The repairs they claimed to have made were not mad...

The repairs they claimed to have made were not made, causing me to have to take the vehicle back to them several times and still experienced the problem they should have fixed. I had to send several emails to higher management and made several calls before they made good on fixing the problem, which was under warranty.

They tried to get me to pay for service that was warrantied; they had my vehicle for days without letting me know what they were doing or when I would get it back and they are terrible at returning calls. Very few of the people I dealt with were ok, but the majority were terrible.

So much more to my terrible experience that space does not permit me to state!
