Customer service manager Bill was useless.

Customer service manager Bill was useless.

Took 2weeks and 3 days to change battery because bill gave use the runaround

Mechanic manager was very helpful. Service staff ignored our appointment that bill told us to make and then lied and said he never talked to us!!!!!!
