I was in the market for a new jeep grand Cherokee in 2012 to replace my high milage 2001 jeep grand Cherokee. Best sales experience with Scott, in and out. Since then, I have been solid on my maintenance plan and any service anomolies that come from having a car with all the bells and whistles. This means finding a decent service reps.
