Update: The sales side is still 100% but Service and parts is a different story.

My first jeep was ruined by them and no responsibility was taken and now, I went to them to change the tire locks because someone broke into my car - instantly regret it.

They changed the locks, but upon trying to change the spare tire lock, they ripped the tire cover. They offered to replace it, but it had to be ordered. I received a call to pick it up and when I arrived, I tossed around from cashier to parts because no one knew that it was offered to be replaced. Instead of trying to figure it out, they gave me Melissa's card and told me to call. Today I did, was able to pick up the cover - no help putting it on which is fine, but the cover was used. There are scratches and stains all over it. It is sad that I bought my jeep from this dealership and their customer service is horrendous.

Bought a brand new 2017 Jeep Wrangler unlimited from Wilson Rosa and it was the best experience. He was with us through the entire process and answered any and all questions we had. If you want to buy from Arrigo, Wilson is your go to man.
