I'm a first time American car owner of a charger, coming from driving Lexus is250 f and still a proud owner of 2014 BMW's 545i. My experience at this particular dealer was not a great one to start. I've notice on few occasions of service employees directly brushing you off when questions are needing answers, zero curiosity given... Not so much in the way I'd like to word it but I'm sure that brief description will suffice. When calling in to acquire information that the service dept. has not followed up on its hard to get a direct answer when trying to get things squared away. The only exception on the one individual that actually tried to go above an beyond after explaining frustrations experience at this dealer is a Mr. Alfano. He actually took the time to answer my questions and care about the service being requested. It's because of this person id even attempt even coming back. The rest of there team needs to start understanding the bigger picture, no one will purchase an "American" product if the service is plain crappy no matter what line up you have. I'd suggest looking into back up dealer just encase you don't feel that you quality that your being provided is even close to what your paying out of pocket period.
