My daughter and I came to this location On 05/19/2020 because she wanted to purchase a Jeep. We came walk in the young lady that sat at the desk look but did not speak which was the first thing that was wrong. We look around the showroom and not one sale person even asked did we needed any help, my daughter walk outside where 2 sales associates was having a smoke she asked for help and was told to go back to the lady at the desk. We were
serious about buying a Jeep and I am a returning customer I have purchase 2 vehicle in the pass and was never treated like I was treated Tuesday. My daughter and I realize we were not going to get any Assistant so we started walking out the door that when the lady at the desk who did not speak as we arrive but said bye as we were leaving. They really lost a sale by the way we were judged.
