After the best new vehicle buying experience I've ever had..there's been quite a few..l made the mistake of using their service center. Since 1993..my truck is now the 6th and LAST new dodge vehicle l will ever own.
I'll be trading to Chevy come the new year..
Yes..the service center is that bad.
When l voiced a complaint..with nothing to gain..l was very politely called a liar.
"Well sir, that's simply not true" with the evidence staring right at him.
