I have been in contact via phone on a couple of occasions with the service manager, Bill Digiacomo. He is professional and very timely with his response to my radio concerns.

On 8/17/18, I met with service manager Bill to help resolve the radio issue. The radio issue is sporadic but did display static during the technician testing. Bill and his staff were very attentive and checked the wiring of the radio and conducted a radio update.

Although it s only been one weekend since the update, I am hopeful it has been corrected. So far, so good. If not, I m confident Arrigo will resolve the issue completely or replace the radio, if necessary. As I stated before, this vehicle is new and was only purchased several months ago. Thank you for your help with this aggravating issue!

Terrible service, so far. I will update. Radio problems persist with our brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We advised the service advisor Calvin of the issue were having with it in July 2018. It is working intermittently, and said please check it or run a diagnostic.. perhaps it s the wiring.

The service advisor kept the vehicle all day and did not bother to have any review done on the system. His response was the technician said it is working.

We explained that the problem doesn t always occur but perhaps he could check wiring. They did not bother and he provided no additional help.

He told us to contact the service manager, if we d like..There is nothing more that he can do for us, until the radio breaks.

I left the service manager, Bill Djocomo (spelling?) a message. I will update my review when I hear back from management.

As of now, we have a non functioning radio in a brand new vehicle that we just purchased!
