I had to bring my 2018 Jeep in for service August...

I had to bring my 2018 Jeep in for service August 2nd 2018. I came in without an appointment due to an emergency light service shifter coming on while I was driving. When I pulled up I was greeted and Bernard was the service tech I had the pleasure of working with. I had an issue with being able to rent a car through the dealership. I became upset with myself and Bernard calmed me down. Bernard immediately told me he would help me and made me feel better. He called Enterprise and he said they would be there to get me in 10 minutes. They picked me up and I was able to rent a car from them. Bernard assured me that they would try to have my Jeep fixed in 2 days. Well to my surprise he called me today August 3rd at 4:00pm and told me my car was ready. I didn t even have to return my car to Enterprise. He took car of that too. When I walked into his bay he again asked me if I was ok and took great care of me. Even took my Jeep thru the car wash. I cannot thank him and Arrigo enough for making my service experience GREAT!! IF I COULD GIVE BERNARD 10 STARS I WOULD. Thank you Arrigo and most of all Bernard.
