I went to this dealer thinking they would be professional but unfortunately i was disappointed with the horrible leadership . I felt as if my money was worth nothing here. I called around noon to make sure the car i wanted was there. Fast forward I get to the dealer and Fortunately the vehicle was still there. The buyers order was still on the wind shield and all. My salesman Jonathan took me out for a test drive explaining how we had made it on time as the vehicle we were there for was a hot vehicle. So we (My father and I) do the test drive and decided it was good car and wanted to buy it. Jonathan starts the paper work and after being there for a while he comes with very trouble news. He says the car is unfortunately sold as directed by his manager. I couldn t believe what I was hearing. I don t know what there process is for selling cars is but you can t sell a car with out a buyers order specially if there is someone else already buying it. The manager jerry montana as we were told that was his name by Jonathan the salesman since jerry Montana did not want to give out his name. He was super disrespectful not apologizing for wasting our time or for the mix up, saying if we wanted to look around the lot we could but the car is sold so to bad. I was trying to get more information as i could not rap my head around what was happening. They were pulling the rug right from under me. The guy made a couple of smart remarks as we are hispanic. I was super disappointed as i made sure to go to a so called good dealer to not experience this but apparently they are just another bait and switch dealer. And to top it of they made sure to use my number to write themselves a good review on car gurus so I wouldn t be able to review the horrible service i got form them. As you could only write one review per dealer on car gurus. This honestly a sorry excuse for a car dealer and I ware anyone from approaching this dealer as the hostile so called manager jerry Montana is a typical bait and switch dealer. I however commend the salesman as he was fortunately professional throughout the whole experience.

Buying a car is not the most fun experience, and I was nervous as my Ford Explorer, after 17 years, finally died. :-( I had gone there before and I knew I wanted a Jeep Renegade Latitude, and Russ had given me a test ride. He was very good, as he gave information and not pressure. For the sale, everybody was very pleasant. I recommend Arrigo highly!!!

Although we only stopped by to just "look" we ended up walking out with a Wrangler Sport. The owner greeted us and took time out to thank us for our business. The financial manager Alex was also very personable and friendly.

bed experience. they charge me 200 dollars kept my car for 4 days an not give me any diagnoses .i took my car out there to other chop where cost me 169 dolllars to fix the problem .and thei was trading charge another 568 dollars to take my transfer case down and the problem has nothin to do with the transfer case .i filed so ript off bad service an costomer service .

Absolutely loved the customer service and all the help we recieved at this dealer. Our salesperson "Ashley" was so kind, helpful and helped with everything. I purchased my new Dodge SUV at Arrigo and I absolutely love it!!!! The prices at Arrigo are extraordinary and I would recommend everyone to buy your new or used vehicle with them. Amazing people and a great place to go!!!! We will be back for any future cars, trucks or SUVs we want in the future for sure!!! In my experience Arrigo does not value or respect its customers. 3 years ago, the nonprofit I work at leased a vehicle from Arrigo. I had a good experience and my company liked the vehicle. The lease is expiring soon, so I called our salewomen, Jean Sylvester to see about getting a quote on a new lease. Jean was unresponsive and unhelpful this time around. She failed to return calls and emails, and seemed to be uninterested in providing me any service. Maybe she does value a contract with a nonprofit, I don't know. I do know her attitude and lack of responsiveness is totally unprofessional. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she ignored the request. Thinking that it was just Jean have a bad day, I called the dealership and asked to speak with the General Manager. I was transferred to a Sales Manager. He transferred me to a salesperson who assured me he would get a quote on a lease for the nonprofit I work at. A week has gone by and I haven't heard anything. I called yesterday, left a message and did not receive a return call. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service from Arrigo Dodge.

HORRIBLE !!! I've had my truck there for 6 months in the service department and yet to find out whats wrong with my truck . Ive had meetings with the "Service Manager " and stil nothing ! Last time I was there 4 days ago he promised to call me as soon as "his computers came back up" just crazy ! all I want is my truck back .. dont send your vehicles here all they do is try to give you the run around...

Arrigo has the largest selection of vehicles out of all the dealerships we went to. Our saleswoman Danielle was very knowledgeable about the vehicles available and was realistic about pricing. Would highly reccomend Arrigo / asking for Danielle if your looking to purchase or lease a vehicle.

Went to arrigo looking for a specific vehicle, lost it to another buyer but they had another truck that i fell in love with even more than the first. Was a great experience all around. Process was much quicker and painless compared to past car buying experiences where it can turn into an all day event. They price their used cars fairly and low to avoid the back and forth of haggling with sales people. Also they gave me a very fair value on my trade, a little more than i was expecting in order to get a deal done

My prior post and Arrigo's response with their assertion "...We will do what we can to remedy the situation ..." reposted below. Heard nothing whatsoever from Arrigo following their assertion. "We will do what we can to remedy the situation." Really? They keep re-posting the same cut and paste response over and over, but never do anything whatsoever to remedy the problem.
My prior post: Brought in Dodge Viper once to have starter replaced and specifically instructed them do not test drive the car. When I picked up the car, it had been driven 4 miles and the car was scratched up. Will never consider this organization for any further business.

Absolutely horrific service. If you want to deal with a bunch of liars and some of the worst possible service that can exist take your vehicle to Arrigo Dodge.
last Saturday or commercial van only one and a half years old with 24000 miles started making a clunking noise. We dropped it off for service Monday. not once did we receive a phone call for an update and over the course at the last 5 days we have left three voicemails with no return call. on the 5th day we called and spent 45 minutes on hold refusing to leave a message waiting for someone to speak with and no one would talk to us about our van. We actually had to send someone out to the dealership to get an update as to what is going on with our van.

Bernard is our service advisor and told us that they lost our key and paperwork and they just found it today. I requested to speak with the service manager who conveniently was too busy.
Five minutes later Bernard changed his response stating that the transmission had been repaired and now there was something wrong with the brakes.

We have a fleet of 10 vehicles and we're planning to purchase two more in the next week. time to go speak with a different manufacturer because we cannot deal with service like this.

Had axle go out on Promaster cargo van Sunday while headed to Miami. Van hauled in and they had to get an axle sent overnight. Very next morning at 8:30 there mechanic was test driving our van. Back on the road super fast. Great place to have your vehicle serviced.........great place with even better people...ask for Robert Corman A+

Experience is everything to me and from my first phone call with Alex Turner in Sales and Julian in finance; I must say I am highly impressed, and it takes a lot to impress me considering my job is in Sales. There s the emotional sale and transactional sale; most would believe buying a car is transactional; and it is; however their can be some emotion to it as well when working with the right people. I must say I chose the right people, right car and the right dealership...thank you Alex and Julian for creating positive experiences for your customers, especially me. I m happy with my purchase.

Awful service! I had the lifetime powertrain warr...

Awful service! I had the lifetime powertrain warrantee on my Town & Country and brought the car in on the 5-year anniversary for a recall and service inspection. I even received a call from my salesman when he noticed that I was in for the service. When it came time to repair the transmission a year later they denied the warrantee and could not find record of the inspection. I spoke with three different service techs and each gave me a different record of when they had serviced the vehicle. The lifetime warrantee was used a sales ploy and they never intended to honor it, otherwise they would have kept accurate records and communicated with me better and honored the warrantee and repaired the transmission. I had purchased my last two vehicles from there (Jeep Cherokee and Chrysler Town & Country), but they will never see me again!

John Wilson in the service department was the best. We are from Michigan and was leaving the very next morning to head back home, and lost the only key to my van. We were towed to his location. He had the replacement key and took care of us right away. They were efficient, understanding and amazing. Best ever. Would recommended this dealership always.

Oil change done improperly and had to have Jeep towed back to Arrigo to have it re-done. Evidently oil filter seal was not seated properly causing large amounts of oil to leak out. Left a big mess in my driveway and garage, as well as the underside of my Jeep. Also lost 1/2 day with my Jeep and arrange a ride back to the dealership to pick it up after the repair. Bernard was polite and apologetic, but I shouldn t have had to pay and should ve been compensated for my trouble. He assured the next oil change would be complimentary. Not sure I ll be back.

I dislike writing a negative review but I feel oth...

I dislike writing a negative review but I feel others must be made aware of good and bad experiences. I was assured by my salesman, Wilson, that Arrigo had the lowest price because they are the largest volume dealer. I showed him and his manager, Phil, a written email price quote for a minivan that had a MSRP exactly the same as one they wanted to sell me. Phil refused to match the other dealers price and told me that he knew the salesman I was working with personally because he used to work for him. I was told the other salesman was less than honest and that when I went in to get that van at that price I would be told they could not honor his quote. I left Arrigo without buying the van there, went to the other dealer and purchased the van for exactly the price quoted. The story is not over. I then texted Wilson and told him that my daughter may be interested in the van he was trying to sell us. I asked if they now would match the executed contract that I just purchased my van for. He told me that would not be possible. The conclusion I have is that in my opinion Arrigo does not always have the lowest price even though they like to tell you they do. When it comes time to prove it they will not always match other actual prices. I also felt that Phil spoke negatively about another dealers salesman and it worked out he was nothing but honorable to me. The good news is that I never felt pressured to buy I was just mislead by Phil by his insistence that another dealer was lying to me. The only less than accurate statement made to me was by Wilson and Phil when then told me for sure they would have the lowest price but then did not match another dealers offer. I welcome Arrigo to contact me to further explain why my assessment is wrong and I will update this review if I am contacted. If this review is not amended the reader should assume it is because I did not hear from Arrigo. Let us all see how responsive Arrigo is to a potential customer.

Still no contact from the dealership. Not even a "response from the owner" as some other reviews (mostly positive ones) have received. Some customers get responded to and others get ignored, is this the type of responsibility you want shown by a company you will make a major purchase from? They LOVE to advertise that they have the lowest price but when asked to actually prove it we get no response.

Another 5 days has gone by and STILL...NO RESPONSE from Arrigo. We go (away from) Arrigo!

IMPORTANT UPDATE...Just got a nice productive call from a sales manager named Eric. He concluded that if my daughter still wants the minivan in question he would match, line for line, the deal I got from the other dealer on my new van purchase. In so doing I believe Arrigo would be delivering on their promise to have the lowest price.That is what I wanted all along and I am satisfied with that resolution. I am keeping my original reviews up here(as opposed to removing them) so the reader can see the history of what transpired in order to get to the satisfactory resolution. It should be noted that I had originally given Arrigo 1 star but now have increased that to 3 stars, which in my opinion is an average type of grade. Given the history, that the reader can review, I believe that is fair. Since the reader can see what has transpired I do not think my rating is that important, If you judge what I have written about to be important you may rate them lower, if the process I took to get to a satisfactory conclusion is no problem for you feel free to rate them higher. The ratings are subject to each persons individual assessment, the most important thing is the detail of what has transpired and I have described that to the best of my ability. I do appreciate that Eric called today and was able to provide good customer service.

We went in KNOWING what we wanted. A 2015 Dodge C...

We went in KNOWING what we wanted. A 2015 Dodge Charger SRT 392. The salesman said that they do not even make the Charger in SRT 392.... wow. Just wow. How could they have a salesman that doesn't know what kind of cars they have?

It gets worse. We order the car with a printout from the Dodge website and they tell us 4 weeks. WOW! So fast and we are thrilled...only its not 4 weeks. In fact, no other Dodge dealership (we contacted a few later on around week 7 to get a baring on what others would say) said anything but 8 to 12 weeks. So, needless to say, when 4 weeks rolls around, no car. Then they give us a ship date. YAY...only it didn't ship that day. A recall came out the day before. Funny part of that is: We didn't find out from the sales crew or the dealership at all. We found out from a window tint guy that tinted the windows on my Civic Si (also confirmed via some Google work). PATHETIC. Why hide that?

So after a few weeks, we are given another day they expect the car to ship. A month later. WHY? Nobody there has a clue. That's just what it is.

A few weeks later, finally, some good news. The car has shipped and will be there on such and such date. Good deal. Both my wife and I put in some vacation time around those days to make the purchase... only the car doesn't get there. It is still in New York. 1 week after its supposed ship date it made it across the border from Ontario and no further. Nobody at Arrigo knows why. I imagine it had something to do with a customs issue or just a general hold up at customs but information would be nice.

As it stands currently, we have called the dealership every single day and continue to leave messages without a call back for the last 3 days past when the car was supposed to arrive. We are around the 8 week mark. And please, don't mistake me here. I'm not angry about the wait if someone comes out and says 8 to 12 weeks and it's there in 8 to 12 weeks. I'm pissed about misinformation. With an 800 credit score and $20,000 to put down you would think they would be a bit more willing to give information about what is happening with this $50,000 car.

*UPDATE* We were finally able to get in contact with Paul and he informed us the car is now in Miami awaiting unload from the rail car and gave us a new window to expect the car.

*FINAL* We bought the car. Everything went pretty smoothly on purchase day. Prior to that John Arrigo contacted my wife on the phone with concern to the reviews online. She explained to him that as long as everything went well and as expected with the car the review would be updated.

On the purchase day, John met us at the dealership briefly. He didn't seem pleased but I got the opportunity to explain to him in person that I review honestly and there was still time to get a better rating based on the sale. That has happened. John put us with a good and knowledgeable salesman, Scott Rice, who knew the answer to every question that my wife and I had about the technological monster we were buying.

Scott even spent an abundance of time after the purchase was already completed to go more in depth with details of the car, a bit of history, and the perks of being an SRT owner (such as the SRT Experience). And the car came with a full tank of gas.

Thanks for doing what you could to make it right, John. And as promised I will happily increase my rating from a 1 star to 3 star. It was a long wait that felt even longer, but a smooth purchase day always trumps that.

The car is absolutely beautiful and runs like a champ. I watched every review there is to watch about this car on YouTube and was still absolutely amazed when I finally heard it in person and finally sat inside.

I loved Dodge/Chrysler 300 s but now after dealing with this rep regarding an radio/navigation issue.

I am saving up for a FORD250!

Why cause I know a Ford rep will call the warranty company and make sure the parts work.

Horrible service, after you had a record of buying the brand Dodge they do not care!

had been texting and phoning Luis for probably two months gathering information while i was deciding what I wanted to do. Then in early November I dropped in unannounced to "look around". Luis wasn't immediately available so I was assisted by Wilson. We very quickly started talking numbers and in short order had arrived at a deal with the help of one of the managers, Steve. This was the fastest, easiest and most hassle-free car buying experience that I have ever had. From start to finish I don't think I was at the dealership much over 90 minutes including financing. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a young lady who too...

Upon arrival I was greeted by a young lady who took all my information and asked what I would need done today. I explained to her that my battery had died and that the check engine light had come on prior to me bringing my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service. I asked to please have the tech check my battery, and to advise me of any other issues the Jeep may have. After only about 20 minutes of waiting in their very nice guest area, I was told everything was done, and I was ready to check out. The cashier handed me a service review that stated that the battery was ok, AND THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. That was the reason I brought the Jeep in. After seeing this, I went to imspect the vehicle and it WOULDN T EVEN START. I asked if he had checked the battery, and she called the tech back to go test the battery and sure enough it was bad. HE OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T CHECK IT THE FIRST TIME. They said they didn t have the battery in stock, but I could go buy it at AutoZone and they would install it for me. By this point I was unhappy with my service, and proceeded to buy the battery and change it myself. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this dealership for service

Went to Schumacher dealership in Del Ray bought the same brand new 2019 lower price and more truthful staff. I did not want to give you a star but it wouldn't let me post otherwise. I left my Jeep Grand Cherokee as the "engine light" was On. I had to rent a car outside the dealer as I needed a similar (size) vehicle. The service supervisor told me that the rental will be paid by Arrigo.
I kept the use of the rental car to a minimum (5 days) despite my Jeep being there for several weeks. I have had many promises that the rental ($398) will be paid but more than 9 months after the event we are still waiting. I have called and send emails to other people without a response. My experience with this dealer has been very disappointed and felt cheated.

My sales consultant was Danielle and what a pleasure it was to meet her and to have her help me with my new Dodge purchase. Not only is she very well versed in product knowledge, but also someone who was timely in returning answers to the questions I had along the way. Im not sure if she could have made this process any easier, and i appreciate that! I was in a time crunch and she was very accommodating each time.
But what brought me to Arrigo was Nelson. I have had the pleasure of knowing Nelson now for about 6 years. I have purchased my last 3 cars because of him. He has a great energy,and you can tell he loves what he does.
Nelson referred me to Danielle and the experience was just fantastic!

This absolutely WORST service ever, went and had my 2016 Jeep renegade serviced, had a miserable service representative name of Pasquale, I made it very clear my car is over heating and the Reservoir was leaking. He had no personality and should NOT be in that position. Car stayed for two days, i got it back drive 15 mins and car is burning hot. I called him 7 times and no phone call back as well as Service manager. They are a terrible place to be at. DO NOT GO. My car is still Not fixed yet

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a Saturday, providing the extended warranty information. Upon arrival at the time of my appointment, I was told that I was not able to keep the appointment due to the extended warranty and the warranty company were closed and they would not be able to contact them for approvals. The person stated that I would only be able to bring the car Monday to Friday. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the very poor customer service. When I scheduled my appointment they could have told me most of this information and saved a trip.

UPDATE: I contacted the manager per the response to my Google review. He was kind, courteous and concerned about my review. After speaking with him the matter was taken care of. Very please with the management at the service department.

Looked for around 30 minutes without one person asking if I needed help so I finally went inside to ask a salesman if the vehicle was on the lot so I can look at it...and he said...if u didnt see it out there we dont have it. ..really....ur inventory is massive and I may have missed it....couldn't check into it on the computer? My service rep, Tony, is outstanding! I bring my vehicles in regularly for service and he always takes care of my needs: rides to work and back or staying and waiting. Any detail of specs on my truck are taken care of with knowledge of the vehicle.
I recently needed new tires and wanted to upgrade wheels, and he knew exactly how to take care of it. And comparable to anything you can order online.

I arrive at around 7pm to pick up my car. Walk in again nobody acknowledges us. I walk into the cashier s office. Nobody there. I wait for 5 minutes. I walk into an office that has three people in there. Nobody looks up until I say Uhm excuse me I got a call saying my car was ready for pickup?
At this point a young woman acknowledged me and said to wait in the cashier s office and she ll take care of me. 5 more minutes later and she finally arrives to check me out. I get my keys, all is well and good. I did notice that they added some gas to my car, so thank you very much for that. Much appreciated.
I drive down home to Boynton, and my car sits until Wednesday 8/26. We take it out around 6:30 to go run some errands. Two streets down on Congress and Gateway, my car completely stalls out and wont move.
Thankfully, some very kind gentleman stopped to help us push my car into the nearby parking lot. I immediately call Dodge at 6:46 PM.
I was slightly agitated-- I ll be the first to admit.
I said that we just brought my car in yesterday for a repair, and now it has completely stalled out in the middle of the road.
No question of if we are ok and safe, because why should they care?
Lady: Do you have a warranty?
I answer no, but we just got something done yesterday, and now it is not working with the same problem, only worse. At this point I am put on hold for around 5 minutes. Once the young lady came back on the line, she informed me that we can get it towed over to them, and that if the problem has something to do with what was done yesterday, we will be reimbursed for the tow, and if it didn t we would be charged for the tow.
OKAAAAAAY, so let me get this straight, you guys screw up my car, when all that was needed is a system update, and now not only do I have to pay to have it fixed, but I may have to pay for the tow too?
I am informed that I would have to speak to the director, who gets in at 7:30am, which I VERY MUCH SO plan to do. I do apologize for abruptly hanging up on the young lady (I said Thanks and hung up), but Dodge can go back to the recording of the message and see that while yes, I was quite curt but she was not too pleasant herself to say the least.
I am absolutely irate with the absolute disregard that this dealership has for anyone s time, car, or safety as they let me drive off with a car stating that everything was fine when it broke down on the middle of Congress less than 24 hours later. This is sequence of events is unacceptable, but I m aware that some of the people there are okay, which is why I was going to give them a three-star review yesterday. 1 out of every 5 employees is helpful Not exactly the ratio you want, but not enough to in good conscience give them a one-star review. But this is unfathomable negligence.

First off, I usually don't post reviews and when I do they are usually for terrible service. This is my first positive 5 star review and I felt deserved some feedback considering how my situation was handled. I had a problem with my 2011 Jeep with only 18k miles, one day my Jeep decided it didn't want to start, so I had it flat bedded to Arrigo. End result my jeep was fixed, and I had a situation where I was extremely upset with a charge, I played phone tag with the service manager Bill (he did return my calls but kept missing each other), so I decided to drive over to Jeep of WPB and speak to Bill directly. Long story short, I had told Bill my feeling about one of the repairs and I didn't feel it was fair. Instead of him arguing with me, he listened to how I felt and said to me "let me see what I can do." Sure enough Bill called me the next day as promised and rectified the issue and gained my confidence in the dealership. Living in South Fl isn't the easiest in getting great service or any at all, if more businesses had professionals like Bill they would thrive and be successful. My hat goes off to Arrigo for hiring such a qualified professional and to Bill for taking care of this situation and earning my confidence! I will be back and thank you Robert (in this situation my handle John Unhappy is very HAPPY).

I've tried a few Dodge/Ram/Jeep dealerships to service my vehicles. The service department here at Arrigo in WPB took care of both of my vehicles. Sean took the time to make sure I was happy with the results. There were zero headaches and zero worries. I know my heavy duty truck needs constant maintenance. Sean is my go to guy from now on.

Horrible was there all day since 10 am all of that for them to tell me to reprogram a vehicle that out of the sudden the key doesn't recognize, something that simply they want to charge a leg and an arm, but yet they so ambitious for you to buy they product for them to turn around and give your back at you, when the car have no problem just need to reprogram in which is the factory defect for a car to become umprogramable. Absolutely absurd. It should be a fee but not an arm and a leg

I left specific instructions on Dec.24th to fix quite a few things on my daughters jeep... I told them that she would be leaving for school so while we were away on vacation for a over a week, they would have plenty of time getting everything done..in 10 days... I signed the pre estimate... I left a long list of things to be fixed.

I guess they called while I was on the plane and I did not have a missed call... when I returned from the trip ( a week later)I called to see if everything was done... Nothing was even started...

Now it s too late to fix the radio, and the drivers seat because he never ordered the parts...
When I asked if they aligned the tires... he said no because they didn t notice it even tho we told him that it pulled to the right...
We asked to change the font headlights... they didn t change them because they lit up.... when we told them that the lights are so dim that we can t see driving at night...
The back right shock seems to soft and dips unevenly... they said nothing was wrong with them...
I will go somewhere else... Thanks for getting everything NOT done after having Jeep for 10 days.

My experience with Ashley and Arrigo was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Everything was quick and painless from having the car pulled up when I got there, paperwork and the delivery of my Jeep. Absolutely will be coming back to Arrigo and Ashley for my next Jeep.

Brought my 2017 Jeep in for service on a Monday morning without an appointment. The car was bought in New York as I m a snowbird. I was treated by a pleasant young lady who said my service advisor would be with me shortly. I was treated by Pat Cicci who was knowledgeable and friendly. He stated he would have the auto looked at as soon as a mechanic was available. He then proceeded to guide me to the auto rental booth stating that a rental would be provided to me until the work was done. I had a transmission problem which took several days to repair. Pat was a professional and I will ask for him again if I ever need service again while in Florida.

Looking for a new vehicle can be very hard and super exhausting. Being attacked in dealerships, pushing for a close, not really thinking about what someone is saying, to say the least stinks.

Coming into Arrigo was a breathe of fresh air. John Gutierrez was such a knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful, but most importantly LISTENING to what myself and family needed and wanted! I would highly recommend him! David I, in financing was amazing and had an answer to every question i had. The whole staff was just super friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Getting a car is an exciting experience and thanks to John, David, and staff, it truly was a great experience all around.

Phil Perone, sales manager, was the rudest individual I've ever encountered. The manner in which he spoke to me and my husband was appalling. My husband purchased his Jeep from Arrigo and we were shopping for a new Grand cherokee for myself. Not only will we never return for service or future purchases, I will share my terrible experience with anyone interested in listening. I am not the person to write negative reviews typically but Phil Perone embarrassed us.

They sold me a faulty car JEEP WRANGLER RUBICON. When raining, vehicle has water leak .. I went to de Dealer service 4 times and THEY CAN'T FIX IT. I have to call to FLORIDA LEMON LAW.
They have sold me a defective car from the factory, it has problems since I bought it. Every time it rains a lot of water leaks. I have been to the Dealer 4 times for the same problem and they cannot fix it. Today I am going to call FLORIDA LEMON LAW, and then I will sue them.
