The service center had the worst customer service ...

The service center had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Yesterday I had an appointment at 10am to get my truck inspected after a recent recall. The service advisor told me I would have to leave my truck for SIX HOURS because they were so busy. However, I had to be at work in 3 hours. After explaining this to be advisor he just looked at me. Did not offer me a rental car, did not offer to reschedule the appointment and did not offer for the shuttle to take me home. After seconds of awkward staring... I asked if he could reschedule my appointment for tomorrow (today). Today I went back at 8am and met with the same advisor. He took my information and truck. Before sending me back to the customer lounge, he said it wouldn't take long at all and he'd be in to update me soon. I waited in the lounge for 3 hours before losing my patience waiting for someone to come in to simply update me. When I went to the desk to ask how much longer, he said they have my paperwork and I can get my truck back. Why wasn't I updated as soon as my truck was finished? It is ridiculous that I waited this long in their lounge without being offered for the shuttle to take me home. I'm glad they think people have 3 hours to waste in the middle of the day. This is not the first time I have had customer service issues with this service center. If it wasn't for the recall, I would not have revisited this service center. I even turned down discounted oil changes bring offered in the past at this location just to avoid their crappy service.
