Just wanted to say how happy I was in regards to the oil change that Arrigo Dodge did on my 2015 SRT Charger. Being a car guy I ve always done my own oil changes and minor maintenance. Since moving to Florida I had to find a dealer to trust my car with. No one else ever touches my cars. So I was very nervous, lol but pleasantly surprised when my car was returned without so much as a greasy fingerprint! No oil drips in my garage either. Thank you for overcoming my anxieties Arrigo, lol. I will be using your dealership again in the future!!

Never had any issue with Arrigo until these last t...

Never had any issue with Arrigo until these last two years. My wife usually takes care of the issues we ve had, I.E. oil changes, recalls, etc. This last encounter was with the Parts Department, Carlos is the one who she spoke with and absolutely rude and condescending to her. She had our two children with her and they are always not so helpful. My wife has had to walk from parking lot to the front where the rentals are with car seats for our kids. And plenty of people have walked by without asking if she needed help. I will certainly take my business elsewhere. Stay clear from Arrigo. They are lucky they even got one star.

BEST JEEP DEALERSHIP

Two weeks ago, I sent my close friend and coworker to buy a Dodge from Jamie. Now I sent my boss to buy his son a Jeep Wrangler. We had negotiated the price over the phone and my boss thought he could get a better deal through Truecar (a car buyer's referral service). Jamie's price and professionalism won out and my boss made the drive to West Palm Beach from South Miami. When he and his wife arrived at Arrigo on a Saturday afternoon, the Wrangler was already detailed and waiting for them. Jamie had the business manager ready to complete the paperwork and they were back on the road after less than two hours with their new Wrangler.
We will continue to send Jamie customers and appreciate the extremely high quality of customer service at Arrigo.

This is an absolute CLUSTER of a dealership - the worst I've ever been to! There is absolutely no organization, no direction, the service drive is complete chaos, and the employees either don't know how to do their jobs or they are completely incompetent - and management doesn't give a darn or is too ignorant to notice. Complaints are never addressed, suggestions aren't welcome, and there is a complete lack of concern for customers. I'd highly recommend visiting another dealer - even for the simplest of services, such as an oil change! The ONLY thing this place has going for it is a stoplight on Okeechobee to help you get out of there!

Service appointment for recall on my Ram 1500. Had a 7:30AM appointment and they took the vehicle in right away. Pat, the service advisor told me that there actually 2 recalls on the vehicle. They took care of both and it only took an hour and a half although I was expecting 3 hours. Very efficient and friendly staff. If i need any further service, I will certainly go there.

Today is friday August 14th 2015 so everyone can see how recent there there crappy service is. Everyone that left comments on here about how poor the service was is right. I needed to bring my car in for a total diagnosis and have been calling since 830 when they opened to see of I can bring my car tomorrow. I spoke to a girl named Sarah who kept me on hold most of the time to tell me that I'm suppose to talk to Bill but he can't talk to me and will call me when he finishes with a customer. YEA well it's 430 and I still haven't gotten a call back. Then I call again and speak to another girl named Shelby who claims that she's trying to get Bill but gave her a message that he's booked up and can't help me. I ask to speak to a supervisor and says there are no supervisorsurprises to speak to me either. Ended up speaking to a supervisor named Robert who was a real winner. He was not helpful at all and tried to say put my car down and said they have no availabilities because I have an older model car, WOW!!! .HOW do these people stay in business with the way they cheat and lie to people. U guys don't even deserve one star you deserve a "BIG FAT ZERO" and to be reported to the better business Bureau. Hmmm, maybe I will.

I never leave negative reviews, that is not who I am but here it goes. WHAT A JOKE!!! Empty promises and not willing to work with us. All we heard was "We are a volume dealer and we do not lose a customer to the competition". The offer I received for my trade in was lower then what CarMax offered and thousands below KBB trade in value. I guess they don't realize that consumers can also do their own research. Their unwillingness to work with us surprised me, especially when they had 20+ salesman talking among each other and only 2 to 3 people buying. Worse buying experience of my life. No, I do not recommend it. Scammers.

By the way, I took the time to drive to Lakeland Jeep for 3 hours. Once I got there, I picked the same exact vehicle from Arrigo, I told them what I wanted for my trade and the price I wanted to pay for the new Jeep, it literally took them 5 minutes to agree and I bought the vehicle for $3,700 less!!! Do your research before you buy with Arrigo, they take advantage of you and are still stuck in 1990 sales techniques...

I purchased a Chrysler 300 and have had nothing but problems. Several recalls, engine won t start after a few days, no help from Calvin in the service department.

This time, his car wouldn t start after not driving it for a few days. An issue that happens every time he doesn t drive it for a few days. His car has a recall for a new alternator and they refuse to do the recall. They said they need to replicate the problem and couldn t. They refused to tow our car, which would have replicated the issue upon arrival. We ve tried to get this alternator now for 3 years.

as we are waiting to pick up his car, several people were very upset with the service. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY!

The staff is rude, unwilling to help and overall just awful to the customer (the person paying their bills)

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised that the salesman was so knowledgeable and did not pressure us. The bottom line price truly was the bottom line price there was no hagling. Everyone that we had the pleasure of dealing with was very professional and courtious. After we purchased the vehicle Jose Reyes spent time helping us set up the navigation and explaining how to use everything. Most salesman would have rushed us out after the sale was final. It was very much appreciated.

I will highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

If I can give them a 0 i will bad dealer first of all when you get there they make you wait about one hour because every one is there phone ,second the dealer is a dodge dealer and it dosent have a variety of trucks my personal experience is they put a person that tells you that he dosnt want to lose their time because he has a lot of costumer but the dealer is empty i told him that i like the car and j want it and he doesn t want to do the deal because im not giving down payment,he brings the manager and the manager tells me that he has to run my credit to tell me how much is my interest and im coming with a check from my own bank the problem with this dealer is that no one wants to work hopefully always someone come with no experience to be able to pay for the truck because a well know people wont do advise be more friendly and don t underestimate people i got no problem paying my truck as i have a 2016 dodge i jist wanted to upgrade and I have a preaproval from my bank for 60,000 all i wanted to do was a good deal but dodge is not dodge any more

This dealership had my truck for 2 1/2 weeks did not repair the airbag in that time they had it also damaged my hood and did not fix the hood. When I brought the truck in with a scheduled appointment I waited 6 hours to find out they did not have the complete part so I had to give a 150$ deposit to rent a car then my wife had to cancel her job for the day because it took to long to pick up my truck. I'm tired of being ripped off by dealerships the one in Broward said and charged me for changing my oil when they did not replace the filter an 3 oil changes but charged me for the filter

I rarely like going into dealerships, cause I always feel like the sale people are always pushy and up selling me to death with no consideration to what I actually need. BUT , I had a great time at Arrigo. I worked with a young lady named Danielle Woolverton. She was so calm and well informed. I felt like she listened to my needs and made recommendations that felt tailored to me. It made me feel really comfortable about the entire process. Although I was not quite ready to get into a new car, when I am I will definitely go back an ask for her.

Arigo quoted me 2 grand to replace a couple fuel pumps. Wasn't buying what they were selling. I went down the road to the other jeep dealership who fixed my stuck gas gage and put 5 gallons in it for 180 dollars. My recommendation is to not go to Arigo.

The longest wait I have ever endured in almost 2 years! I went to arrigo dodge on January 11, 2019 for a tire! I was told my tire size wasn t in and they had to order it and it will be in Monday after 1 pm! I didn t go back on Monday I waited until Tuesday and got there around 2:20 pm. After I got there I was told my tire was never ordered and they was having it come from another dealership and it wasn t going to be there until after 5 pm! I waited, my tire came and they put it on. After observing my tires I seen that they repaired the WRONG tire so therefore I had to wait about another hour for them to correct their mistake! I was tired and had a 45 minute drive back home

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because there is no negative stars. Every time I have used their service dept I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I would go as far as to say this is a criminal enterprise. I had a courtesy inspection with a service and was told I needed new brakes. This was two weeks after I had a brake job. Went in twice for express service (oil change, tire rotation) First time 3 1/2 hours, second time 2 1/2 hours and both times I was one of the first in line when the doors opened in the morning. Both times the truck was brought out covered with shell rock slop from driving thru the shell pit they use for parking. I was told they would wash it but after spending the better part of half a day there for "express service" I did not want to add another hour to my wasted time. Had a recall on the truck for a trans module and was told it would take approx. 4 hours to replace. Made an appointment for the repair. Dropped it off at the appointment time and was given a rental voucher. I noticed the rental was for 2 days and I stated the work was to be done that day or I would have to reschedule. Before I left the service adviser, I demanded that if they choose to go mudding with my truck wash it. I picked up the rental and left. Got a call 1 1/2 hours later telling me they didn't know when they could do the repair due to lack of lift availability and it may be 3 or 4 days. Before I hung up the phone I reiterated to make sure my truck was clean of shell slop and I was coming to pick it up. My adviser (Bernard) assured me he would make sure it was. Well it wasn't, both front doors were covered with it. I went off on him and he couldn't understand why I was raising my voice. Needless to say I lost half a day for service I never received.

My girlfriend brought her car in for a battery change and the process to get that done was a nightmare. We also asked for a tire rotation which they completed. Unfortunately, after less than two weeks the front tire on the car actually fell off while driving due to the negligence of the service department as they did not tighten down the lug nuts on ANY of the four tires. I know this because the tow truck driver checked all four tires to prove they were not tightened. She could have DIED due this gross error. To make matters worse we were given a rental vehicle which I left my wallet in. Of course after we returned the vehicle I realized this and in less than two hours my wallet was nowhere to be found. Word of advice, DON'T USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY SERVICE NEEDS!!

Ralph took me as a walk in and advised me that I may not get my car back because they were busy. However all my concerns were addressed and glad he provided me great customer service. I never write reviews but someone needs to hear about this !

I would like to take a moment to say something regarding some of the less than stellar reviews...A lot of people forget that we salespeople are human beings and are not infallible. I don't want to try to make an excuse for less than perfect service, however, we are susceptible like anyone else to making mistakes, and having a bad day. Or, sometimes we just don't gel well with someone. If you find yourself having a difficult time, before you get upset, stop the motions and ask for another salesperson. We would ALL rather turn a customer over to someone else so that you can have an enjoyable buying experience. At Arrigo, our goal isn't just to sell you a car but to sell you all of your cars. And for you to have such a great time, you'll tell everyone that admires you're new (or pre-owned) car where you got it with as much excitement as you have over the car itself.

I have used the Arrigo Service Center for decades for my vehicle's needs. The experiences have always been positive. Linda Chew, my preferred Service Agent, has been there since the beginning. I feel she, the service center and, indeed, Arrigo as a whole, generally care for me as a valued customer. What I look for in a service center is: knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and honesty. Arrigo is all that. Are they perfect? No, I don't feel they are. For instance, they charge, pretty much, top dollar for their work. I think they should advertise their prices and how they Arrive at those prices. Additionally, other dealerships (not all) offer a loaner car while yours is in the shop. While I have been offered a rental car, I've not been offered a free loaner. Arrigo stands behind their work and does everything they reasonably can to keep me happy and driving a safe vehicle.

I'd strongly recommend Arrigo, Kyle and Nelson to any serious car buyer. Their Finance Consultant- Michelle was knowledgeable, forthright and amiable. She too arranged the payment schedule to meet my terms.

Kamran is great, which is only reason they get one star at this point! But don't leave the dealership without everything they owe you because you will never get it!! They owe me a key and after waiting a month for it I call inquiring about it.. The response I get is go get one cut and we will reimburse you.. I have since moved out of state and do not have a jeep dealer anywhere close to me.. What new car only comes with one key?!? Lesson learned DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT GETTING EVERYTHING THEY OWE YOU!! Luckily I do have paperwork saying they owe me a key so I guess my next step is better business bureau. Although I shouldnt have to go through all this to get what I was promised!

Love Jeep and Dodge and the sales people are super nice ofcourse they want the sale but when it comes to the service department .... well let's say that I have never had a pleasant experience every time I come in it's like I am a disturbance to their day, how dare I have an issue or need a oil change .... the service manager Bill super nice and wants to help but he should pass that down to his staff .... why do I have to wait for long periods of time which out acknowledgment? I BOUGHT MY JEEP A YEAR AND A HALF AGO AND SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD TO GO TO THE DEALERSHIP MANY TIMES FOR RECALLS .THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS TIME THAT I USE MY WARRANTY RIGHTS TO CHECK SOME NOISE ON THE ENGINE AND AN OIL CHANGE..I DROP THE CAR 10:00 AM IN THE MORNING AND.... AFTER A DAY I FOUND OUT THAT AT I:30 PM NEXT DAY .THEY HAVENT EVEN TAKEN A LOOK TO MY JEEP.I WENT THERE TO ASK AND IT SEEMED THAT IT WAS ALL MY FAULT .I SHOULD KNOW THAT THE APPOINMENT MEANT TO DROP THE CAR AND THEY WILL CALL ME WHEN I SHOULD PICK IT UP.IT DOES NOT MATTER IF IT IS TWO OR THREE DAYS .THEY DONT REALLY CARE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF YOUR CAR.THEY ALREADY COLLECTED THE MONEY WHEN YOU BOUGHT IT.I AM REALLY DISSAPOINTED.

I don t have a negative word to speak of in regards to Arrigo West Palm Beach. First off, Dean Engelhard, my salesperson went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted and fast. He was so patient and kind while I debated between choices, and overall good person didn t want to get me into a vehicle I wouldn t be happy with. Quickest sale ever! Scott Rice made my dream car happen within 20 minutes. He had paperwork going and car was pulled up ready to go. He smiled the entire time and was genuinely happy to make it all happen. He answered all my questions and still does 3 months later. Financing was quick and painless. All the negative things people say about car sales...

All the negative things people say about car salesman was unfortunately proven true here. I chose this dealership because they had the best review score. Sadly, after sitting for just over 2 hours with Chris Etter the salesman, I ran out of time and had to head to work. The financing department kept the title to my current car, and the salesman said they would call me with a payment amount since I was approved for financing. They never called with a monthly payment amount. They did give me a new down payment amount which I agreed to and when I asked for my title back while I waited to find out if I could afford the monthly payments, which they still couldn't tell me, they reassured me they would keep the title safe and I didn't need it mailed back to me or to worry, I could come get it whenever I had time. After 2 weeks of never getting any offer from them, I was finally able to go back into the dealership. They said they couldn't find my title as it was in a "Dead Deal File" somewhere. I was never informed the deal was dead. I refused to leave when they told me to go and thank goodness they responded by continuing to look for my title, because they eventually found it and returned it to me. When I stated that I had never been told the deal was dead and had agreed to all down payment amounts, continuing to wait to be told a financing payment amount that never came, they said I should have come into the dealership!!! When I stated I work close to 100 hours a week the response was "so do we." All I wanted was a monthly payment amount and all they wanted was for me to hang out at the dealership for hours on end. I never even haggled over price, they offered me a $16k car with over $4k in taxes and fees tacked on and I said great, what's the monthly payment? If you have a minimum of 6 hours to hang out at their dealership and aren't looking for a good deal, this is the place for you.

I was in and out of the dealership in like 3 hours or so, fast and convenient. The major move in this being so quick and easy with little to no stress was working with Jean. We sat down and I told her exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was. Jean is a straightforward, no nonsense person. She only showed me vehicles that met my exact criteria. We took one for a spin and I left the dealership with it. Her method of selling me a car was stellar. Not once was I pressured or uncomfortable. As long as Jean is at Arrigo West Palm Beach, I m buying all my cars there, from her!

Tony helped us with a fob that didn't work. He checked first to make sure the battery was good then checked contacts. The contacts were bad. We had a fob and he gave us a discount on the programming. He was friendly and helpful.
