general managers assistant. Great personality and proactively engaged eager to assist me. I was able to hear about my options personally from the GM Yalain. Attention to detail and my needs is what I was drawn too. Sadly, I did not purchase anything as I want to continue to explore more options but I would definitely return if no better offers are made else where. I'm sure if any of these comments below had actually gone and or called the dealership like they say then you would know that their perception is totally bogus. Thank you and I look forward to coming back.

If I could give zero stars I would. From the first time I walked in the service department I was being passed off. I came in told them I had a Geico claim but my adjuster informed me the work was going to be done by the service department. They insisted instead of listening to me to find out what I needed that I (7 months pregnant) walk over to the Geico area. When I got there the staff confirmed I needed to be over in the service area. Once I completed the paper, I was assured that I would be updated on my car. I dropped my car off on Wednesday and travel out the area and got back the following Monday. I did not hear anything about my car until I called my claim adjuster that Monday. My claim adjuster was assured by a staff member that my car was ready for pick up Tuesday morning. I took an Uber to Tropical and was nonchalantly told my car was not ready. So I wasted time and money to get to the dealership. After I got to work I called 2 times to get a status on my car to decide if I needed to get a rental car or not. I was told I would be given an update the first time in an hour and half but never called. Then the next time I called I was told it would be ready today. As I was giving the service rep my work address I was cut off an told I know your frustrated and pregnant but I need a complete address, which is what I was trying to provide. I am still not sure what my pregnancy has to do with bad service. When I finally got back to pick up the car I was shoved paperwork and my key. I requested to see my car before I signed anything and was told there is the key and your car is outside. I never experience this kind of service. My car wasn't brought around and think I deserve to be handed the key. I hope something can be done for this kind of service. Due to someone attempting to steal my car, you would think that I would be treated with more respect, seeing as I did not put myself in this situation.

My service advisor Maria is the best. My car was in service for a minor issue but I was well informed on the progress of the fix the entire time it was in the shop. She is very responsive and thoroughly answered all of my questions. This service advisor s customer service and attitude is outstanding. I even had the opportunity to speak to the technician who worked on my vehicle to get an in depth explanation on exactly what was going on with the car.

Good dealership. Prices are cheaper than competitors but not as cheap as they advertise. Whatever the advertised price shows, add about $3000 plus their dealer fees. Overall smooth process when i bought my vehicle.

I purchased a car here on 11/14/19 a 2017 on my way home I noticed the radio did not work and the check engine light had come on..I called immediately and was told the service department is closed..I take my car back the very next day which was a Friday and was told wait til Monday they will give me a loaner and fix my car..I leave as I continue driving thru out the day I notice a clicking sound every time I back up..I go back to the dealer and told them about the sound..at this point I tell the manager I don t want the car it s been less than 24hrs and the car is already giving me to many problems..he tells me I signed a contract and it s my problem..I m upset I just leave..I take the car back Monday to get whatever is wrong with it fixed..11/17/19-11-27/19..the dealership had my car I pick up my car up 11/27/19 and the check engine light is still on..I asked why and they say they don t know..at this point I m upset I m like ok I take my car and leave.i get home to back in my driveway and I hear the clicking sound..I take the car to a mechanic and he says I need cv joint on both sides$400 to fix ..I m flabbergasted I tell the mechanic I just bought this car and etc etc..I then go back to the dealership and try to return the car to them they refused to take it..they then get angry at me like I have no right to be upset..I leave I feel disappointed and angry I call lemon law lawyers..I m not saying don t purchase from them just telling my story..but I will say that Harris and the manager Omar were the only ones who tried to help me and didn t catch an attitude with me
