For the past 4 years High Tech High has only been an aid for me and my colleagues in our mission for success.

Because of my hard work and my great school, higher education will be fantastic for anyone who gets involved. This school has a 99% college acceptance rate, so if you want to argue that its a bad school you are fighting against a hard slope.

About High Tech High

High Tech High: Connecting the Classroom to the World

High Tech High is a network of public charter schools that are dedicated to providing students with an education that is both rigorous and relevant. The schools are located in San Diego, California, and serve students from kindergarten through twelfth grade.

At High Tech High, the focus is on connecting the classroom to the world beyond it. Students engage in authentic work that matters not only to them but also to their communities and the world at large. This approach helps students develop critical thinking skills, creativity, and a sense of purpose.

The curriculum at High Tech High is designed around projects that allow students to explore real-world problems and challenges. For example, high school students might work on a project related to sustainable energy or social justice issues. Elementary school students might create a community garden or design their own board games.

One of the unique features of High Tech High is its emphasis on interdisciplinary learning. Students don't just study math or science or English; they learn how these subjects are interconnected and how they can be applied in real-world situations.

Another key aspect of the High Tech High experience is its commitment to diversity and inclusion. The schools serve a diverse student population, including many low-income families and English language learners. Teachers work hard to create an inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.

High Tech High has received numerous accolades for its innovative approach to education. It has been featured in documentaries such as "Most Likely To Succeed" and "Beyond Measure," as well as in publications like The New York Times, EdSurge, and Education Week.

If you're looking for a school that will challenge your child academically while also helping them develop important life skills like collaboration, communication, creativity, critical thinking, empathy, and problem-solving then consider enrolling them at one of our campuses today!
