So I m actually right here @ the service department as I m typing. I had a appointment @ 8:30am & I m w/ my 2 year old mind you. I asked @ 10am how much longer would it take to finish I had a appointment @ 8:30. And the service advisor responsed w/ first come first sericce doesn t matter if you have a appointment or not. So I asked what s the point of making a appointment then. He looked @ me and couldn t even give me a answer. That s a shame it s my first & last time here. Because in my opinion you always come back to a place that treats great ! Eventually they don t value there customers that much on to the next service shop

I found a Camaro here at a great price. I went in to the dealership with a pre approval from Capital One for this vehicle. After test driving the vehicle I decided to move forward with the deal. SInce I already had the pre approval I asked the sales person only to run my credit through Capital One as instructed. The sales person was a little confused on the process so he called the finance manager over to talk to us. I advised the finance manager that I only wanted my credit pulled through Capital One and he said no problem. As I am sitting waiting I recieved 9 credit allerts that my credit was being pulled through 8 other finance companies. I was furious! No one came back and asked if it was okay to pull my credit through any other company. The sales manager finally came back to apologize. I asked for the finance manager but he never came out. I was promised a call the next day from the sales manager to resolve this issue. After not hearing from the sales manager I called the general manager which was no help. He told me that I would just have to dispute the inquiries and proceeded to sell me the vehicle. I advised him that Capital One called me and I was approved but I was not doing business with Arrigo due to the service that I had received so far. He then told me that he would have someone from the finance department call me back to help with the inquiries but no one ever called. I ended up doing the work myself and purchasing a car from another dealership. This was a total waste of my time. These guys are only interested in selling cars and not doing what is best for customers.

These are solid, honest and professional men and the experience in procuring my car was a delight. There is a large inventory and an excellent easy to get to location.

BEWARE!!!!!! When we walked in we were not greete...

BEWARE!!!!!! When we walked in we were not greeted with a smile or a warm hello. We gave the person our information and she went to get a salesperson. The salesperson was nice and we found a car we liked. The salesperson was unable to haggle with the finance department and a finance person came out to us and started talking down to us about everything but dollar amounts. We got up and left. The finance person came following after us to wait but we couldn't get out the door fast enough. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone ever!

I bought a car here in January. The salesman and everyone I dealt with in sales was fine. I am a single woman who knows nothing about cars so I purchased an extended warranty and into a service program. I wish so very much I had not. I went in for my first oil change and needed some air in my tires. The gentleman who was my service adviser was very rude and dismissive. I told him I had purchased something where my service was at no additional cost to me. He said I needed a tire rotation and it was not covered. I waited 2 and a half hours for an old change, tire rotation and to fill my tires. The next day I get in my car and the tire pressure light came back on. In addition to that my hood was not put down correctly and it was stuck. I had to return and waited another hour and a half for them to that. I also was told that my tire rotation was covered under the plan I purchased so they credited my card. If you are a busy person do not buy into that program. You can go get an oil change in 10 minutes somewhere else.

Just left the Alfa Romeo Service Department. What a pleasure it is to deal with people who have pride in their jobs and are professionals. I dealt with Tyler and Bob in the service department. Great people.

I have dealt with the body shop up there also. They did a fantastic job.

if you are considering buying a vehicle, I would encourage anyone to come here. You deal with professionals who care. The pricing and service are absolutely fantastic

I bought my third car from them one week ago. After we were told that it passed service inspection. We were not informed that the heat on the truck was bypassed from the motor. So no heat or defrost? Horrible service trying to get a hold of someone to help... Go to Napelton! they are great! They even fill up the tank for you!

We bought our jeep here and get our oil changes there. They are friendly. When getting an oil change you need to know a few things. Certain vehicles can use their quick drive though service which is great but depending on the time you go it might not be so quick. Call head to find out their wait time or you can drop off the vehicle. Weekends are their busiest times. Try a week day. If you work during week they are open until 6.

I was given the run around while trying to return ...

I was given the run around while trying to return a leased Jeep Grand Cherokee which already had the lease end inspection performed.

I received a phone call the week of July 7th from someone affiliated with the Arrigo dealership inquiring about my intentions at lease end - buy, return, lease new vehicle, etc. I told them that I was planning on just returning the vehicle on Saturday 7/13. I then specifically asked if an appointment was needed. I was told "no, returning a lease is a very informal process and any sales person can help with that." So, I go down to the Arrigo Dealership at the turnpike and Okeechobee and ask the front desk to speak with someone about returning my lease. I was told I need to go to the body shop located onsite. I walked across the parking lot to the body shop, which was closed. I walk back to the dealer and tell them that the body shop was closed and am told "oh, then you won't be able to return the car today." Body shop hours are listed as closing at 12 pm on Saturdays.

I then ask to speak with a sales manager - this was around 2 pm on 7/13/2019. The first thing he says to me is "you won't be able to return the car today" and walks over and hands me a pamphlet with body shop hours. My inspection with Chrysler Capital's chosen 3rd party was already completed, I've paid my last payment... All the dealer had to do was a once around, check mileage, and give me a sheet of paper for proof that I returned the car - they were unwilling to do that because "the body shop wasn't open." They never even looked at my Jeep; its in excellent condition. I got the feeling they were too busy to accommodate a lease return as it wasn't making them any money.

I've confirmed with Chrysler Capital that I shouldn't have been turned away and that Arrigo shouldn't be performing a secondary inspection that a sales person isn't equipped to perform - I already had an in-depth 1 hour long inspection performed to satisfy the lease end requirement. This also firmed up my decision to lease a car from another brand as replacement. This wasted 2 hours out of my weekend and definitely put a bad taste in my mouth for the dealership and brand. I'll also be returning the Jeep to a different dealership as I don't want to deal with Arrigo ever again.

Arrigo, is this really your policy? You won't allow a customer to return a lease on the weekend and tell them they can take time off of work to come in on a week day?

Salesman lie when you ask them if they have the options you want. I asked if the truck had options and they said yes it has it all. The truck was not even on the lot it was on their other lot in Sawgrass. They made me sign papers and go through all the financing before they would even bring the truck from sawgrass to the WPB location. After waiting at the dealer for over six hours they finally brought the truck. I was looking over the truck at night and even then the sales man said everything should work all I have to do is call to get it activated. When I got home I could not activate the WiFi hotspot. I had to spend 3 hours on the phone to find out the radio was not even programmed and the dealer should have activated it. Then I had to make an appointment to get that service and still to this day I am still going back and forth with them to get this hooked up. Sad to say, still no WiFi. I was also told it had back up sensors and remote start, unfortunately it does not. The sales man said it had everything I was looking for. I brought it back to the dealership and they said sorry, our salesman probably didn t know what the options are. Well, if you are selling trucks don t you think they would know what options they have? Isn t that your job? All I got from the Sales Manager was sorry I can give you a free oil change. And the truck does not come with those options. In reality their dealership does not have those trucks with those options. I can go on and on with this dealership, all I know is that I will never buy another vehicle from them and I have told just about everyone I know that they can not be trusted. Do not buy from Arrigo!!!!!!!

We had made an appointment for a fix for a minor software recall on our Ram and then when we came in they couldn t find our appointment when we even confirmed on a confirmation call. So at first we were pissed since we live a bit out of the way- but then Craig Knapp stepped in and said hold on I apologize for the inconvenience and he somehow fit us in even though they were pretty busy. We were only there for about thirty minutes then they said all done! So even though there was a scheduling problem in the beginning he turned around the negative situation into a positive one.

I have been trying to get a hold of a finance manager for the past 4 days and have yet to get someone on a line or have my call returned. Be careful with what you are signing up for with this company, they added a bunch of third party service contracts that increased my loan amount that instantly put me underwater on my car along with selling me an over priced demo car along with some other bad business practices that are illegal in other states, such as P.A which is my primary address.

Wilson Rosa gets 5 stars hands down, he was knowledgeable fast efficient and brought his willingness to help in every way. Unfortunately I sat waiting for an hour for a vehicle because one of the other salesmen held the keys hostage because he was waiting on a potential customer to come pick up that same vehicle. So unprofessional! Then I wasted another hour of my life because the customer the other sales rep was holding the keys for had already left in the vehicle, while I'm sitting there with enough money over the past three months in my account I was told over and over it's not in the right account so therefore I wasn't approved. Huh, discrimination at its finest...

The service advisor Craig Knapp was very professional and polite and assured me they would take care of the problem. I dropped my car off in the morning and by 4pm he told me what they were going to do. He authorized a rental car as I had the same problem with my 2016 Jeep and brought it back to the dealer where I purchased the car and they were unable to fix it. They had it for less than 2 days and replaced the engine. I praise him and the mechanics for their work that was done in a timely manner. Stephany that works with the rental cars is very helpful energetic and friendly as all the other members of the staff were all polite and helpful. I have already recommended this dealership to my parents and friend. Thank you so much.

Well Arrigo Dodge made a costly mistake. I have a Chrysler pacifica with 30k miles. I have been patient, as they have tried to find the issue with the stalling and the wheel bearings, and my alarm that sets but does so leaving the doors unlocked. I have seen there is a industry wide issue with stalling Pacificas, and I am not going to wait til I am going to get T-Boned with my family of 4 in my minivan. Its a new model, so I know there can be kinks to work out and prior to this repair, I had nothing but positive things to say about Arrigo. They always placed me in a vehicle comparitive to my own. They also have been efficent in the past. This time however, they have not been. They also have placed us in a rental van that is mechanically not sound, feels like its gonna die any moment, and smells of B.O. I stop by to check on my 45k van, for its been a week and I have heard nothing in several days, to find they still havent heard from Chrysler, and they havent addressed alarm issue, nor the stalling issue. I also mentioned the issue with the rental van and said I would like my van back before I am stranded in a rental vehicle on the side of the road. I feel, at this point I have been more than patient and given them ample tries to repair a issue that has even been on the news. I also feel like I am being punished for bringing my van in for repair so many times, but they have yet to fix the problem. They actually created the alarm problem for I never had alarm/door locking issues prior to the first repair at 20k miles when brought in for the engine issues. Where they made the mistake is, We were considering just trading in for the 2018 Pacifica figuring they have had time to work out kinks in the 2017 models. Now we are looking into how to lemon a vehicle in the State of Fl. We also have 13 fleet vehicles and one is a Dodge Sprinter, and we were going to replace two of our fleet vehicles with Sprinters beginning of year. We were going to go thru Arrigo for up to this point overall, we were satisfied. We no longer are satisfied and can no longer speak positive of this place. We get a new car every 2 years, and normally our cars are only out of service for oil changes. This van however, at 20k miles started falling apart, and at a price tag of over 45k, we should not be without our vehicle as long or as many times for the same repair, especially a repair necessary instead they are placing my family at risk. Now Feb. 28th, 2018 I have been without my van for almost 3 weeks after it being in the shop for a week a week prior. We pulled out into oncoming traffic to make a u-turn to have the CV joint break off of the drive shaft. The car completly stopped in the middle of a u-turn. Leaving us dead center of a 3 lane road with people skiding all over trying to avoid us. All while Arrigo gave our car a overhauling a week prior saying nothing was wrong with it. This place is a joke.

I call to make a service oil change and tire rotation for Saturday morning a week ago and when I get there for my appointment they tell me they don't do oil change appointment so now I have to wait for 2 hours to get served. No one called me to let me know this.

Won't commit to buying a car tonight? = no test drive.

Were there for less than 10 minutes. Dad went to look at a Jeep. The salesman began repeatedly asking us if we were looking to buy one tonight. After checking out the models asked for a test drive. The salesman asked two more times, more forcefully, if we were going to buy a car tonight. If so, we can go over the options and test drive the one we'll take home or, if we're just looking, he can give us a brochure.

Obviously, this is not how you make a sale.

Be aware and check all information, make sure you call and they have it for you what you need, not what they want to sell it

I'm submitting this review on behalf of my Mother Olive Campbell-Murphy (and Carlton Murphy). I've served 24 years in the military, most of that time spent overseas. So I've always appreciated when people take care of my loved ones while I'm off defending the country. It's not often that you find people at a car dealership that work whole-heartedly beyond the sale of an automobile. However, Linda Chew (service advisor) at Arrigo West Palm on Okeechobee Blvd. is a superstar in the customer field. Since the first day my Mother met Linda, she has sung her praises to the high heavens. I've been dealing with dealership since 1995 and if I could clone Linda and facilitate her employment at all car dealerships their profit margin would increase exponentially. With her natural mastery of customer service, she could be the head of the service/concierge department. An inviting customer experience is paramount for recurring business. Which makes Linda Chew is a viable asset to the bottom line of the Arrigo West Palm dealership service department, and entire Arrigo Automotive Group as a whole. Not many people are aware of this, but when Soldiers are overseas in horrible environments, they are energized when they that their families are taken care of. Basically, when home is taken care of, we can focus more on the mission, which in turn helps to further America's freedom. So Linda Chew is a guardian angel without even knowing it.

Admittedly, I'm about three months late in writing...

Admittedly, I'm about three months late in writing this. However, in this particular instance, I'm quite sure that there are many car shoppers and "ready-to-buy" car buyers out there who would really appreciate what I have to say.

This is all about my positive and refreshingly pleasant experience working with a caring, honest, hard-working and genuinely nice guy - an overall "Great Salesman" - Steve Goldberg, at ARRIGO Dodge in West Palm Beach.

Prior to meeting-up with Steve, I had spent several months of back and forth flip-flopping over whether or not I should buy another Grand Cherokee - OR - take the plunge and go for my own personal FUN MACHINE by purchasing a new Challenger SRT 392 ... in Plum Crazy Purple!! Once I decided on the Challenger, I spent many hours researching competitive offers, both online and by visiting numerous South Florida Dodge Dealerships. With my various hand-written information sheets in-hand - ranging from TrueCar quotes, online and local dealer quotes, financing rates - along with the ever-important range of trade-in numbers on my '14 Jeep Grand Cherokee ... from Kelly Blue Book, Black Book, Edmunds and other sources, I was ready to place a special order for my new Plum Crazy Challenger SRT. Although I' had bought/leased through the Arrigo Sawgrass location in the past, this time I wanted to visit their West Palm location (mostly because they had a similarly equipped SRT that I could test drive).

I was introduced to my sales person, Steve Goldberg, and immediately, I knew he was different. Extremely pleasant, understanding and knowledgeable, Steve knew I was a serious buyer AND that I was thoroughly familiar the exact car I wanted ... equipment, package(s), color and most importantly, PRICE. After a very convincing test-drive, we went in and started on the paperwork. No hard selling of any kind, no feelings of nervousness ... Thanks to Steve and his kind demeanor, walking me through the entire process like an old friend, there were NO PROBLEMS whatsoever!

The estimated "Wait-Time" for my Challenger to be built and its ultimate arrival at Arrigo's lot, was 8 to 12 weeks. Excited as one could possibly be, I felt like my much younger self decades ago ... I called Steve every couple of weeks for updates on my cars' delivery. He was always more than accommodating with his time and understanding ... providing whatever new information he could. I've NEVER done business with anyone who showed as much interest and honestly cared about "MY Satisfaction" more than Steve Goldberg.

And so, here's my final message to ANYONE who's considering the purchase or lease of a Dodge, Chrysler, JEEP or RAM vehicle: (1) Do your homework and know your numbers, then (2) take yourself over to see Steve Goldberg at ARRIGO in West Palm Beach.

Doing those two things will ensure you of being treated with respect, honesty and personalized care like never before ... PLUS, the end result will have you smiling all the way home, knowing you just got the absolute BEST DEAL on the Arrigo Vehicle of your choosing!

The only thing good about this dealership is my truck that I am very happy with and my sales person Alan other then that as a dealership it is the worst car buying experience that I have had and will never go back. From the beginning of the deal was miscommunications lies and just people not knowing what they need and what is suppose to be done. I came in with an internet ad and they said they didn't have that truck at that payment available so they would accommodate me with with something else. Then a week after I leave the dealership I see the same type of truck I bought for 299 a month And I am paying more then that. Also you speak to different people and you get told different things seems like there is no communication in that place. After we bought the truck I had to go back twice and my issue is still not fixed.. I bought my truck at night so couldn't really inspect it when I did I noticed something in the paint brought it back they "detailed" my truck I picked it up and it was pouring so I could inspect in again once the rain stop I notice wax stains everywhere!! I will be taking money out of my own pocket to take care of it just like I have been doing to take my time my gas money and frustration to go to the dealership when things should have been right the first time. Just wanted to let People know when this truck is turned in in 3 years we will not be repeat customers which probably doesn't matter to them since they sell 100's of cars a month. I bought my car on 5/29 and still waiting for my survey so I can give horrible ratings. To make matters worse they called and hounded my wife for a document that we specifically asked the finance guy if he needed it and he said NO. We where also told that our first payment wouldn't be for 30 days and the finance guy wanted it right with our down payment but magically when we he sold us the maintenance package he was able to take it away. END OF STORY IS I GOT A GREAT TRUCK FROM HORRIBLE DRALERSHIP

Update April : I would like to thank Arrigo Dodge in West Palm Beach for helping me with my car.

Well after two weeks of trying to get ahold John Arrigo to do the right thing about my car and the transmission that went on it before I even made my very first payment. I have yet to hear from him. Prior to calling them and quoting them what was on the website before they took it down was quote prior to any used car being added to our current inventory it must first complete a rigorous inspection end of quote next quote is we strive to provide only the finest selections of vehicles that will deliver years of hassle-free driving and of quote this also was taken off your website. At first I was a very happy customer your finance department the person that was handling my car with Alex he did his best to get me financed and I was thoroughly happy with him. My car salesperson was Juan. The whole time we were going through the paperwork to buy this car both Alex and Juan assured me and my husband that the car was inspected thoroughly. Three days after buying the car we had to take it in to the service department because it check engine light came on come to find out it was the thermostat we didn't have it fixed at the service department because they wanted almost $400 for it. We could have got it done cheaper and we did but to come find out the thermostat was not even in the car so the car had no thermostat. Not only three weeks later the transmission goes in the car. This is so wrong because I don't get no answers no return phone calls no return emails I'm getting the runaround and this is very very poor customer service on your behalf.

Having an upside down loan in a 2011 Mercedes i felt i was doomed from the start. Lucky for me i was referred to Scott Rice and couldn t be anymore grateful. From start to finish he was more than informative and straight forward which i couldn t have appreciated anymore. Best salesman i have dealt with and will continue to deal with! He got me into a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! Happiest girl in the world. Joe Arrigo happened to be at the dealership today when we were getting the vehicle and he was sucha sweeatheart as well making sure my boyfriend and i were okay and happy! We bought a Dodge Ram Van brand new in 2016. We were given a spare key in an envelope. We never needed the key until now and when we retrieved the key from its original envelope given to us by the dealer, it was the wrong key and did not work. No problem we thought. They would fix their error and give us the correct key. Wrong! We were spoken to rudely and arrogantly and told we should have checked the spare key before we left and it would cost $260 to get a new key. Not what we expected but the treatment we received.

BUYER BEWARE: Most horrible experience ever. Bait and switch on the price after we settled on a deal. I saw a discrepancy that was not adding up. I asked the sales managers to confirm my total amount financed. I told them I don t want to run my credit until they confirm the math and deal are correct. Keep in mind the discrepancy was in my favor and I was still calling it out. They said multiple times the deal is good and it all adds up. I let them run my credit and we go to finalize the deal and they claim a mistake was made and wanted to charge me $3,700 more then we agreed after I signed a deal and they ran my credit. They WOULD NOT stand by their deal that they offered me. I did not haggle with their original offer. I settled on their first offer after days of going back and they still switched the price. I gave them the opportunity to make things right and they would not budge one bit. I will never do business with a company that won t stand by their offers, the deal they structured. If you have to question if the sales managers are being honest with you you might not want to buy there. Again, I asked them several times to check the discrepancy of over $3000 in my favor. Their words the deal is good, when are you coming down.

If they won t give you the numbers on paper so you can take with you and go over. DON'T TRUST THEM. They re hiding something.

Arrigo left the response below. I called the same day as they asked me to and I had to leave a message with Mr. Arrigo. 6 days later, STILL NO RESPONSE. So again, Another LIE and Sleazy tactic to make it look like they care and want to make it right. No attempt at all.

A couple of months ago had visual and audible alarms on my Wrangler in reference to hot oil. Take it in and after 3 days of no contact from the service rep I finally get notified my Wrangler is ready. Yesterday morning same thing again. Call and since my wife is out of town in need transportation. Woman on phone says they will rent me a car???? The vehicle has a couple of thousand miles on it and the same issue within 300 miles and I have to pay since my wife has our other vehicle. She tries contacting supervisor but can t get one so she tells me she will have George?? call me before the end of the day. It s now over 24 hours and haven t heard a thing. Last summer we got two vehicles in one week from this dealership. If this is the way they take care of customers I m going back to Ford.
