Amazing service! If you decide to buy a car ask for Adrian! He is an amazing sell man. Very polite makes sure your suited in the right car and helps you find the car you want if you don t have the best credit! I just got a Jeep Cherokee and I m very happy with it! Don t just ask for Anybody ask for Adrian. He works everyday of the week except for Tuesday!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM....I would NOT buy a car from them again. They will lie, and lie, and lie, and lie to you.
I bought a truck from them and now I regret it because they lied about the truck. In fact I have filed complaints to the DA, and BBB.
If you decide to buy a car from them make sure you record everything and trust me they will refuse to sell you the car. Because they know they are lying and can't be recorded.

Service was horrible. Dropped off my jeep, never heard back from our service mechanic until we called a dozen times and finally got through the evening of next day!! Picked up my jeep 2 days later and nothing was done! I doubt they even did the oil change. Never taking it back there again!! Day after i picked it up from dealer, jeep broke down and needed a new alternator. The break down could have been avoided if dealer would have done their job during the two days my jeep just sat there.

I made a service appointment with Frank. The staff helped get me parked and even though I was a tad early they got me right in with virtually no wait. The staff was friendly, quick and efficient. Since I just got back from a long trip and my truck was covered in bugs I made a special request for them to run it through the car wash, and without hestitation they agreed with a smile. My experience was top notch and I look forward to future visits.

This place is real deal. We went in looking for a used town and country but we met a very honest and good hearted sales guy. His name is Shawn. Please look for him. He is this small iranian guy but have a BIG heart. You wont miss him there he is the only guy to deal with. He is not your typical car sales man. HE gave us a tour like no other. He was patient and very understanding of our needs. The sales process was not just technical but personal. I highly recommend this dealership but most specially my sales agent Shawn.

Just dealt with Bernard as my service advisor for a recall on my Durango. He seemed to me the man around town. Everyone coming to him for questions and techs coming in an out to tell him cars are ready all while dealing with a ton of customers checking in. He went above and beyond what I expected walking into a busy service station on a Saturday. He was prompt with the paperwork and got me a rental car. He even had extensive knowledge on car parts when I had questions. If I can deal with him all the time I will totally do all my maintenance here. Would highly recommend Bernard Jean to anyone doing any service at this dealership.

I first tried to get an appointment but was turned away because they were having a Christmas party. I arrived the next day at my 2:30 PM appointment and they didn't finish my vehicle that day because the tech's shift ended even though the service department was open until 11pm. They did not offer a rental vehicle or any accommodations. Their assessment that was causing the problem was exactly what they had supposedly fixed with a recall a few years back but wanted to charge me over $600 to fix it again. Their response about the recall was to contact Chrysler. This was my third but now last Dodge.

UPDATE since original review:

I have been in contact via phone on a couple of occasions with the service manager, Bill Digiacomo. He is professional and very timely with his response to my radio concerns.

On 8/17/18, I met with service manager Bill to help resolve the radio issue. The radio issue is sporadic but did display static during the technician testing. Bill and his staff were very attentive and checked the wiring of the radio and conducted a radio update.

Although it s only been one weekend since the update, I am hopeful it has been corrected. So far, so good. If not, I m confident Arrigo will resolve the issue completely or replace the radio, if necessary. As I stated before, this vehicle is new and was only purchased several months ago. Thank you for your help with this aggravating issue!

Original Review:

Terrible service, so far. I will update. Radio problems persist with our brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We advised the service advisor Calvin of the issue were having with it in July 2018. It is working intermittently, and said please check it or run a diagnostic.. perhaps it s the wiring.

The service advisor kept the vehicle all day and did not bother to have any review done on the system. His response was the technician said it is working.

We explained that the problem doesn t always occur but perhaps he could check wiring. They did not bother and he provided no additional help.

He told us to contact the service manager, if we d like..There is nothing more that he can do for us, until the radio breaks.

I left the service manager, Bill Djocomo (spelling?) a message. I will update my review when I hear back from management.

As of now, we have a non functioning radio in a brand new vehicle that we just purchased!

A month in the shop with what was expected as a one week turn around. November 14th drop off. Was told on December 8th it would ready on the 9th. 9th I was told the 12th. 12th I was told 10am the 13th. Have they ever called me? Yes after 3 weeks on December 8th. That was the only call I got and well my car wasn't ready the 9th now was it?

2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation....I was told 1-1.5 hours....not how I wanted to spend my Friday night. I was sitting staring at them in my car for 5 minutes (trying to respect social distance) before anyone even came up to my car and ask what I service I needed. Then I proceeded to wait around for 2.5 hours before my car was ready. Last time it was 3 hours, but it seemed like a busy day. There s only me and two other people here.... no acknowledgement of how long it took or that I was waiting almost double what they told me.

This is my last free service that came with my car when I purchased it, and I was even thinking about buying another package from them to keep servicing here, but there s no way I m waiting around this long for something that should take 45 mins, hour max. Extremely disappointed.

I came into Arrigo west palm due to favorable prices on a few specific new and used vehicles that I saw online. After sitting down with a salesman and the manager I was told that they could not honor any of the prices on nearly 1 dozen new and used vehicles I showed the manager from their website. The manager stated that for the new vehicles prices to be achievable I would need to qualify for every single possible incentive and rebate that dodge offers, which is impossible to obtain all of them. After negotiating for 1 hour, every new vehicle was offered to me a minimum of $4k more than the online ad. I then proceeded to discuss the used vehicles on their website considering there isnt rebates or incentives for any used vehicle. Yet they stated all of their used vehicles I had mentioned were incorrectly priced online due to a "technical error". I was offered each used vehicle roughly $4k more than the advertised online price as well. The manager related to me that as far as the online prices go, it's a tactic they use to be competitive and draw people into the dealership. In reference to other dealerships he stated "everyone is doing it, so we have to as well".

There where a few issues with the vehicle and Jim and John Arrigo went above and beyond to make sure we where happy in the end.
With both of them personally reaching out to me throughout the process.

First time buying a car its a frustrating day!!! That s what everyone said. In my particular opinion, it was a great day. We arrived at Arrigo Dodge looking for WILSON ROSA around 10am and at 12:30 we were at home with our new/beautiful car. Wilson Rosa is a sale consultant who works really hard to help his customers to obtain the dream car. More than we expected. We felt like we were at home. I have had very poor help over at Arrigo dodge they didn't my motor and then when I got my car back I noticed a leak it was from my coolent I took it right back the next they wouldn't fix it so I had to go somewhere else and my car has been shaking alot after and before my motor and was told by someone else my motor mounts may be bad I have left multiple messages to get a price to check them and no one will call back I even left a message for Mr.Arrigo and still no call back I dont recommend this company!!!!!!!!!

Can t ask for a smoother experience with Arrigo. Been working with them while I m in NJ, the communication has been quick and easy. They have made the process of buying a car just so easy. So far I had a good experiences with the dealership but at this moment it is pretty frustrating. Our Dodge Dart made a weird noise when starting and was losing cooling fluid. Car is still under warranty. We brought the car in last Monday. Service advisor promised me to call me back - never happened. I always had to call to find out what was going on and usually ended in a voice mail. They returned my phone call once telling me the car needed a new cylinder head and it should be done by Wednesday or Thursday. I called every day since then and I either got the voicemail or the name of a different service advisor. After complaining to the Operator (Maria), who was always super friendly and helpful, I heard back from Shawn, who was also very nice but could not tell me, what's going on. The file only said the car is losing cooling fluid. Looks like nobody worked on the car for all those days. I understand that things sometimes take longer than expected but I would at least expect an update. Let's see what happens next week.

I bought my Cherokee in June of this year. I have...

I bought my Cherokee in June of this year. I have already had to return to the dealership twice to repairs problems that existed before I bought the car. The more recent repair dealt with the fact that my car just turned off as I was driving on the Turnpike. Luckily I was already in an exit lane and going 20 mph because the wheel also locked up when this happened.

I brought the vehicle in as soon as I possibly could and was told three days later that the problem was fixed by a software update. I asked when the update came out and was told that it was issued by Jeep in February (about 4 months before I bought the car). When I went to pick up my vehicle I asked multiple managers why the update wasn't already installed on my vehicle when I purchased it and was told that it was such a rare defect that it wouldn't be efficient to install the update on every Cherokee. Instead, the procedure (as I was told by the managers) is that a driver has to actually have the car shutdown while it is being operated before the update is installed. The fact that this is a known defect in the 2019 Cherokees and Arrigo/Jeep is making the business decision to only take remedial steps until someone experiences the defect is unbelievable.

When I asked one of the Sales Managers his thoughts on the fact that I was sold a vehicle with a known defect I was told "Well that's a service issue, we just sell the cars" and that since there was not a full factory recall on the vehicle that there was absolutely nothing he could do for me for having to have the car serviced twice before it even reached 1000 miles.

I will never purchase another vehicle from Arrigo.

My customer service agent Calvin was more than helpful in having my 2018 Jeep taken care of. He showed professionalism, respect, and over all knowledge of the subject matter in regards to my issues and knew exactly what he was doing. He wasted no time to have my car serviced and was a determinant factor which will lead me to WANT to go back and get my car serviced. Calvin is someone I would recommend to anyone who decides to use Arrigos services in Palm Beach.

I have been a customer of Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep West Palm Beach for over 10 years and I must say when it comes to real customer service and a fabulous sales team they are second to none. I took my family member Kelvin W., on Saturday to buy a new 2017 Dodge Charger and it was a smooth process from my personal Sales Representative Rufus Boynton to Dave in Finance. Also every employee would ignore me and were texting on the job. Seriously stay away unless you want to have the worst car service ever made.

We came walk in the young lady that sat at the desk look but did not speak which was the first thing that was wrong. We look around the showroom and not one sale person even asked did we needed any help, my daughter walk outside where 2 sales associates was having a smoke she asked for help and was told to go back to the lady at the desk. We were

I went into this dealership to get an oil and filter change. They proceeded to change my fuel filter and water separator without my consent adding an additional $400 to my bill. I was told to take the vehicle at 6:30 PM. When I arrive to pick up the vehicle everyone in service had gone home for the night leaving me no option but to pay the entire bill. I spoke to the service manager the next day and all he said was sorry. I have heard this dealership does business practice like that now I will not be returning again.

Had major repairs done here over the weekend. Spent well over $1000. They can't even be bothered to return my car clean. I've been to chain oil change places that will at least vacuum out your vehicle while spending far less money. The service adviser also struggled to keep me up to date about the progress of repairs. Take care of your customers with these little things and you'll get improved reviews and recommendations.

There's a reason Arrigo looks like circus tents... It is full of clowns. Safety is NOT a priority for them on a used vehicle. Was looking at a used car and asked for them to provide a copy of the safety inspection and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. All 4 tires are bald and I asked them to replace the tires and make it right, was given the run a round about how they are a new car dealership and they argued with me about the tread depths, even tho I proved to them the tires were no good. In the end I made the purchase and have advised several people to avoid this place and will continue to do so. My salesman was great and i would recommend him 10 times over if he worked somewhere else, however his manager that he had me speak with had a terrible attitude, was rude, comes off as shady, not trust worthy and was extremely unhelpful. Never did see the safety inspection... Despite what the commercials say, you DON'T gotta go arrigo.

I can not say enough good things about arrigo dodge and Bill the service manager. He worked magic to make my experience fantastic. I am the most picky individual when it comes to an alignment and he worked with me through the whole process. He takes the time to explain everything to you as well as going the extra mile to ensure the customer is well taken care of. Arrigo dodge is lucky to have someone as awesome as Bill. He really makes sure the service department is amazing.

I Bought my car here in 2015 service was great the first year since then it seems like every visit i make to their service department it gets worse. They had since Late night 7-8pm next day did not call to inform me my car was ready called left a message never returned my call called again and all they had to say is they sent a text which was not true. They do not care if your happy or not. picked up my car they had it parked in the lot just handed my keys and did not even tell me how the multi check service went as they use to just a lot has changed since i first bought the car. We we're welcomed from the time we walked in, and met with Chris Etter, we knew we wanted a small SUV but unsure of which model. He showed us some different available models and we ultimately decided on a new Jeep Compass. From the beginning he asked what we were looking for as far as payments. Chris along with Ms Church in finance ended up getting us what we originally had asked for. I had the mindset that this was gonna be a stressful experience. I was completely wrong, the whole process took about 3hrs and I loved the no hassle experience they both provided my wife and I. If you're in the market for a vehicle I would recommend you check out Arrigo Dodge and go see Chris Etter.

I was very pleased with the service team at Arrigo. My Service Advisor was Calvin MacCrary and in my view, he is the "gold standard" for excellence in his line of work. He was professional, thorough, and kept me informed throughout a difficult and complex repair that took over a week to complete. The work was superb and he provided expert advice through the whole process. He even took a phone call from me on his day off to answer a question that came up. If Arrigo has an internal award for Service Advisor of the Year, I would most definitely nominate him for the award.

Thank you Adrian Martinez our Sales Associate and Gerry Montana Sales Manager for making our leasing experience pleasurable. Last week we leased two Jeep Cherokees and it was truly a seamless process. We agreed on a fair price and Adrian consistently went above and beyond with his customer service. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Upon picking up the vehicles Mr. Arrigo himself personally thanked both my wife and I for working with their dealership. He even went on to say if we ever need anything don t hesitate to call him directly. It all started with Adrian as the gateway to our very positive experience. We plan on servicing our vehicles at Arrigo as well.

I'm a first time American car owner of a charger, coming from driving Lexus is250 f and still a proud owner of 2014 BMW's 545i. My experience at this particular dealer was not a great one to start. I've notice on few occasions of service employees directly brushing you off when questions are needing answers, zero curiosity given... Not so much in the way I'd like to word it but I'm sure that brief description will suffice. When calling in to acquire information that the service dept. has not followed up on its hard to get a direct answer when trying to get things squared away. The only exception on the one individual that actually tried to go above an beyond after explaining frustrations experience at this dealer is a Mr. Alfano. He actually took the time to answer my questions and care about the service being requested. It's because of this person id even attempt even coming back. The rest of there team needs to start understanding the bigger picture, no one will purchase an "American" product if the service is plain crappy no matter what line up you have. I'd suggest looking into back up dealer just encase you don't feel that you quality that your being provided is even close to what your paying out of pocket period.

Worst service managers in the world. Incredibly ignorant. Ask to get my trucks high idle feature done. An easy 5 min job. These guy couldn t figure it out. Say it s not a feature on my truck. Yet it is in the owners manual, all over the internet and 5 of my buddies with the same exact truck have it. It s an easy online search. I show him and tell him and he continues to talk to me like I must be the most ignorant man to ever come in their dealership! Took my truck to Wallace Jeep and Dodge in Stuart. They have me out of there in 5 minutes with my high idle feature. Save your self the heart ache. Go to any other dealership

Tony is a superb service consultant.

His team got me in at my appointment time and completed all service requested. Though it was an all day wait I would recommend Tony and his team at Arrigo to friends, family and followers.

Arrigo has a great service lounge, coffee, fruit, danishes in the morning and free WiFi.

The service center had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Yesterday I had an appointment at 10am to get my truck inspected after a recent recall. The service advisor told me I would have to leave my truck for SIX HOURS because they were so busy. However, I had to be at work in 3 hours. After explaining this to be advisor he just looked at me. Did not offer me a rental car, did not offer to reschedule the appointment and did not offer for the shuttle to take me home. After seconds of awkward staring... I asked if he could reschedule my appointment for tomorrow (today). Today I went back at 8am and met with the same advisor. He took my information and truck. Before sending me back to the customer lounge, he said it wouldn't take long at all and he'd be in to update me soon. I waited in the lounge for 3 hours before losing my patience waiting for someone to come in to simply update me. When I went to the desk to ask how much longer, he said they have my paperwork and I can get my truck back. Why wasn't I updated as soon as my truck was finished? It is ridiculous that I waited this long in their lounge without being offered for the shuttle to take me home. I'm glad they think people have 3 hours to waste in the middle of the day. This is not the first time I have had customer service issues with this service center. If it wasn't for the recall, I would not have revisited this service center. I even turned down discounted oil changes bring offered in the past at this location just to avoid their crappy service.

There is not much more I can say than WOW!!!! Dean made this car buying experience a fun one. He was so enthusiastic and happy. You can tell that he loves his job. This was my first-time shopping for a car by myself and I was a nervous wreck! Dean went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything each step of the way. I felt like I was treated incredibly well and my needs were prioritized rather than feeling like part of someone s paycheck. Anyone that is looking for a vehicle should definitely give him a call. I am very happy with my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and the next time I am in the market for a vehicle, Dean will be getting a call from me!! Thank you, Dean!

Rude, terrible customer service, I will never go ...

Rude, terrible customer service, I will never go back again, and my family has 5 Dodges. --------- Arrigo is nothing but liars with there response to my review. I was called once by Mr. Arrigo and he was very irate and demanding i take down my review. 1. They let an employee cut the entire service line, after i waited over a half hour on line for service for my Ram pick up. When i questioned why they are taking that car in ahead of me , they said " he works here" That does not give him the right to cut a line. His car was still written up before mine. 2. I brought my Jeep in for a recall. When they returned my Jeep to me there was pieces and screws missing from my dash board. It had to go back in to be completed correctly. 3. They also damaged my new Ram pick up when it was in a different time . They did repair the damage, but who needs unnecessary paint work done on a newer vehicle. Total incompetence,. My daughter bought a brandnew Dodge Journey and brought it in for a radio issue several times. They claimed they fixed it ,but the problem still exists.Not only are they incompetent , they are also very Rude. They dont know how to deal with these issues, and they get very defensive. I have more issues with this Rude buisness, but i think you should get the point. I gave them more than enough chances to prove themselves, and they showed me there true colors. You will regret it, if going to them for anything.

Hands down, Russ is the best car salesperson I have ever met. As a woman, buying a car can be a daunting experience; however, Russ made the entire experience totally stress free. He is the consummate professional; making me feel completely at ease. I trusted him from the moment I met him; and have no doubt that my son is now driving a safe, reliable vehicle. Can't say enough about Russ.Thank you so much!!

Had a great experience with our salesman Kurt. He was knowledgeable about cars, and gave us his honest opinion. He was attentive to us and I appreciate his help. If it wasn't for him I would'nt have purchased a new car in a different style than I came in looking for.
