Horrible sales experience. Buying a vehicle is a decision that should not be taken lightly. The fact that we came into your business to get a rough idea of what the numbers were looking like and getting an appraisal on our current vehicle. The sale person Jean stated that she can not have an appraiser do an appraisal on a whim, which were her exact words. Just because she was not going to get a sale today by all means does not mean we wouldn t have come back in a couple of days after talking about our opinions. Just all around poor business and I would never use or recommend any of your business to anyone.
